The Villain Has A Yuri Halo [Quick Transmigration] - Chapter 15
Tang Qingqing had always played the part of the gentle, submissive type. In front of Li Ju, she was without claws and she’s always wearing a lovely smile. Li Ju had grown accustomed to this, and because of Tang Qingqing’s docile indulgence, she had never doubted her place in Tang Qingqing’s heart. This, however, was about to backfire. Whenever Tang Qingqing changed even in the slightest, Li Ju would sense it immediately and react.
She looked at her hand, which Tang Qingqing had just pushed away, and stubbornly grabbed Tang Qingqing’s wrist again. “I’m talking to you. Did you not hear me?” she said in a cold voice.
Hearing her accusation, Tang Qingqing’s nose tingled with a bitter emotion that she couldn’t control. She whispered, “What does it matter if I did hear you or if I didn’t?” She pulled her hand away, refusing to be touched by Li Ju again. She didn’t understand why she was being so stubborn. Li Ju was clearly concerned about her.
The shattered glass lay in pieces on the floor. Tang Qingqing knelt down, intending to clean up the mess. Seeing this, Li Ju pulled her back to her feet and into her arms. “Are you an idiot? You’re going to use your hands on glass shards? Why don’t you just kneel on them instead!”
“Okay. I still owe you a kneel, anyway. Why don’t I make up for it now?”
A while ago, Li Ju had given Tang Qingqing a punishment at the old mansion, but there are too many things had happened since then. Tang Qingqing putting the sleeping medicine in the milk had distracted Li Ju so much that she had completely forgotten about their “agreement.” No one had brought it up since. Tang Qingqing, however, had brought up the kneeling, and with an added condition at that. The “considerate” comment made Li Ju laugh in sheer exasperation.
“You can shut up now.”
Tang Qingqing looked at her angry expression and defiantly said, “I don’t want to shut up. I want to talk, I want to talk a lot, and I want to talk while I’m kneeling!”
Li Ju raised an eyebrow and smiled. The woman who had been angry a second ago now looked ready to play. Tang Qingqing, sensing the looming storm, pushed Li Ju away and tried to run. But Li Ju wrapped her arms around her waist, leaving Tang Qingqing unable to move. Li Ju even had the presence of mind to wave at her father. “Dad, have the maid clean this up later. I need to have a serious talk with Tang Qingqing.”
Li Zhen adjusted his glasses with a sigh. How could these two go from calm to arguing in a second? And looking at Li Ju’s stance, was she plotting something else to torment Qingqing? He was about to speak, but Li Ju had already seen through his thoughts. Li Ju held Tang Qingqing tightly and took her to a guest room on the first floor, giving Tang Qingqing no chance to escape. As Li Ju closed the door, she smiled at her father. “Dad, I’m a proper lady. I’m just going to have a little heart-to-heart with Tang Qingqing. We won’t be fighting. Don’t worry.”
Li Zhen put his hand to his forehead with a wry smile. “I’m more worried now that you’ve said that.”
Li Ju’s answer was the sound of the door locking. She released her hold on Tang Qingqing and pushed her onto the sofa. She stood with her hands in her pockets, looking down at Tang Qingqing with a friendly smile, but her eyes were completely devoid of warmth. “Your mouth was so talkative just now. Why are you so quiet all of a sudden?”
Tang Qingqing turned her head away from her. So what if I’m sitting on the sofa? Just sit. It’ll infuriate her. But this kind of avoidance didn’t work on Li Ju. Li Ju had many ways to deal with her.
When Li Ju thought about Tang Qingqing’s defiance, this departure from her usual personality made Li Ju feel that Tang Qingqing was no longer the obedient woman who followed her lead. It was as if she had reverted back to the way others saw her. She hated this inexplicable change. The Tang Qingqing in other people’s eyes was cold and proud, and she would not allow her to show that side to her. It would make Li Ju feel as if she was getting the same treatment as everyone else, and she wouldn’t have it!
Li Ju knelt on the sofa with one knee, leaning over and pressing down on Tang Qingqing’s shoulder. Her other hand went inside Tang Qingqing’s shirt and caressed her slender waist.
“Don’t do that,” Tang Qingqing said, her voice filled with panic. The calm in her eyes had been replaced with ripples of unease. Li Ju found this version of Tang Qingqing much more interesting. Would Li Ju stop? Of course not. Her right knee on the sofa pressed against Tang Qingqing’s body, overpowering her. Her fingers were as cruel as she was. The touch on her waist was too much for Tang Qingqing. With a hand on her shoulder and a knee on her leg, Tang Qingqing could only endure Li Ju’s control. She placed her hands on Li Ju’s arms, a plea to stop. The woman’s face was flushed and alluring. “You’re so mean! You know I’m ticklish there, so you’re deliberately torturing me.”
She cursed fiercely, but she quickly lowered her head. Tang Qingqing’s body had turned to cotton, and she leaned weakly against the sofa. “Li Ju, stop. Please.”
Li Ju’s actions revealed Tang Qingqing’s long-held secret: only Li Ju was allowed to touch her body. This gave Li Ju the chance to discover this little secret. At first, Li Ju was confused as to why Tang Qingqing had such a big reaction when she touched her waist. Tang Qingqing had explained that she was very ticklish and begged Li Ju not to touch her there. At the time, Tang Qingqing’s eyes were glistening and her face was flushed, making her look incredibly lovely. So Li Ju, in a daze, agreed, and was even mocked by System 666 for falling for a “honey trap.”
She had kept this in mind, and even when she was angrily questioning Tang Qingqing about the sleeping medicine in the milk, she hadn’t touched her waist, only lingered on her soft belly for a moment. So Li Ju didn’t know the truth. It wasn’t that she was ticklish; it was that Li Ju’s touch brought out a painful desire in her.
Tang Qingqing was on the verge of a breakdown, especially when she saw Li Ju’s calm and composed expression. A sense of injustice flared up in Tang Qingqing’s heart. Why should she be the only one who was so flustered?
The feeling of injustice turned into courage. Tang Qingqing struggled to sit up and bit down on the side of Li Ju’s neck. Physical force was effective. Li Ju gasped and covered her neck, then laughed. “Are you a dog?!”
With a momentary victory, Tang Qingqing felt a glimmer of hope. She took advantage of the moment and pushed Li Ju back into the sofa. When Tang Qingqing pounced on her, Li Ju instinctively put a hand over her neck, afraid of being bitten by this little dog again.
Tang Qingqing laughed, her glistening eyes so beautiful they could make a heart stop. “I’m in control now, you silly Little Ju.”
“Get off me.”
“No.”
Li Ju pouted and scoffed, “I wouldn’t have lost if you hadn’t cheated. Who would have thought you’d bite me? I just tickled you. Did you have to do that?”
“Of course I did. My wounds are on the inside.” Tang Qingqing still felt soft all over. It was all her fault for touching her waist, for starting a fire without putting it out. Biting her was not at all too much!
Tang Qingqing took a deep breath, and it felt so good to slowly regain control of her body. Li Ju had no idea what a mess she had created. Thinking of this, Tang Qingqing couldn’t help but glare at Li Ju.
“What’s with that look? You’re glaring at me? Hey, why are you so hot?” Li Ju, who had touched her neck, noticed something was wrong. When she had touched Tang Qingqing earlier, she hadn’t noticed anything unusual. She had assumed this was just how she was. Tang Qingqing lay on her chest without explaining, but she quietly wrapped her legs around Li Ju’s.
“Hey, you’re so clingy.”
“I’m tired.”
“You can be tired without clinging to me.”
Tang Qingqing’s eyelashes fluttered. She still didn’t speak and just squeezed her calves together. Li Ju gritted her teeth. “Don’t you think you’ve been a little too out of control lately?”
“If I don’t act out now, I won’t have time. When you get married, Little Ju, I won’t have the chance to be so brazen anymore. If your other half doesn’t mind my presence, I can continue to live with you and continue to be bold. What do you think?”
Li Ju immediately covered her mouth. “Who said I’m getting married? And I can’t believe how shameless you are. You want to move in with me after I get married? Why would I support you after I’m married?”
“I can be your mistress,” Tang Qingqing suggested.
Li Ju’s expression was blank as she covered her mouth again. “Okay, you need to shut up.”
Tang Qingqing pulled her hand away and looked up. “If you’re not getting married, who is this ‘poor boy’ Dad was talking about?”
Li Ju, of course, had to act the part. She couldn’t just reveal Gao Sheng’s identity. If she gave away the answer, how would the drama unfold? “Do you want to meet him?”
Tang Qingqing, seeing that she didn’t deny the “poor boy,” felt a deep ache in her heart, even though she already knew it was Gao Sheng. She nodded weakly. “Yes, I want to meet him.”
Li Ju loosely held her in her arms, and the two of them leaned against each other on the sofa, a hint of intimacy in the air. Li Ju said to System 666, “See? Even if I don’t follow the small plot points, the main plot will still happen. So no more small plot points. It’s a hassle. I’ll just wait for everyone else to push the plot forward.”
“Okay, I’ll take you to meet him in a few days.”
Tang Qingqing suddenly felt a warmth on her face. Li Ju’s fingers were resting on it. She looked up, her eyes full of sincerity.
Li Ju smiled, a rare softness on her face. She said casually, “Qingqing.”
Tang Qingqing’s ears felt like they had been kissed by her voice. “What is it?” she asked.
“If one day I’m no longer here, don’t bring chrysanthemums to my grave. Just bring white roses.”
Tang Qingqing’s heart skipped a beat. Li Ju’s words brought an indescribable pain to Tang Qingqing’s heart. Li Ju’s eyes crinkled in a smile. “White roses are beautiful. I even said you looked like a white rose. Did you forget?”
Tang Qingqing shook her head. No, she hadn’t forgotten. How could she? She had never liked white roses, but she had bought a few to put on her desk because of Li Ju. But now, she hated white roses more than ever.
