- After Breaking Up with the Alpha Villain, I was Forcibly Marked
- Chapter 13 - An Irresistible Dominance
“Why… so sudden?”
Gao Yang pressed his hands against Xing Xiyan’s shoulders, desperately inhaling a few gulps of long-overdue air. He tried to suppress the rising heat in his chest beneath his ragged, uneven breaths.
This was the first time he had felt such an irresistible dominance from Xing Xiyan.
It wasn’t the predatory pheromone release of a differentiated person, nor was it the hierarchical suppression between Alphas. It felt more like a primal, animalistic desire intense and crazed. Like a rolling, torrential heatwave, it felt as though it might tear him apart and swallow him whole at any moment.
“I’m confirming whether Senior’s ‘love’ is real or fake.”
The lower lip that the Alpha had bitten was still stinging, but Xing Xiyan seemed oblivious to it as his thumb brushed over the deep, bloodied teeth marks.
“We’ve already kissed… surely you believe me now?!”
Gao Yang’s resisting movements froze for a split second. His eyelashes fluttered rapidly, hiding the dazed confusion in the depths of his eyes.
He had thought his concession had finally melted Xing Xiyan’s icy exterior that the youth had felt a spark of attraction and kissed him out of impulse.
Good grief, he was actually just testing him.
Fortunately, Gao Yang hadn’t forgotten the mission. At the moment the youth kissed him, he had successfully managed to stabilize his urge to snap.
“Not enough.”
Xing Xiyan licked away the residual blood on his thumb, his gaze fixed directly on the Alpha before him.
Only he knew that from the moment this Alpha had appeared before him so nonsensically, from the moment those eyes began to linger on him, and from the moment the man had told him he liked him with a face full of sincerity an obsession had begun to grow wildly in his heart.
During that half-month of absence, he had tried to gouge out the traces this Alpha had carved into his heart.
He had failed.
The obsession had not been uprooted; instead, its tangled roots had dug deeper into his body, branching into trees and overflowing into a disaster. The only way to find peace was to possess this person completely and lock him in his cage.
Gao Yang’s eyes widened. “Still not enough?”
If this isn’t enough, what else do you want?
Xing Xiyan didn’t answer directly. Instead, he reached out and tugged at the hem of Gao Yang’s shirt where it was tucked into his trousers. He slipped his hand inside, his palm slowly sliding down the line of his waist, stroking him again and again.
It was as if he were using his actions to tell him that the kiss just now was merely a shallow, tentative probe…
“Are you crazy?! This is a military academy; someone could pass by at any moment!”
Cool air rushed in beneath his open clothes, brushing against his sensitive waist and hips. Gao Yang felt a surge of goosebumps. With a flushed face, he summoned all his strength to stop the intruder’s hand from wreaking havoc under his clothes.
“Senior minds?”
Xing Xiyan leaned down inch by inch, his thick, straight lashes sweeping downward to cast a small, mottled shadow. His sharp gaze moved from the Alpha’s watery, red-rimmed eyes to his ripened, scarlet earlobes.
Wisps of curly black hair tangled around the Alpha’s red ears, making them look even more lustrous. At the slightest touch of his warm breath, the thin, pointed tip of the ear would tremble unconsciously like a disturbed mimosa plant, making one want to reach out and rub it ruthlessly.
As the thought arose, a slender-fingered hand landed on the Alpha’s earlobe.
Gao Yang turned his head to avoid the itch. He was certain that if something really happened, the entire Empire would know by tomorrow that he had submitted to an undifferentiated youth.
By then, the top of the trending charts would be filled with headlines like: “Promiscuous Simp Gao Yang Submits After Failed Pursuit,” “Gao Heir So Desperate He Seduces Undifferentiated Youth,” “The Empire’s First Military Academy’s Shameful Duo,” or “Shameless Alpha Forces Himself on Pretty Boy.”
He cast his gaze toward a nearby security camera, racking his brain to exaggerate the consequences. “I’m worried about you. Once it’s caught on camera, people with motives will blow it out of proportion. It might even become the one piece of ‘black history’ you’ll hate and want to erase the most.”
As if to validate his prediction, the surveillance camera mounted three meters up the wall suddenly switched to patrol mode, sensing a strong human biological signature nearby. The small red light at the center of the lens flashed coldly as the elliptical body rotated, searching for suspicious targets within its range.
No matter where they hid, they couldn’t escape the camera’s all-encompassing search.
At the same time, the subtle sensation coming from the youth changed with a speed perceptible to the naked eye, embedding itself between his legs with predatory intent. An abnormally scorching body temperature felt as though it might burn through their clothes and steam his skin dry in the next second.
“??!!”
Gao Yang was dumbfounded.
“I don’t mind being caught on camera.”
In fact, he wanted everyone to know.
You are mine.
Xing Xiyan’s expression remained unchanged. His eyes, hidden beneath his bangs, were obscure and unreadable, and his low, cold voice carried a hint of secret excitement.
He knew that the Alpha’s “love” came mostly from his face, and might even have other motives. But it didn’t matter. As long as the man was by his side, he would turn the fake into the real.
“Can’t you fucking show some restraint? At least back off a little?”
Gao Yang felt uncomfortable being pressed so tightly. He raised his elbow and pushed at the youth’s shoulder.
“…It’s Senior’s fault.”
The pressure Xing Xiyan applied to his waist increased. The intense desire to possess the Alpha felt as though it would snap the shackles of “reason” and burst out of its cage at any moment.
“Nonsense, I didn’t do anything…” Gao Yang flatly refused to accept the blame.
“Senior started the fire; Senior should be responsible.”
Before he could finish, the youth suddenly exerted force through the thin barrier between them, shattering the rebuttal that had almost reached Gao Yang’s lips.
“You…!”
Hearing the muffled groan that escaped his own throat now completely changed in pitch Gao Yang’s face and neck burned with heat. He instinctively tried to pull back to distance himself, but he realized his back had been against the wall from the start. There was nowhere to retreat.
He braced his leg, intending to kick the person away, but he couldn’t be sure if the youth was still testing him.
“What is Senior thinking about?”
Seeing the distracted Alpha, Xing Xiyan hooked his hand around the right leg that was hanging in mid-air and lightly bit the flesh of the man’s neck. Dark currents surged in his eyes, radiating a faint displeasure. He didn’t want the man’s attention to be stolen by anything else.
“Thinking about whether you would…”
Realizing that Xing Xiyan’s grip on his thigh had tightened, Gao Yang suddenly snapped out of it, realizing he was about to say his thoughts out loud. He quickly shut his mouth.
“Whether I would what?” the youth pressed, looking up.
On that cold, beautiful face, a very faint, melting joy appeared simply because the object of the Alpha’s thoughts was himself.
The sight made Gao Yang’s heart skip a beat, and his brain followed suit. He felt a bit guilty about fooling the boy, but he couldn’t bring himself to tell the truth.
This was a mess.
Just as he was wondering how to change the subject to stabilize the situation, the metal band on his wrist suddenly lit up with an alert. A soft, arc-shaped white light rippled out in layers once every second, entering their field of vision.
