“Finally relieved.” Ding Moyan sighed in comfort after her bout of diarrhea.
[Host, I have some bad news for you.]
Ding Moyan pressed the flush button beside her and asked, “What is it?”
[You forgot to bring toilet paper.]
[But please don’t get angry yet, because there’s even worse news.]
Feeling her empty pockets, Ding Moyan’s face stiffened. “Go on,” she said.
[Congratulations! You also forgot your phone.]

Ding Moyan clenched her fists tightly. “You’re enjoying my misfortune, aren’t you?”
[Theoretically, I shouldn’t be happy, but your recent behavior has really annoyed me.]
Ding Moyan: “…”
Just as she was about to retort, the system suddenly alerted her.
[Someone’s coming.]
Ding Moyan instantly grew wary, her ears perking up as she stared fixedly at the door lock.
Good, the door was locked.
“Mo Yan, you’ve been in there for fifteen minutes already.”
A mocking, playful tone seeped through the door, and Ding Moyan’s face darkened like the bottom of a pot.
It was Ye Ye, her original body’s sworn enemy.
“Why aren’t you coming out yet?” Ye Ye mused aloud. “Let me think.”
“Did you forget to bring toilet paper?” She clearly remembered Ding Moyan’s bag was still on the dining table.
Tucking a stray lock of hair behind her ear, she continued, “No way, no way. The famously dignified Miss Ding Moyan didn’t bring toilet paper to the bathroom?”
Ding Moyan: “So what if I didn’t?”
Hearing her admit it, Ye Ye perked up like she’d been injected with adrenaline. “Do you need some? I brought a whole pack of tissues.”
Ding Moyan: “Sure, give them to me.”
“I could give them to you, but your attitude is making it really hard for me.”
Ding Moyan cut straight to the point. “What do you want?”
Ye Ye spoke slowly, her tone dripping with ambiguous, almost sickly sweetness. “Beg me.”
Ding Moyan fell silent for a moment. Just when Ye Ye thought she wouldn’t say it,
A voice, clear and deliberate, reached her ears.
“Fine. I’m begging you.”
Ding Moyan prided herself on being adaptable. When at a disadvantage, the best course of action was to endure, swallow her pride, and protect her own interests.
Ye Ye hadn’t expected Ding Moyan to give in so easily. It was unusual. She scratched her ear but kept her word, pulling a few sheets of toilet paper from her pocket and sliding them under the door.
Ding Moyan had been squatting for so long that her feet had gone numb, feeling like cotton beneath her as she stood. The moment she opened the door and straightened up, her numb feet gave way, sending her tumbling straight into Ye Ye.
As an Alpha, Ding Moyan was taller and heavier than a female Omega.
Ye Ye staggered back from the impact and crashed onto the floor, her back slamming against the cold tiles with a thud.
“Ow!” Ye Ye hissed in pain, her eyes instantly reddening. Her low pain tolerance made tears well up uncontrollably.
An Omega’s body was fragile even a minor mishap could land them in the hospital with a fever. The sharp pain in her back made Ye Ye wonder if her spine had snapped.
The two of them lay sprawled on the tiles. Though the floor was regularly mopped by staff and not particularly dirty, they still looked utterly disheveled.
“What, what are you two doing?!”
A female Alpha customer walked in, only to see a fellow Alpha seemingly assaulting a delicate, helpless Omega.
“How could an Alpha do such a thing?”
Her anger flared on the spot, despising Ding Moyan as a lecherous Alpha. She pushed Ding Moyan away and slowly helped Ye Ye up: “Miss, do you need me to call an ambulance?”
“I-I’m fine,” Ye Ye stammered, her lips trembling, her face pale, looking utterly pitiful.
Seeing the delicate and vulnerable appearance of the Omega, the female Alpha’s disgust toward Ding Moyan intensified. She declared, “How can you call this fine? Don’t worry, I’ve already called the police. Soon, the Alpha who assaulted you will be brought to justice.”
Ding Moyan’s feet, numb from pain, slowly regained sensation. She stood up, deciding it was better to endure the short, sharp pain than a prolonged ache, and hopped slightly.
“I didn’t assault her. I just accidentally fell.”
The female Alpha cut in, “Oh, so you ‘accidentally’ fell on an Omega? Are you kidding me?”
“Why are there so many police here?” Yu Sisi paused her one-sided conversation with Wang Ye, her gaze landing on the wailing sirens at the entrance.
The police car looked eerily familiar it was the same one they’d seen at the station that morning, with a large scratch on its side.
A waitress stepped forward to greet them. “Officers, how can I—”
One officer flashed his badge. “We received a report that an Alpha assaulted an Omega in your restroom. Please take us there immediately.”
“What?!” The waitress gasped in shock and quickly called the manager, who then led the officers to the restroom.
Yu Sisi’s eyelids twitched as she watched, an inexplicable sense of foreboding creeping over her. “Boss, don’t you think it’s too much of a coincidence? An Alpha and Omega in the restroom Ding Moyan and Ye Ye just went there, and their genders match.”
“No need to wonder. It’s definitely them,” Ding Bai said darkly, setting down his phone. “Looks like we’re heading back to the police station.”
“Might as well move in there at this point,” Ding Bai sneered, interlacing his fingers.
Yu Sisi let out a quiet “Tsk” and shrugged, finding the day’s absurdity downright ridiculous.
Two trips to the police station in one day, what a thrill.
Wang Ye, who had been eavesdropping, suddenly perked up. Her gaze followed the officers as they moved, and without thinking, she began trailing after them.
