Your Boyfriend is Great! He's Mine Now - Chapter 10
Shen Xubai did not yet know that he was about to be stuck by a piece of dog-skin plaster; he had drunk quite a lot of alcohol and had already fallen into a deep sleep.
“Beep-beep” sounds came from the door the sound of the electronic lock successfully disengaging.
Gu Linyuan, casually draped in a dark blue bathrobe, stepped barefoot and swaggeringly into Shen Xubai’s home.
Shen Xubai was sleeping on the sofa. The room was very dark, but the moon seemed to favor him; soft moonlight spilled onto his body, plating him in a layer of holy, ethereal beauty. He looked handsome as a god, void-like and somewhat unreal.
Gu Linyuan stood at the entryway for a long time. The person slept very soundly, completely unaware that a thief had entered the house.
There were Wusu beer cans in the trash can. Gu Linyuan stared at them for two seconds, murmuring silently, “He drank himself like this after only three cans.”
He felt displeased as he finished the thought. “A sip or two should have been enough.”
Three bottles, Xiao Yu was truly unworthy!
Gu Linyuan was in a sour mood. He frowned, inspecting the furnishings in the room; compared to the daytime, they didn’t seem to have changed much.
He wandered into the bedroom, not daring to turn on the main light, switching on only the bathroom light.
A faint fragrance still lingered in the air it must have been body wash.
At the mere thought of Shen Xubai bathing in there just hours ago, Gu Linyuan’s throat went dry and tight.
Towels, toothbrushes, cups everything was for one person.
Gu Linyuan was very satisfied.
Returning to the bedroom, he pulled open the wardrobe from left to right, from light to dark, shirts and pants hung in order, smooth without a hint of a wrinkle.
Gu Linyuan checked them piece by piece, feeling immensely pleased that they were all one size.
He didn’t stint on praise: “Truly obedient.”
Gu Linyuan held one of the white shirts and took a deep breath, attempting to lock Shen Xubai’s lingering scent tightly into his nasal cavity.
He closed his eyes, pathological and obsessed.
His sense of smell was having a rave all on its own, and the clamor in his skull wouldn’t cease.
The bedroom was not large, containing only a bed, a wardrobe, and a nightstand. Gu Linyuan stared at that locked nightstand, hesitated for a few seconds, but decided to let it go for now.
The sheets and quilt covers had been thrown away, leaving only a Simmons mattress lying lonely on the bed frame.
The moment he thought about how two people had once slept on this bed how they would embrace, kiss, have sex, and sleep with their feet pressed together, frame after frame of realistic imagery flashed before his eyes. Intense killing intent surged in his scarlet eyes, and his chest heaved violently beyond his control. Gu Linyuan tossed a white pill from his palm into his mouth, chewing it dry before swallowing.
“It has nothing to do with Brother; it’s my uselessness, it’s my fault. I arrived too late.”
Gu Linyuan pinched his arm nervously to calm himself down for a moment before suppressing the violent emotions. He curled his lips and stared down at the mattress. “So filthy, disappear quickly; don’t obstruct his eyes.”
The mattress said nothing.
Gu Linyuan turned off the light and went to the kitchen.
There were no traces of cooking, and the refrigerator contained only a few eggs and some instant food.
Gu Linyuan frowned and went to the study.
The bookshelves contained books on securities and fiscal taxation, as well as a few palm-sized wood carvings. They were all birds, kept in their natural wood color without additional paint. At first glance, they looked identical, but a closer look revealed subtle differences.
His fingers grazed every inch of the wood carvings, sensing the warmth of another person that had long ceased to exist.
On the desk were only a laptop, a tablet, and a water cup.
A computer, what a private object it was.
Gu Linyuan wanted very much to look at it, but there wasn’t enough time. He withdrew his gaze with a touch of regret, turning his attention to the rimless glasses instead.
His interest was piqued.
Shen Xubai looked very good wearing glasses. He wanted to give Shen Xubai many pairs of glasses.
To make him put them on and then take them off.
A bitter taste slowly permeated his oral cavity, interrupting his excitement.
His stomach ached faintly.
Gu Linyuan got up and went out, returning to Shen Xubai’s side.
He looked down at the person who was still fast asleep.
He just watched like that…
Kept watching……
It was too strange.
Clearly, he was the one looking down from above, and he was the one who could easily crush the person’s beautiful and fragile neck, and clearly, his prey was weak to the point of having no aggressive intent.
But Gu Linyuan had an illusion: he was sacrificing his soul and life to the other party.
Willingly.
Gu Linyuan squatted down, feeling somewhat aggrieved, watching him without blinking, whispering, “Brother, you’re bullying people.”
Shen Xubai didn’t reply, nor did he touch his head with a light smile, gently saying, “I’m not bullying you.”
He even slept more soundly, and a slight snoring sound suddenly started, then dragged on infinitely.
The dull mood was swept away. Gu Linyuan let out a “giggle,” rubbing against the tip of Shen Xubai’s nose in a childlike manner. “Why are you snoring like a little puppy? So cute.”
Perhaps his nose was a bit itchy; Shen Xubai frowned and tilted his head.
Gu Linyuan stared straight at his eyes. If he were to open them in the next second, what emotions would appear in those light-colored eyes?
Surprise? Fear? Or anger?
How truly anticipated.
It was a pity Shen Xubai didn’t wake up.
Gu Linyuan put on an unhappy expression with some regret.
And then, some relief.
He rested his chin on his hands, using an obsessed gaze to map every inch of Shen Xubai’s flesh and blood.
Shen Xubai was very obedient when he slept, shedding the overly cold sharpness he usually wore. There was a small brown mole at the corner of his eye that made it hard for one to focus.
His eyelashes were very long, like little fans.
The bridge of his nose was tall but not broad, very exquisite.
His lips were light pink, with the lower lip slightly thicker than the upper, which softened the coldness.
Gu Linyuan wanted very much to taste them carefully.
But good things often had to be saved for the very end to be savored properly.
From his tousled hair to his smooth forehead, Gu Linyuan grazed lightly over his eyelids, lingered to the tip of his nose, skipped his lips to reach his chin, and then followed the order back to his hair, taking a light sniff and feeling satisfied to the point of sighing.
The tip of his tongue licked that small mole, and he visited the left and right cheeks without neglecting either, finally tasting his ultimate delicacy.
The moment their lips touched was like a bird meeting a fish, like the sky meeting the sea. Gu Linyuan even forgot how to breathe, his fingers trembling with excitement.
Too delicious.
Too delicious to be savored carefully he just wanted to swallow him into his belly in one bite.
The holy moon had been piously defiled by Gu Linyuan.
A subtle pain caused Shen Xubai to frown and open his eyes.
Face to face, the distance between their breathing was no more than a fist’s width.
Shen Xubai’s expression was dazed, his light eyes shimmering with a faint glow in the dark night.
He saw Gu Linyuan.
The man had shed his gentle coat, revealing the beast’s hide underneath, and was baring his fangs and brandishing his claws at him.
The pupils are so dark, they were like ink in the night, blended into one.
Completely indistinguishable.
The straightforward desire was itching to act, intertwined with an unknown excitement, faintly revealing a trace of fear.
The two looked at each other like this for a while.
Until his eyes grew sore, Shen Xubai closed them again and fell back into his dreamland.
Gu Linyuan squatted until his legs went numb, and his agitated blood finally cooled. He leaned forward in a half-kneeling position, piously planting a kiss on Shen Xubai’s forehead. “Good night, Brother.”
