- After Teasing the Crazy Mermaid, He Actually Deceived Me into Marriage
- Chapter 79 - He Really Is a Madman
Si Tang was half-dragged, half-carried out of the café by Fan Yi. To outsiders, he still appeared gentle and courteous, merely showing affection to the woman in his arms.
Thus, the bodyguards secretly observing Fan Yi from a distance did not pay much attention to the scene.
Si Tang was effortlessly carried into the black business car like a doll and placed in the passenger seat. He even skillfully patted her head, took the necklace she was clutching in her hand, and personally put it back on her. Without even fastening her seatbelt, he gripped the steering wheel, and the car sped away at an almost constant speed, ignoring brakes, lane changes, and everything else.
Si Tang widened her eyes, watching as the car raced toward Haiyuan in a manner that defied the laws of physics.
A journey that should have taken half an hour was completed in just fifteen minutes. Fan Yi wrapped an arm around Si Tang’s waist, lifting her as effortlessly as kneading a lump of unresisting dough, and carried her horizontally into Haiyuan, kicking the car door open along the way.
Poor Si Tang, unable to make a sound, shed two frightened tears.
“Tsk.” He was leisurely and unhurried, as if he were no longer in a rush. The innate brutality in him seemed to have faded, and he gently wiped the corners of her eyes with his cool fingertips. “Why are you crying? I haven’t even done anything to you yet.”
Si Tang couldn’t speak, only staring at him in terror.
Suddenly, his expression shifted, and he let out a cold laugh. The eerie blue tide in his eyes was bewitching and dangerous, threatening to drown her.
At that moment, the entire Haiyuan was silent, and Xiao Liu’s figure was nowhere to be seen. Si Tang weakly clutched Fan Yi’s collar, her nose filled with his unique, cold, and icy fragrance. Finally, his image matched his actions.
He carried her domineeringly and forcefully all the way to the side of Haiyuan, which bordered the bay and faced the open sea. A yacht, unnoticed until now, was moored by the shore.
He carried Si Tang directly onto the yacht.
Si Tang’s pupils dilated, her long, curled lashes fluttering incessantly, betraying her nervousness. She shook her head at him repeatedly, her expression anxious and pale.
Seeing how terrified she was, Fan Yi’s smile deepened, sending chills down her spine.
Once aboard the yacht, the opulent decor came into view. Romantic red roses adorned every corner, creating a dreamlike crimson ambiance.
However, to Si Tang, it felt like needles pricking her eyes, and the color of blood only added to the eerie atmosphere.
He pushed open a door to one of the rooms.
The room was filled with red roses, and the bed was strewn with rose petals. Outside the porthole, the deep blue sea lay tranquil and serene, while golden sunlight, like scattered gold, illuminated everything inside.
Si Tang had no idea that this was originally a surprise Fan Yi had prepared to express his love for her.
Fan Yi finally set her down. She moved her lips and realized she had regained control of her body.
Stumbling backward, she fell onto the rose-petal-covered bed.
“What do you want to do?”
As her trembling, hoarse voice faded, Si Tang suddenly realized the yacht was moving.
She turned to look outside the porthole, the sea was rapidly receding. Fan Yi stood by the porthole, still elegant and noble, smiling faintly at her.
“Tangtang, didn’t you want to know who I am?” His voice was gentle, like a beast coaxing its prey before the hunt. “Why not let me tell you myself?”
Si Tang shuddered.
The person before her was utterly unfamiliar. Though he still wore a smile, the gentle facade had vanished, replaced by a volatile and treacherous danger.
“But before the answer is revealed ”
“I want to know, do you really trust that man named Ling Xubai so much?”
His words carried the same oppressive force as his deliberate steps toward her.
A fear that seeped from her very bones. She propped up her trembling body, retreating futilely.
“I.” She wanted to say something.
After all, the way he was acting now was truly terrifying.
“Shh.” Just moments ago, he had been three feet away, yet in an instant, he was right in front of her. His cold fingertips pressed against the corner of her lips, silencing her. “I’ll find out soon enough.”
He smiled again, with a meaningful look.
That eerie expression made Si Tang swallow nervously, her throat tight.
He was too close so close their breaths intertwined. The man before her had fair skin, soft crimson lips like petals after a rain, and disheveled ink-black hair that partially obscured his enchanting, bewitching eyes. And in those eyes, there was a strange, unsettling excitement.
It seemed as though he was about to accomplish something he had long desired.
Si Tang glanced out the window from the corner of her eye. They were already surrounded by an endless expanse of the sea. Panic began to set in, and she couldn’t help but ask.
“Where are you taking me?”
She belatedly started piecing everything together.
If he wanted her dead, she would have been dead long ago. What did he want from her?
A guess quickly surfaced in her mind.
Could it be that he actually “liked” her? That he had pretended to get close to her, and now, with his identity on the verge of being exposed, he had decided to lay his cards on the table and lock her away where no one could find her?
After all, Ling Xubai had said that this “person” had never had any social interactions before. He had appeared out of nowhere by her side.
What would he do the moment his identity was exposed? Of course, he would confine her to his own territory, molding her into the version of her he desired!
Coupled with his penchant for surveillance, it was clear his need for control was terrifyingly extreme.
He really was a madman!
Frightened by this realization, Si Tang began to struggle frantically.
“Let me go!” She tried to push against his firm chest, shouting angrily, “Do you want to lock me away? Trap me in your world?!”
Fan Yi raised an eyebrow slightly in surprise, then effortlessly restrained her wrists with a light chuckle.
Tangtang had guessed it.
What to do? That was exactly what he had in mind.
“If you don’t want to be locked away by me, that’s fine too.” He gently tucked a stray strand of Si Tang’s hair behind her ear, smiling as he gazed at the face he had longed for day and night.
Her fear had been replaced by anger, her cheeks flushed a rosy hue. Her glistening eyes, still shimmering with unshed tears, glared at him accusingly. Her dark pupils were pure and clear, and a charming mole adorned the tip of her delicate nose, making her entire being come alive.
What to do? Even her anger was adorable.
Si Tang’s expression shifted to one of caution as she waited for him to continue.
A control-obsessed madman like him would never rest until he got what he wanted.
He smiled mysteriously. Suddenly, he tightened his grip on her wrist, pulling her firmly against his chest. Ignoring her startled cries, he carried her into the bathroom.
One arm wrapped around her shoulders, while the other firmly supported her hips, a posture reminiscent of carrying a child, yet also one of restraint.
He sat her down in front of the bathroom mirror. Unnoticed, the warmth of his body against hers began to gradually rise.
His breath grew warmer too, gently and unhurriedly brushing against her ear.
“Didn’t you want to know who I am? Let me show you, alright?” His voice, low and tender, whispered by her ear.
Si Tang trembled in panic.
What are you looking at???
The next moment, Fan Yi answered her with the changes in his body. (No, I didn’t write anything suggestive, don’t get the wrong idea.
