Chapter 26: I Command You to Be at My Villa Within Half an Hour!
Xie Li was caught completely off guard by the embrace. His thin frame was pressed against Yan Yu’s chest, allowing him to clearly feel the thudding heartbeat against his ribs and the ambiguous whispers tickling his ear.
Yan Yu’s warm breath fanned against him, making Xie Li’s ears flush with heat. His body felt weak, yet he was filled with an irrepressible excitement; his blood was boiling.
Faking surprise, he gave Yan Yu a gentle push—a classic move of “resisting while yielding.” A faint crimson hue bloomed on his face, and his voice, though cool, carried a seductive, husky undertone: “A-Yu, what nonsense are you talking about?”
This reaction only served to please Yan Yu further. His “peach blossom” eyes danced with layers of amusement as he hooked his arm around Xie Li’s waist, pinning him against the door. His palm slid down, tracing the curve of Xie Li’s side.
At that touch, Xie Li’s body couldn’t help but go limp in his arms. His cheeks burned, and he rested his palms against Yan Yu’s chest, his eyes growing hazy as he softly called out: “A-Yu…”
In the past, Yan Yu had attempted to get closer many times, but Xie Li had always played hard to get, maintaining a calculated distance. Now, allowing himself to be held like this made Yan Yu feel a surge of physical heat.
Drunkenness blurs the consciousness. Yan Yu pulled Xie Li tightly into his embrace, instinctively burying his face in the crook of Xie Li’s neck. He rubbed his palms against the other man’s delicate skin and blew a warm, suggestive breath: “A-Li, your waist is so thin…”
“A-Yu… you, you…” Xie Li had never been this intimate with anyone before; he was genuinely nervous.
Xie Li’s body had already begun to respond; he even felt an impulse to press himself closer to Yan Yu. However, to maintain his air of reserve, he tried to push him away: “Calm down, A-Yu, you’re drunk!”
“I’m not drunk!” Yan Yu’s tone was firm, even if his mind was a mess.
He leaned down and bit Xie Li’s neck, then scooped him up entirely. He kicked the door shut with his foot, carried the startled “beauty” to the bed, and hovered over him.
Xie Li was passive but not refusing. Yan Yu, however, was in complete disarray. He squinted his eyes, murmuring under his breath: “A-Li, give yourself to me…”
Xie Li’s face was flushed deep red, his posture one of half-yielding invitation.
Yan Yu smiled and lowered his head, intending to kiss his lips. But just as he was about to make contact, a face suddenly flashed through his mind—Shen Jin.
Yan Yu’s expression froze instantly. His movements halted. He looked down at the person on the bed with a sense of dazed confusion, suddenly feeling a jolt of sobriety mixed with even greater chaos.
He couldn’t understand what he was doing. Hadn’t he always wanted A-Li? The opportunity was right here in front of him, so why—at this exact moment—did Shen Jin’s face appear?
Waiting for the next move, Xie Li was stunned. He called out in confusion: “A… Yu?”
They were already at this stage. It was impossible for him to stop. Didn’t he always love him?
“I… I’m drunk… my head hurts.” Yan Yu shook his head in pain, reaching up to rub his temples. He got off the bed abruptly. “I’m a bit confused, I drank too much. You should get some rest.”
Leaving those words behind, Yan Yu stumbled out of the room, rubbing his temples and leaving a pale-faced Xie Li lying on the bed with disheveled clothes and a vacant stare.
Xie Li bit his lip, disbelief coloring his features: “How is this possible…”
I’ve already gone this far! How could he be indifferent? Why did he suddenly stop?!
This is impossible!
Doesn’t he love me the most?
Xie Li was used to being put on a pedestal. This kind of rejection felt like a profound humiliation, a strike to his dignity. He gripped the bedsheets tightly, gritting his teeth as he cursed: “Damn it!”
…
Having fled Xie Li’s room in a state of disarray, Yan Yu returned to his own quarters. He rushed to the bathroom to splash cold water on his face, trying to clear his head, while a low-burning irritation simmered within him.
He was furious at his own uselessness. Why did he have to think of Shen Jin at a time like this? Shen Jin was just a plaything; it made no sense for his face to haunt him after they had parted ways.
And yet, he couldn’t control himself. Before he even realized what he was doing, he had dialed Shen Jin’s number—
Ring… ring… ring…
The mechanical tone droned on until it ended in a “no answer.” The veins on Yan Yu’s forehead throbbed. He suppressed the urge to smash his phone and dialed again. The result was the same: no answer.
He was already in a foul mood; this was like adding fuel to the fire: “He dares… to not answer my phone?”
Usually, when he was with Shen Jin, it was Shen Jin who called him. On the rare occasion Yan Yu spared the time to call, the boy would be over the moon, reluctant to hang up and talking endlessly.
It was as if receiving a call was a supreme honor. But now, he wasn’t answering? Was it because he had found another wealthy sugar daddy?
His grip on the phone tightened, as if he wanted to crush it into dust.
…
At the Night Sound Bar, the crowd had finally thinned out enough for Shen Jin to take a breath. He slipped into the restroom to check his phone.
When he saw several missed calls from Yan Yu, his initial reaction was one of joy and excitement: “A-Yu…”
But after the joy came a sudden paleness. Because besides the missed calls, there was a text message from Yan Yu—
“I give you money, you give me your body. On-call at all times. That is the nature of our transaction. Didn’t you want money? Now, I command you to be at my villa within half an hour!”
