Turns Out Seducing the Movie Queen Can Break the Plot - Chapter 59
Jiang Qingyuan had just returned home when he received a call from his subordinate.
“President Jiang, you were right. Bai Yuetong took Madam’s hair to the hospital for a DNA comparison.”
Jiang Qingyuan pondered for a moment. “Mm, handle it as I instructed before.”
“Understood.”
The call lasted no more than thirty seconds before it was disconnected.
Liu Ci happened to walk out of the kitchen just then, holding a glass of water. Seeing Jiang Qingyuan’s furrowed brows, she approached him with concern. “What’s wrong?”
Jiang Qingyuan smiled. “It’s nothing. Why are you still up so late?”
Liu Ci sighed. “Chi Chi hasn’t come home yet, and she isn’t answering her calls. I don’t know where she went.”
Jiang Qingyuan wrapped an arm around her waist. “Alright, she’s grown up now. She knows what she’s doing no need to worry too much. Go rest.”
In the bathroom, steam swirled thick in the air, the sound of running water echoing loudly.
Jiang Chi had one leg wedged between Wen Wen’s thighs, their bodies pressed flush together as she held her tightly in her arms. It was as if she were savoring a piece of exquisite candy, her lips and tongue plundering every last bit of oxygen from the woman in her embrace.
“Mmph!” Wen Wen pushed weakly against Jiang Chi, discomfort evident in her muffled protest.
Jiang Chi pulled back as requested, though her warm breath still lingered against Wen Wen’s lips. “What’s wrong, jiejie? Didn’t you say you wanted to practice your kissing skills?”
Wen Wen trembled slightly, her breathing uneven. “We’ve been practicing for over half an hour… that’s enough.”
In that half hour, Jiang Chi had clung to her like an overeager puppy that had finally found a meaty bone. She wasn’t drunk, yet her mind kept spinning dizzily from the lack of oxygen.
If they kept kissing, Wen Wen was certain she’d pass out right there in the bathroom.
Jiang Chi pouted, reluctant to stop. “But jiejie hasn’t improved at all.” She sighed dramatically. “Is it because I’m a terrible teacher? Am I making you uncomfortable?”
Wen Wen stared at her, then rubbed her thigh teasingly, her voice husky and dripping with allure. “Teacher Jiang isn’t terrible. Teacher Jiang is just… too single-minded. You only know how to focus on one spot.”
Water cascaded down their entangled bodies, but Jiang Chi could distinctly feel something far slicker than the shower’s flow.
Her grip tightened around Wen Wen’s waist, holding her still as she leaned in close to her ear, voice thick with restraint. “Aren’t we in the water? Then why does it feel like we’re on fire, hm?”
Wen Wen looped her arms around Jiang Chi’s neck. “Blame Teacher Jiang for being too good at teaching. Do you know how to put out a fire? Should I teach you?”
The moment the words left her lips, her body jolted violently as Jiang Chi murmured against her ear, “I did my research before you came back.”
“Teacher Jiang will take care of her good student’s fire. Jiejie just needs to be obedient.”
The sound of running water continued for another hour before Jiang Chi finally reached for a towel. She dried the exhausted woman carefully, wrapped her up, then lifted her by the thighs and carried her to the bedroom.
Like a contented cat, Wen Wen curled her arms around Jiang Chi’s neck, nuzzling unconsciously against her shoulder.
Jiang Chi tilted her head away slightly, her voice strained. “If you keep rubbing against me like that, the fire might start again.”
The body in her arms stiffened instantly. Without another word, Wen Wen quietly shifted her face away.
Jiang Chi thought Wen Wen had finally settled down, but the next second, a slight sting came from her shoulder, Wen Wen had bitten her.
Not a hard bite, more like a teasing one.
Sure enough, the next moment, a soft tongue licked the bitten spot, sending waves of tingling sensations.
Jiang Chi tossed her onto the soft, spacious bed strewn with blue rose petals. As Wen Wen sank into the mattress, petals fluttered up, only to drift back down as Jiang Chi pressed over her. A few petals landed on Wen Wen’s splayed hair, and one happened to fall right over her eye.
The blue petals added a touch of enchantment to that face, beautiful enough to be called a “nation-toppling temptress.” The eye not covered by the petal gazed at her with a watery shimmer, and the sight made Jiang Chi’s heart tremble.
It felt like her heart was about to leap out of her chest.
Such a stunning woman and she was her girlfriend.
She leaned down, taking the petal into her mouth before pressing it against Wen Wen’s lips, kissing her with the fragrance of roses. At the same time, her hand wandered restlessly downward.
The next second, her hand was caught weakly by another.
Wen Wen pushed her away, her eyes even more glistening, her breath uneven, her voice hoarse: “No more. It’s time to rest. There’s an early meeting tomorrow, I can’t miss it.”
“Thinking about work at a time like this? Seems like you still have plenty of energy.” With that, she tried to break free from her grip.
As if sensing her intention, Wen Wen used her other hand as well, holding Jiang Chi’s hand firmly and shaking her head slightly. “Really, no more. Let’s rest.”
Jiang Chi, propped up on the bed with one hand, toyed with a strand of Wen Wen’s hair before lowering her head to whisper in her ear, “Really no more? Just now in the shower, you were the one begging me for it.”
With that, she easily broke free from the restraint.
By the time the early hours of the morning rolled around, Wen Wen mustered the strength to flip over, pinning Jiang Chi beneath her. She pressed her cheek against Jiang Chi’s chest, her voice pleading, “Be a good puppy, please, no more. I’ll give it to you tomorrow, okay?”
Several times during the night, she had nearly drifted off to sleep, only to be roused again by Jiang Chi’s skillful movements.
If Jiang Chi had only studied before she came back, it had to be said, she was truly a natural at this.
Wen Wen was both the privileged beneficiary and the victim of this talent.
How many times had it been now? Jiang Chi showed no signs of fatigue, still brimming with enthusiasm.
Even if she had a body of steel, she couldn’t endure this kind of treatment.
The sky was already turning pale with dawn.
Wen Wen lazily lifted her eyelids to glance out the window before closing them again.
“Give it to me tomorrow?” Jiang Chi rested a hand on the small of her back, kissing the top of her head. “You said it yourself.”
By now, Wen Wen’s consciousness was barely holding on. All she wanted was to coax her puppy into stopping immediately, so she mumbled a vague agreement.
Jiang Chi cupped her chin, tilting her face up to plant a kiss on her forehead before whispering softly, “Sleep now. Goodnight.”
Wen Wen went completely still.
Jiang Chi gently picked her up and carried her to the adjacent room.
The next day, Jiang Chi was woken by the alarm on Wen Wen’s phone.
She glanced at the label on the alarm: 8:30 AM, Important Meeting, No Absences.
Jiang Chi put down her phone and gazed at the peacefully sleeping face nestled in the soft blankets under the faint morning light. After hesitating for two seconds, she still went over and poked the cheek. “Sis, time to wake up. You’ll be late for the meeting.”
No response whatsoever.
Jiang Chi was somewhat surprised. Previously, Wen Wen had been as punctual as clockwork, waking up even earlier than the alarm.
But now, not only had the alarm gone off unnoticed, even being called elicited no reaction.
It seemed last night had truly exhausted her. Counting the hours, Wen Wen had gotten less than three hours of sleep.
A belated sense of guilt crept over Jiang Chi.
Would Wen Wen hold her accountable after waking up?
If she missed the meeting… there was no question Jiang Chi’s offense would be even greater!
“Sis, hurry up and wake up.” Without ceremony, Jiang Chi placed both hands on Wen Wen’s cheeks and began kneading them. “You’ll be late for work.”
Wen Wen frowned irritably, but with her face being squished out of shape by Jiang Chi, even her frown looked adorable and the texture under her fingers was delightful.
Press, lift, pinch.
“Are you treating my head like a rubber ball?” The voice was muffled and hoarse with sleep.
As soon as she spoke, Wen Wen cleared her throat and frowned again.
Jiang Chi’s guilt intensified. “Sis, do you need to speak during today’s meeting?”
Lying face to face on the bed, Wen Wen lazily lifted her eyelids, a hint of teasing in her eyes. “Only now you’re concerned about whether I need to speak at the meeting?”
Jiang Chi pouted slightly, murmuring in a pitiful tone, “But it was Sis who kept pestering me for it.”
“Jiang Chi.” Wen Wen called her name softly.
Jiang Chi immediately responded, “Here!”
Wen Wen pinched her nose. “Naughty puppy.”
Jiang Chi wrapped an arm around her waist, pulling her closer and nuzzling her nose against Wen Wen’s. “Only Sis’s naughty puppy.”
Her gaze fell on those slightly swollen, rosy lips, and Jiang Chi leaned in even closer. “Sis, want to moisten your throat?”
Just as Wen Wen was about to say yes, a pair of cool, soft lips covered hers.
Pushing at Jiang Chi’s shoulders, Wen Wen called out, “Jiang Chi.”
With her mouth occupied, the words could only squeeze out through the gaps, indistinct and blurred.
The unsatisfied culprit showed no reaction, the arm around her waist even tightening as if afraid she might escape.
“Enough.” Wen Wen slapped her shoulder.
This time, Jiang Chi finally released her.
Wen Wen caught her breath, then cupped Jiang Chi’s chin and lifted her face. “Why are you looking down? Where did all that boldness from earlier go?”
Jiang Chi blinked, feigning innocence. “Sis, I was wrong.”
“But… Sis is just too tempting, so it’s not entirely my fault…” Her voice trailed off.
Those lips were even more kissable than she’d imagined, like a drug addictive after just one taste.
Wen Wen studied her for a moment before speaking slowly, “Go make me a cup of honey water.”
Jiang Chi promptly scrambled out of bed to prepare the honey water, also ordering breakfast from their family’s hotel. The hotel’s dedicated delivery service ensured the food arrived quickly.
A hotel staff member outside the door accidentally glanced inside and visibly froze for a moment. Noticing his expression, Jiang Chi cleared her throat and said, “I confessed my feelings successfully last night.”
The staff member paused again before quickly responding, “Congratulations, Young Miss, on getting your wish.”
Suppressing the urge to grin, Jiang Chi maintained a composed demeanor. “Mm, thank you for your hard work.”
She was carrying breakfast when she happened to run into Wen Wen, who had just finished washing up and was coming out of her room. “Who were you talking to?”
“Just chatting with the delivery guy for a bit.” Jiang Chi unpacked the breakfast items one by one and arranged them on the table, beckoning Wen Wen over. “Come eat, sis.”
Wen Wen first picked up the lukewarm honey water and took a sip before sitting down at the dining table.
She glanced up at the person across from her, who was staring at her motionlessly, and raised an eyebrow slightly. “What are you looking at? Do I look like breakfast to you?”
Jiang Chi clearly had something else in mind and pouted pitifully. “Sis, can’t the meeting be postponed or rescheduled?”
Wen Wen tapped her lightly with a fingertip. “No fooling around. Eat your breakfast.”
Jiang Chi had no choice but to obediently start eating.
After a moment, Wen Wen asked again, “What are your plans for today?”
Without hesitation, Jiang Chi replied, “Today, I plan to stick to my girlfriend like glue.”
The variety show recording wouldn’t start until tomorrow, and the movie she was co-starring in with Wen Wen hadn’t begun filming yet. These were Jiang Chi’s only two commitments at the moment, leaving her with plenty of free time.
Caught off guard by the answer, Wen Wen choked and started coughing.
Jiang Chi immediately handed her the milk she had prepared.
After breakfast, true to her word, Jiang Chi transformed into her girlfriend’s clingy little puppy.
She drove Wen Wen to work, and when Wen Wen had meetings, she waited obediently in the office.
She wandered around Wen Wen’s office, eventually stopping behind the spacious executive chair. Leaning on it, she slid it back and forth, eyeing the massive desk in front of her thoughtfully.
Her phone suddenly pinged, a message from Liu Ci: 【Where are you, sweetie?】
Jiang Chi answered honestly: 【In my girlfriend’s office at her company.】
Liu Ci first sent a “surprised” emoji, then followed up: 【When are you bringing her home to meet the family?】
Jiang Chi thought for a moment before typing: 【I’ll bring her home for Mom’s birthday banquet.】
Bringing her to Liu Ci’s birthday banquet meant not only announcing their relationship in front of all the Jiang family elders but also making it official nationwide. Liu Ci’s birthday celebrations always attracted plenty of media attention, often making headlines in previous years.
In contrast, Su Jing’s introduction had only been between their parents.
Liu Ci: 【If you’ve made your decision, Mom supports you. Looking forward to meeting her~】
Just as Jiang Chi set her phone down on the desk, footsteps sounded outside the door. She quickly hid behind it.
