The Lost Omega Heiress is Pregnant with My Child - Chapter 26
Can a Disabled Person Still Get Me Pregnant?
The hover sports car screeched to an emergency halt, its tires emitting a piercing friction sound against the magnetic tracks, stopping barely half a meter from the guardrail.
Shen Tingxue gripped Shi Anzhi’s forearm tightly. “What were you trying to do just now?”
“Jump out of the car?”
“Shi Anzhi, you!”
This action struck Shen Tingxue too deeply was Shi Anzhi so desperate to get away from her that she wasn’t even afraid of death?
Shi Anzhi’s face remained expressionless as she looked at Shen Tingxue and repeated, “You don’t love me, so why do you want me to stay?”
Shen Tingxue took a deep breath. At this point, she temporarily set aside her inner uncertainties and struggled to confess, “That’s not true. I need you.”
“I need you so, so much.”
Expressing her need for someone else was agonizing for Shen Tingxue. It felt like holding a burning coal in her mouth, forcing her to loosen her defenses slightly under Shi Anzhi’s questioning.
“Anzhi, I really can sense your pheromones. Do you believe me?”
Shen Tingxue looked at Shi Anzhi. “I’m no longer that weak Omega you picked up. I have the ability to take care of you now. I will heal you.”
“Give me some time. I’m already working hard on it.”
As she spoke, Shen Tingxue’s voice trembled with emotion. She began releasing a high concentration of pheromones. “Will you believe me? Without you, I wouldn’t be able to go on.”
Shi Anzhi stared back at Shen Tingxue.
Heal her? Shi Anzhi thought indifferently. Could she really be healed? More importantly, Nian Xue had once said she wasn’t disabled and had accepted her completely.
Shen Tingxue saying she would “heal” her made it seem like she was indeed defective.
Quietly, Shi Anzhi reflected that she didn’t care what others said, but she wished the one she loved could accept her. After all, she was disabled. Had Shen Tingxue truly been ashamed of her before?
The air soon filled with the sweet fragrance of snow pear. In this tense atmosphere, an eerie sense of desire began to spread. Shen Tingxue let her tears fall, tentatively leaning her face closer to Shi Anzhi.
Shi Anzhi frowned slightly as that face drew nearer, until Shen Tingxue’s tears dripped onto Shi Anzhi’s collarbone, sending a shiver through her.
Shen Tingxue pouted with grievance, a far cry from her sharp demeanor at the gathering. Seeing that Shi Anzhi wasn’t resisting much, she cautiously wrapped her arms around Shi Anzhi’s neck and then boldly straddled her lap.
Their bodies pressed close together. Shi Anzhi’s cold expression began to crack under the intimate contact. After all, they had shared a temporary mark; at this moment, both could sense each other’s subtle emotions through their connected pheromones.
Shen Tingxue pressed her chest tightly against Shi Anzhi, moving deliberately yet seemingly unintentionally. She tried to kiss Shi Anzhi’s face, but Shi Anzhi turned away.
A pang of hurt flashed through Shen Tingxue’s heart, her nails digging into her palms.
She thought sorrowfully, Do you know what kind of person I am? The repulsive education I received, the burdens of my past?
She wasn’t the oblivious fool from the slums anymore. She was sensitive, proud, and held herself to high standards, tormented by her dysfunctional family. As a high-ranking Omega, she had both capability and ambition she could have carved out her own path, yet her family only wanted her to obediently become a caged canary, married off to the governor’s useless son.
She yearned for power, maneuvering tirelessly in countless situations, never trusting any form of emotion.
But she wanted Shi Anzhi to stay, to be with her.
Shen Tingxue lowered her gaze, her thoughts in turmoil. Now Shi Anzhi was even willing to jump out of the car to leave her. She knew very well that Shi Anzhi could be utterly indifferent to things she didn’t care about. If Shi Anzhi was determined to go, there was no way she could keep her.
No matter what it took, she had to make Shi Anzhi abandon the thought of leaving.
Shen Tingxue held Shi Anzhi tightly, her body still trembling from the release of intense pheromones and emotional agitation or perhaps she just wanted Shi Anzhi to feel her shaking.
She adjusted her position, pressing her lips close to Shi Anzhi’s ear and deliberately letting out a seductive gasp.
Her hair brushed against Shi Anzhi’s collarbone, and with her movements, Shi Anzhi’s entire upper body tingled faintly. The earlier complex emotions were gradually replaced by the physical reactions stirred by Shen Tingxue’s provocations.
Shi Anzhi was momentarily stunned by Shen Tingxue’s actions. Could someone who claimed to dislike her act like this so quickly?
She found Shen Tingxue contradictory extreme, teetering on the edge, as if concealing a morbid desire for self-destruction.
Shen Tingxue let out another gasp, the tone suggesting as if Shi Anzhi had already taken some action.
Then she gazed at Shi Anzhi, and as their eyes met, she tentatively leaned in closer.
Shi Anzhi’s back stiffened instantly, but she still turned away.
Shen Tingxue pursed her lips, not angered. With tears welling in her eyes, she said, “I’m sorry for making you angry.”
“Then punish me.”
Recalling what Mrs. Fen had taught her, she felt as if she had split into two people, effortlessly applying the lessons. “Do you want to punish me in the car? No one will come here.”
Shen Tingxue’s tone was light, saying things Shi Anzhi never expected to hear.
Shi Anzhi was momentarily shocked. “A-Xue, you know this isn’t what I want.”
“Mm.” Shen Tingxue sniffled and whispered, “I know you’re angry. What can I do to make you feel better? I’ll do anything.”
As if suddenly enlightened, Shen Tingxue murmured and slightly shifted away from Shi Anzhi. She then reached for the emergency rescue rope in the car, a thick black rope of unknown material.
To Shi Anzhi’s astonishment, Shen Tingxue wrapped the rope twice around her own neck and handed the other end to Shi Anzhi. “We can drive back now. You can lead me by the rope and show everyone. Please don’t be angry anymore, okay?”
“I don’t want you to be angry.”
Seeing Shi Anzhi’s complete shock, Shen Tingxue vaguely realized she had exposed certain aspects of her personality. Enduring extreme shame, she felt a strange thrill rising within her.
Tearfully, she said, “If you leave me, my heart will ache unbearably.”
“I’ll go insane without you. I’ll do anything you ask.”
She forced Shi Anzhi to take the rope, but Shi Anzhi refused.
Tears had already matted her hair to her face. Seeing this, Shen Tingxue began turning the car around, heading back toward the venue. “I’m sorry, we’ll go back right now. Let me humiliate myself in return, okay?”
Unable to bear the emotional turmoil, Shi Anzhi unwrapped the rope from Shen Tingxue’s neck, loop by loop, and threw it out of the car.
By then, several red marks had already formed around Shen Tingxue’s neck, looking alarming. Shi Anzhi stared at the red marks and said, “Enough, Shen Tingxue. What exactly are you thinking?”
She was truly angry now, a different kind of anger mixed with heartache. “What do you take me for? And what do you take yourself for?”
“What good does this do for you? Why do you accept being treated this way?”
Shen Tingxue was still crying. Seeing Shi Anzhi so furious made her heart ache with a strange sense of satisfaction.
“I’m sorry.!”
“You’re still so angry. What should I do?”
She murmured, beginning to unbutton her trench coat. “Is it because I made you wear clothes you didn’t like when we went out? Then let’s switch, I’ll wear your clothes next time, okay?”
Shi Anzhi’s pupils dilated as she watched Shen Tingxue undo each button one by one, then slip off the inner garment from the bottom up, revealing the lace trim underneath.
She observed Shen Tingxue’s movements resolute and decisive, nothing like an act. She thought of the people at the gathering earlier. What kind of environment had A-Xue grown up in?
Shi Anzhi remained silent for a long time before speaking coldly, “Shen Tingxue, stop.”
Shen Tingxue rarely heard Shi Anzhi use that tone with her. Hesitating for a moment, she stopped, her face filled with compliance.
“What do you want me to do?” she asked, tears glistening in her eyes.
Shi Anzhi looked at Shen Tingxue, her heart in turmoil, and finally uttered a few words, “Drive. Let’s go back.”
For a moment, Shen Tingxue thought she had misheard, then a surge of wild joy flashed through her. A fleeting, chaotic thought crossed her mind: If her mother asked her to go to Mrs. Fen’s again, she could consider it.
Although Shi Anzhi had said they were going home, Shen Tingxue noticed the Alpha’s tired and disappointed expression and hesitated whether to push herself further.
Seeing Shen Tingxue frozen in place, Shi Anzhi repeated, “If we’re not going home, then I’ll leave.”
“Home.. we’re going home.”
Shen Tingxue smiled, knowing when to stop. She didn’t even bother to straighten her clothes, leaving them half-open as she continued driving.
Amidst the whirlwind of emotions, she felt a thrill. She accelerated, then opened the sunroof slightly, letting the roaring wind rush into the car, her hair dancing wildly in the breeze.
Shi Anzhi stared out the window. Shen Tingxue’s actions had exceeded her expectations. The apology she wanted wasn’t like this.
She wished Shen Tingxue would communicate properly with her, clarify all the issues. But time and again, Shen Tingxue had grown accustomed to using sex to gloss over the crucial problems. This time, she’d rather let Shi Anzhi humiliate her in the same way than speak the truth.
Who had raised Shen Tingxue to be like this?
After a long while, Shi Anzhi moved closer to Shen Tingxue. First, she pulled down the lifted innerwear, adjusted the base layer, and then fastened all the buttons of the trench coat.
Shen Tingxue let Shi Anzhi handle her. The act of dressing her felt so formal, yet it stirred something inside her, making her heart itch and grow damp.
They sped along the magnetic track. At this hour, the road was empty and brightly lit, with only the two of them on it. Strangely, Shen Tingxue found it romantic in that moment. How bizarre.
They arrived at the Shen residence.
Shen Tingxue smiled as she parked the car. She’d just been dressed, and now she’d have to undress again. Seriously.
She got out of the car and began kissing Shi Anzhi the moment she opened the door for her, a kiss both gentle and fervent, eagerly offering herself to the Alpha, exchanging warmth and breath.
At first, Shi Anzhi clenched her teeth, offering slight resistance. When the tongue came coaxingly again, she was caught off guard, and then she kissed back, more fiercely than ever before.
Shen Tingxue let out a muffled sound as Shi Anzhi held her and carried her into the room.
No further words were needed. After overexposing themselves, they yearned to feel each other intensely.
Shen Tingxue felt the calluses on Shi Anzhi’s hands, the near-loss of her sending waves of lingering fear through her. All she wanted was for Shi Anzhi to hold her tighter.
In the midst of their kisses, she turned her head and whispered, “Anzhi, mark me completely this time, please?”
Shi Anzhi gazed at the clean nape of Shen Tingxue’s neck. The previous mark had faded, and now no one would know that she and Shen Tingxue had ever shared anything.
Suppressing the restlessness in her heart, she replied coldly, “You’re engaged. What would it mean for a cripple like me to mark you?”
Shen Tingxue stiffened, sensing the implication in Shi Anzhi’s words, and began to panic.
Holding back her emotions, she started kissing Shi Anzhi again, pressing herself into her embrace, waiting for Shi Anzhi’s mood to soften.
As the night deepened, moving from the bedroom to the bathroom, at the peak of their passion, Shi Anzhi felt something opening inside Shen Tingxue. A sudden thought crossed her mind, and she abruptly stopped.
Shen Tingxue murmured, “What’s wrong?”
Shi Anzhi frowned slightly, about to say something.
Shen Tingxue smiled knowingly, as if reading her thoughts, and deliberately provoked, “What are you afraid of? Can a cripple even get me pregnant?”
The words cast a strange tension over the atmosphere, the pheromones in the air turning cold. Shi Anzhi offered no rebuttal and abandoned all gentleness. The sheets were left crumpled with creases.
As they both caught their breath, Shen Tingxue obediently lowered her head and repeated, “Mark me, please?”
Shi Anzhi looked at the nape of Shen Tingxue’s neck and, driven by Alpha instinct, bit down this time deeply, injecting a surge of pheromones.
Yet it was still only a temporary mark.
Afterward, Shi Anzhi went to the bathroom first.
Shen Tingxue pushed herself up on her knees and stood, gazing at the red mark on her neck in the mirror. A sour ache flowed like a stream through every part of her being.
Shi Anzhi had actually refused to give her a permanent mark. Why? Was this her way of saying she didn’t love her as much anymore?
She no longer felt the possessive urge to mark her completely.
