Transmigrated into the Scum Female Consort - Chapter 90
Everyone has a love for beauty.
Moreover, Ye Xuejin was exquisitely beautiful, possessing a cold and elegant temperament, while her character and intellect were equally captivating. At this moment, with her eyes brimming with affection, it was as if an entire glacier had melted away. With a slight curl of her lips, she was breathtakingly soul-stirring.
Yun Chi lost track of how many times she had been awestruck. Her mind raced to find reasons for her currently erratic heartbeat. They were each getting what they needed, and they had already reached an agreement on a certain matter. Both were adults; since it was a mutual desire, it was only natural to take a step further.
Though their current situation wasn’t exactly ideal for a traditional wedding night, getting used to things in advance should be fine. For instance, a kiss… She really wanted to kiss her.
The thought emerged suddenly and intensely, prompting Yun Chi to reach out, cup Ye Xuejin’s chin, and lean in slightly.
“Consort…” Ye Xuejin blinked in a panic, calling out instinctively in a soft voice.
Yun Chi’s movement paused. Her fingers slid upward, smoothing a stray lock of hair by Ye Xuejin’s ear. She feigned composure and said, “Your hair was messy.”
With that, she hurriedly withdrew her hand and turned away.
Close. Just a hair’s breadth away, she had nearly lost her mind to obsession and kissed her! Beauty truly was a distraction; her lifelong reputation—thankfully—remained intact.
“Consort…” Another soft call came from beside her ear, lower and more rasping than the last.
“Mm.” Just as Yun Chi answered, her hand was caught.
In the next instant, the other woman’s fingers slid upward. Those cool fingertips landed on the pulse point on the inside of her wrist. They circled lightly, round and round, turning into invisible threads. These threads expanded recklessly, winding around her entire body, binding her so tightly that even her heart grew tense.
“Ye Xuejin…” Yun Chi heard her own voice; it was deep and stiff.
Ye Xuejin did not respond. She simply embraced her waist from behind, slowly pressing close, tangling around her like those very threads.
Yun Chi took a deep breath and suddenly spun around. With one hand, she pulled the quilt over them, blocking out the hazy moonlight. With the other, she felt for Ye Xuejin’s cheek. She lowered her head, only to stop abruptly.
Her heart was beating at a frightening speed, and the cheek beneath her palm was scorching hot. “I… may I?”
Ye Xuejin remained silent. She simply hooked her arms around the back of Yun Chi’s neck, her hands resting on the crown of Yun Chi’s head, and pressed down gently.
Boom!
Something exploded in Yun Chi’s mind. She instantly lost all reason, instinctively seeking out those enticing lips.
When their teeth and lips met… their breaths broke into a disordered rhythm, scattering apart. Then, within that addictive softness, they merged and danced together.
They had never experienced anything like this—it felt as if their very souls were leaping. They had never felt such urgency, a desperate wish to mold the other into their own body. The sound of her heartbeat filled her eardrums so violently it felt as though she might go deaf.
Yun Chi felt like she was suffocating, yet she couldn’t bear to stop. She continued to demand more, her craving bordering on the pathological.
Only when she felt that the other’s breath had also become so short that she was gasping did Yun Chi regain a sliver of her wandering sanity. She moved away, trailing from the jaw down to the other woman’s throat. Her lips parted and closed, gently biting a patch of delicate skin.
“Consort…”
Ye Xuejin suddenly froze. Her red lips parted slightly as she tilted her head back. The quilt slid from her face; she opened her eyes dazed, staring blankly into the dark night. Time seemed to freeze in that moment.
After a long while, Yun Chi released her. Like a kitten, she softly and slowly licked the spot she had just bitten.
“Consort… it itches…” Ye Xuejin trembled uncontrollably. Her hands moved back to the top of Yun Chi’s head, pressing her down to the side.
Yun Chi lay obediently against her shoulder, her breath evening out bit by bit. For a long time, neither spoke, lingering in the afterglow of that kiss, slowly soothing their racing hearts.
“Ye Xuejin, I’m sleeping.” Once Yun Chi calmed down, her tone was void of emotion, like she was delivering a formal notice. After speaking, she turned her back.
Then, she silently covered her face, screaming internally. Ah! AHHH! Her reputation—gone after all. Her first kiss—gone! And it was such a deep kiss! No one told her that kissing was so addictive!
Vaguely, she felt a bit shy. I gave my first kiss to Ye Xuejin! What if I like it too much? What if I want more?!
She felt like she was going crazy—or perhaps she had already gone mad. If she hadn’t been worried about hurting Ye Xuejin, she really wanted to bite down hard. She didn’t know she could be this wild! What was she supposed to do? She was losing it!
Behind her, as if sensing her emotions, Ye Xuejin reached out and grasped her wrist. Following the pulse upward, her fingertip tapped again and again.
Yun Chi: “…” Ah, this woman is crazy too. How am I supposed to resist this!
Yun Chi couldn’t hold back anymore and blurted out, “Don’t!” Don’t test my willpower anymore!
Ye Xuejin’s finger paused. Her fingertip pressed firmly into the skin of the wrist. She said nothing, yet Yun Chi seemed to hear a seductive, alluring call: Consort, again…
Yun Chi offered a second of silence in her heart. I’m sorry, I have no willpower left!
In the next instant, she heard herself say something utterly shameful. “Ye Xuejin… I want to, one more time…”
She was definitely crazy, driven mad by this woman.
Ye Xuejin’s breath hitched, and she closed her eyes. She still said nothing, but she tugged the quilt up to cover her cheeks.
Yun Chi went completely wild, falling once again into a boundless, endless craving. A craving without limit…
The next day, just as dawn broke, Qi Mingyan came to knock on the door. Last night, Her Highness had instructed her to go to the mine early this morning to contact the Zhou family. Consistent with her usual habits, she intended to greet Ye Xuejin before leaving and state approximately when she would return.
The knock sounded, but there was no movement inside for a long time. Qi Mingyan looked at the door; just as she was about to knock again, a sound finally came from within.
“Who is it?” Just three words, but the voice was hoarse and languid.
Qi Mingyan was stunned. That voice… belonged to Her Highness? It was, right? She struggled to identify it and replied, “Replying to Your Highness, I am heading to the mine with Xiao Yue now. We should return within the hour. If we do not return on time, I hope Your Highness will come to support us.”
“Go.”
Qi Mingyan turned away in a daze. It really was Her Highness’s voice, but the tone was so strange—as if all her strength had been drained away.
Inside, sunlight filtered through the window and fell upon the bed. Ye Xuejin glanced back and saw that the person who had been sleeping had woken up at some point and was staring at her. Their gazes met; Yun Chi panicked and instinctively looked away.
Wait, why am I hiding? So what if they kissed? So what if they kissed several times… wait, it felt like it was more like a dozen times.
Her mind was a muddle as she looked back at Ye Xuejin, only to have her eyes widen. “Ye Xuejin… you aren’t going out today, right?”
It was over. She had been careless. If the Princess went out now, wouldn’t everyone know exactly what they did last night! Moreover, she had only “incidentally” kissed her a bit too much—how could it have left such deep marks?
Ye Xuejin looked at Yun Chi blankly. Her gaze fell upon those excessively red lips, and she suddenly realized. Her cheeks flushed a deep red, and her ears burned.
It seemed… the Consort shouldn’t go out today either.
But… Ye Xuejin pursed her lips, maintaining her outward composure. She said softly, “Does the Consort have a bronze mirror?”
Yun Chi was silent. On their first day here, she had brought out all the furniture—she had a mirror, of course. It was glass, and it was far clearer than any bronze mirror. She had just forgotten to take it out.
Her eyes shifted guiltily as she pulled a full-length mirror from her storage space and placed it on the empty floor by the wall. Then, she squeezed her eyes shut and started playing dead.
Ye Xuejin walked over. She had prepared herself mentally, so seeing her lips slightly more swollen and redder than usual didn’t surprise her. What did surprise her was the vivid, dark red mark on her own neck.
