After Entering a Contract Marriage with a Disabled Alpha - Chapter 27
Pei Yu’s ears were usually hidden beneath his fluffy, slightly long hair; they had never been touched, let alone licked. It wasn’t until this moment that he realized his ears were just as sensitive as the rest of his body. He simply couldn’t handle Qin Shen biting them.
“Qin… Mr. Qin,” Pei Yu’s voice was low, carrying a hint of a plea for mercy. The tips of his ears itched, flushing a delicate crimson that shimmered with a moist luster under the dim yellow light.
Qin Shen loved the way his own pheromones wrapped around Pei Yu. Seeing Pei Yu instinctively try to dodge, Qin Shen unhurriedly tightened his arms. Beneath the thin shirt, the muscle lines of his forearms were smooth and powerful, and his aquamarine cufflinks reflected a brilliant blue light. These cufflinks were a pair, matching the ones on Pei Yu’s shirt sleeves.
The slightly sharp edge of a cufflink pressed against Pei Yu’s soft lower abdomen. Sitting on Qin Shen’s lap, Pei Yu couldn’t move at all; he could only make small, futile attempts to break free. But the more he shifted restlessly, the more the rounded curve of his body—the part with a bit of “meat”—pressed against Qin Shen.
Pei Yu could even vaguely hear Qin Shen’s breathing rhythm falter, his exhalations turning heavy and scorching. As expected, Qin Shen breathed raspy words into his ear: “Must you keep moving?”
Qin Shen had just given Pei Yu a temporary mark, and his pheromones were melting into the boy’s body and blood. It felt as if he were truly embracing Pei Yu’s soul. No Alpha could remain perfectly composed in front of their Omega. Even Qin Shen, with his extreme self-control and cold discipline, could not manage it.
Qin Shen’s throat felt itchy. He ran his tongue along his lower teeth, his fingers slowly and gently stroking the soft flesh at Pei Yu’s waist.
“I want to… keep biting you,” Qin Shen’s voice was dropped to an extreme low, like it was lined with sand. He sounded serious, not joking at all. It seemed as if in the next second, Pei Yu’s nape would suffer another bite.
Pei Yu’s fingertips trembled with fear. He hadn’t even recovered from the first temporary mark yet. He didn’t dare move any more, so he simply braced his hands against the charcoal-gray jacket. The tailored suit jacket he had used to cover his legs was now a crumpled mess.
Pei Yu blinked his lashes and refused softly, “You can’t.” He was still reeling from the experience. Those two or three minutes had brought a sensation that, besides the pain, was accompanied by something else entirely indescribable. When Qin Shen’s teeth truly captured him, it felt as if his very weakness was being held. A surge of complex emotions swept over him; his mind went blank, fireworks erupted, and the heat turned his face a scorched red.
If he had to describe the feeling… strictly speaking, compared to Pei Yu’s green and limited past experiences, the experience of being marked by Qin Shen was far more intense. It was too shameful.
Realizing what he was thinking about, Pei Yu’s face turned completely red. He gripped the jacket tighter, turning the expensive garment into a literal rag.
“I can’t?”
“Baby, are you rejecting me?”
Qin Shen’s long, thick lashes drooped, partially veiling the burning affection in the depths of his dark eyes. His tone was low and carried a hint of dejection, as if Pei Yu were a “scumbag” who only cared about himself and ignored the Alpha who had helped him.
Qin Shen buried his head in Pei Yu’s thin shoulder. His lips inadvertently brushed against the boy’s snowy, pink-tinged neck again as he inhaled the scent of roses in Pei Yu’s hair with obsession.
“Why not?” Qin Shen’s voice was thick with desire.
The tips of Pei Yu’s ears were scarlet, yet Qin Shen refused to let him off, his thin lips inching closer bit by bit. Their mouths were mere inches apart. If Qin Shen wanted to, he could taste the boy’s small earlobe or soft, pale pink lips with just a slight movement.
Pei Yu’s eyelids felt hot as he rejected him repeatedly, his face flushing. “It’s just… it’s just not okay, Mr. Qin. No.” His voice was soft and light, like a kitten with no temper.
At this moment, Pei Yu had no strength left in his body. Although the sudden “special period” had been suppressed by Qin Shen, his body’s most honest reaction hadn’t changed a bit. Pei Yu was on the verge of a breakdown. Was he supposed to go back like this? Would it… break? And how was he supposed to get out of the car? Wouldn’t Qin Shen and Qin Yiyang notice immediately?
His mind was a mess. The charcoal-gray suit on his lap was his only lifeline, at least helping to hide some of the embarrassment.
The Omega’s refusal was small and weak, not forceful at all. It only made Qin Shen want to bully him more. Qin Shen let out a soft laugh, teasing him: “You called me ‘Gege’ earlier, but now it’s back to ‘Mr. Qin.’ Is this a case of ‘using me and then throwing me away’?”
Qin Shen’s tone was sorrowful. “I see… but I understand your rejection. After all, they say the one who falls in love first has already lost. I’ve lost completely, so I have nothing to complain about. Right, baby?”
Qin Shen’s tone was lazy and drawling, yet laced with helplessness, as if Pei Yu truly were a “scum” who “put on his pants and ran” after having his fun.
Pei Yu: “…”
As Qin Shen spoke, his warm breath fanned across Pei Yu’s reddened ear. Pei Yu parted his lips, stammering an explanation: “I didn’t… I’m not throwing you away…”
Qin Shen looked down, admiring the fresh circle of tooth marks he had left on the back of Pei Yu’s neck. The fair, slender nape had been flawless, but now it bore a distinct set of marks. The slightly swollen gland had its skin broken, oozing a faint trace of blood mixed with the fragrance of roses. Snowy skin, vivid red, and the tooth marks of a lingering color—it gave Pei Yu a sense of broken, fragile beauty.
Qin Shen’s gaze turned dark, and his Adam’s apple bobbed. He lowered his head, his thin lips once again grinding against that deep ring of tooth marks.
“Then why aren’t you calling me ‘Gege’ anymore?” Qin Shen opened his lips and kissed the spot.
How could the sensitive neck handle being both licked and bitten? Pei Yu’s spine went numb and soft. His brain was like an old, rusted machine that had forgotten how to function. His breathing was rapid, and he was lost in total chaos.
Qin Shen’s compatibility with him was extremely high; the crisp, cool Alpha pheromones were taking effect, causing the restlessness of the heat to fade. But the “other fire” could not be extinguished at all.
Pei Yu felt so miserable. He was so embarrassed he wanted to cry. But he had already failed to hold back tears during the temporary marking, and Qin Shen had used his thumb to wipe them away. If he cried again now, it would be too humiliating. So, he bit his lip hard, not knowing what to do. Furthermore, he couldn’t possibly tell Qin Shen about his “unspeakable predicament.” It would be too embarrassing. Qin Shen might think he became like that just from a temporary mark.
Pei Yu let out a muffled groan. Qin Shen paused, thinking he had bullied Pei Yu into crying again. Looking at the boy’s light brown eyes filled with mist, his heart melted.
“Why do you look like you’re going to cry again…?”
Qin Shen was also in a dilemma. If he pushed forward, Pei Yu was so ashamed he was crying his ears were red enough to bleed making him feel like he was bullying a child. If he pulled back, he simply couldn’t let go. How could he easily release such a soft treasure?
Inside the enclosed car, the romantic floral scent mixed with the fresh cedar and mint. The atmosphere was baked to a high heat.
“I wasn’t going to cry.”
Pei Yu tried stubbornly to explain, but in the next second, his eyes flew wide open, and he lost his voice completely.
“You…”
Pei Yu’s heart stopped. He clearly felt Qin Shen’s intense desire. Qin Shen… was actually just like him.
Pei Yu fell into a sky-filling shame, his muscles tensing until he nearly petrified. “How can you be like this…” Pei Yu stammered.
“Well, I’ve been caught.” Qin Shen’s tone was free and easy. “Since I’ve been caught, I have nothing to hide. Am I a rogue?”
“Rogue!”
“Am I quite bad?”
“Bad!”
“Am I a pervert?”
Pei Yu was about to answer affirmatively, but then he realized—wasn’t he the same? If he scolded Qin Shen, wouldn’t he be scolding himself? Pei Yu’s gaze flickered, and he said guiltily, “It’s… it’s okay, I guess.”
“Hm?” Qin Shen was surprised. He didn’t expect Pei Yu not to call him a pervert this time. But just because Pei Yu didn’t scold him didn’t mean Qin Shen was actually being good. His lips curled into a more shameless smile.
“I helped you just now. Shouldn’t baby return the favor?” A hint of a teasing smile played in Qin Shen’s eyes.
Pei Yu blinked, still a bit dazed, not knowing what “returning the favor” meant. It couldn’t be that he had to bite Qin Shen back, right? Besides, Qin Shen calling him that was a total foul.
“You mean?” Pei Yu asked hesitantly. The very next second, he was so ashamed he couldn’t speak, his cheeks heating up rapidly once again.
“Just hold me… a bit tighter.” Qin Shen hugged Pei Yu with satisfaction, burying his head in the boy’s thin shoulder.
The car traveled through the thick moonlight. From the blurry silhouettes on the window, the two people hugging looked warm and harmonious. Only the participants, Qin Shen and Pei Yu, knew about the turbulent undercurrents.
Pei Yu arched his back slightly, feeling as if he were about to be melted by the heat, and tried to pull away. After all, Qin Shen’s presence was far too intense. In the same state, Qin Shen’s reaction was much more frightening than his own.
Pei Yu carefully shifted forward, trying to catch a breath, but he had only moved a centimeter when he was ruthlessly pulled back by Qin Shen.
“Where are you running?” Qin Shen’s voice was raspy to the extreme.
Pei Yu pouted, his eyes red from shame: “Then don’t move around like that…”
The Qin Shen holding him let out a low, mocking chuckle. “I can’t even move a few times? Is your control a bit too strict?”
Pei Yu’s ears were scarlet. He lowered his head, wanting to bury himself in a crack. His face was a mix of white and red, like steamed shrimp—delicate and fresh. Compared to Pei Yu’s bashfulness, Qin Shen was much more open. After all, he never intended to hide his love for Pei Yu; instead, it was a surging tide.
He rubbed against the boy’s slender back while lowering his head, wanting to lick Pei Yu’s snowy neck and shoulder. The slightly swollen gland releasing rose fragrance, the clean lines of the collarbone, the profile as smooth and translucent as mutton-fat jade… every part was an irresistible temptation.
There were fewer cars on the road now; the whistling of the night wind mixed with Qin Shen’s heavy breathing. Finally, Pei Yu could no longer handle such scorching adoration.
He bit his lip and said stammeringly, “Mr. Qin, how much longer are you going to hold me?” He had endured the shame of being held for so long, yet he hadn’t seen Qin Shen regain his usual composure.
“Does baby want me to hold you for a long time, or just a bit longer?”
Thin sweat broke out on Qin Shen’s forehead, and the veins on his neck were prominently visible. His Adam’s apple rolled as he inhaled the scent on Pei Yu. Things were beyond his expectations… holding and pressing against him hadn’t relieved the tension; instead, it was becoming even more of a torture.
Pei Yu didn’t understand at all; he only knew that Qin Shen, who was in the same state as him, must be feeling much “more comfortable” than he was. He was incredibly envious.
“But, I’m also really uncomfortable.”
Pei Yu finally couldn’t hide it anymore, nor did he want to. He took hold of Qin Shen’s sharp wrist and used his fingers to slowly pry apart the man’s long knuckles. He truly couldn’t say the words out loud, so he could only let Qin Shen understand for himself.
Even through the suit jacket, the scorching heat could be felt. Qin Shen froze for several seconds before coming back to his senses. He thought Pei Yu was the same as him, feeling this way because of the temporary mark. Thinking Pei Yu was shy, he offered gentle comfort: “It’s okay. This is very normal. It’s not embarrassing; I won’t laugh at you, and I’ll stay with you.”
Pei Yu blinked his moist lashes, his heart feeling warm and his racing heart finally finding a safe place to land. He thought Qin Shen would laugh at him or take the opportunity to tease him triumphantly. He didn’t expect Qin Shen to be so patient and inclusive.
Pei Yu finally couldn’t help but let out a whimper, pouring out his grievances to Qin Shen. “It’s hurt for so, so long. It hurt even before you marked me.”
Qin Shen didn’t notice anything wrong yet; he just felt even more heartache. Seeing Pei Yu’s wet, red eyes, his whole heart softened.
“I’m sorry. It’s my fault for not noticing, for ignoring baby. It’s all my fault…”
Qin Shen’s lips were against the boy’s ear, his voice sexy and magnetic, with a softness as vast as the ocean.
“Then how about I help baby first…?” Qin Shen rasped.
A warm, large hand lifted the charcoal-gray jacket, and the back of his knuckled hand caused the suit to bunch into various folds. Pei Yu was still in a daze.
In the next second. He was held by Qin Shen.
Pei Yu’s light brown eyes flew wide open. His heart skipped a beat.
