This Omega Kisses Too Fiercely [Transmigration] - Chapter 13
“Strange, it hurts a little,” Lu You muttered, standing before the large bathroom mirror. He pulled open his pajamas to find a faint redness on the left side of his chest. He couldn’t quite discern the shape of the mark. Catching sight of Luo Xinghe approaching from behind in the reflection, he hurried to button his clothes. “What are you doing in here? Get out.”
“Young Master, you can’t even dress yourself properly, how could you not need me?” Luo Xinghe walked up behind him, resting his hands on Lu You’s shoulders as if preparing to help him undress.
Lu You shifted his weight, subtly turning his body to avoid Luo Xinghe’s reaching hands. “I don’t need you, I can do it myself.”
Luo Xinghe retracted his hands and shrugged. “Alright then.”
Seeing that Luo Xinghe remained standing there with no intention of leaving, Lu You tilted his chin toward the door. “Out.”
Hah, don’t think he didn’t know what was going on in this big shot’s head all day. He was clearly coveting his body. Tsk tsk, truly a schemer.
“Why does the Young Master suddenly have no need for my service? Is it because… you’re afraid of being attracted to me?” Luo Xinghe asked, Lu You’s clothes draped over his arm, a smile playing on his lips.
Lu You truly felt that Luo Xinghe was a “scheming boy.” The more he interacted with him, the more apparent it became. The man was an expert at disguising himself. For him to remain so devoted despite how the original Lu You had treated him suggested that the original’s pheromones were definitely capable of triggering Luo Xinghe’s descent into darkness—and Luo Xinghe surely knew it.
Otherwise, how could he be so humble just for “love”?
There had to be a motive for Luo Xinghe to endure such abuse without leaving. Therefore, Lu You wouldn’t let himself be suppressed. He held the “half-baked” knowledge of the main plot, anyway. As long as he knew Luo Xinghe couldn’t harm him for the time being, likely because he had something the man wanted, he was safe.
Calmly turning back to face the mirror, Lu You looked at Luo Xinghe’s reflection. “Fine. Since you’re so desperate to serve me, I’ll reluctantly grant you the favor.”
“I am grateful for the Young Master’s charity, I am more than happy to do so.” Luo Xinghe stepped forward to help him remove his pajamas. His gaze fell upon the mirror, settling on the reddened spot on Lu You’s left chest. His eyes flickered, masking a surging mixture of love and hate.
Lu You gave a half-smile. This big shot certainly had thick skin. “I’m very grateful that you brought Xixi back to my side. I truly admire your magnanimity.”
As expected, he caught a microscopic change in Luo Xinghe’s expression, causing his own smile to brighten.
But who would have thought that Luo Xinghe would actually touch his chest while helping him dress!
Lu You had only just noticed the faint redness over his heart, which felt itchy to the touch. He wasn’t sure what was causing it. When Luo Xinghe’s hand brushed against it for the nth time while adjusting his clothes, Lu You reached his limit.
“Luo Xinghe, stop touching me. Are you really that thirsty?”
Looking in the mirror, his own cheeks were flushed from the contact. God, it made him look like he was blushing. That spot actually hurt, and it was quite close to his nipple, which was just awkward.
He had no idea where the red mark came from.
A thought suddenly flashed through his mind. Holy crap, could it be that while I was sleeping, Luo Xinghe—
He was no longer pure!
Luo Xinghe didn’t miss the crimson creeping up Lu You’s face. He curled his lips slightly, finished tidying the sleeves, and then knelt down to put on Lu You’s shoes. He gently held Lu You’s ankle to pull on the socks, saying:
“Young Master, Dr. He Li said last night that you should have less contact with Omegas, otherwise, it will hurt there.”
His fingertips grazed the fair skin of the ankle, his words carrying a hidden meaning.
Lu You frowned, looking at him with suspicion. He hadn’t actually heard the doctor’s words, as he had only overheard the conversation between the original’s parents and Luo Xinghe when he woke up.
He raised a hand to touch the left side of his chest.
“But it won’t hurt when you’re with me.” After finishing with the shoes, Luo Xinghe stood up, his body angling slightly so his elbow brushed against Lu You.
For some reason, this handsome face seemed to be growing increasingly aggressive.
Lu You swallowed hard. Looking at Luo Xinghe now that the “smart-ass” hairstyle was gone, he was undeniably good-looking, but his tenderness carried an indescribable sense of pressure. This Omega truly couldn’t be underestimated, he was incredibly “Alpha-like.”
Even if Luo Xinghe was the future King, Lu You had to stand his ground now.
If he didn’t act tough and trigger the blackening, he’d never get back home.
“Who says it doesn’t hurt? It hurts even worse whenever you get close, okay?” Lu You pretended to be in distress, clutching his chest and leaning weakly against the marble vanity.
Unexpectedly, in the next second, Luo Xinghe lifted him up and sat him on the vanity. Lu You’s eyes widened as he instinctively shielded his chest.
“If it hurts, why didn’t you say so sooner? It breaks my heart.” Luo Xinghe looked worried, making a move to unbutton Lu You’s clothes to check.
“Wait, wait, wait—” Lu You pushed away those habitually straying hands, pointing a stern finger at Luo Xinghe. “Don’t touch me. Stay away. It hurts more the closer you get.”
“The doctor said only I can alleviate your pain, Young Master.” Luo Xinghe looked a bit hurt by the rejection. “Young Master, let me see. If the pain is truly severe”
“Ow, it hurts so much right now! I’m dying! Get away from me!” Lu You leaned back against the mirror, eyes squeezed shut as he groaned and held his heart. He figured that even if he had to provoke the big shot, he had to protect his own body. This guy was always eyeing him, which was honestly a bit scary.
Seeing Lu You’s troublemaking act, Luo Xinghe’s lips curled into a calm smile. He braced his hands on either side of Lu You’s body, leaning in to whisper into his ear: “The doctor said that if it hurts, a kiss will make it better. And it only works if I’m the one who kisses you.”
Lu You’s eyes snapped open. He found Luo Xinghe terrifyingly close. In his mind, he cursed the “bullshit kiss” and the “doctor’s orders.” Liar!
Luo Xinghe met Lu You’s panicked eyes and laughed. “I can’t bear to see you suffer, Young Master. How about a kiss?”
“Get lost, get lost, get lost!” Lu You clamped a hand over his own mouth.
Luo Xinghe looked at Lu You’s violent reaction and chuckled. How cute.
Just then, a “thud” sounded from the doorway. Both turned their heads to see Song Xi standing there, eyes red and filled with disbelief.
Luo Xinghe’s expression turned icy. He still dares to show his face?
Song Xi couldn’t believe what he was seeing. There on the vanity, Lu You’s legs were parted, and Luo Xinghe was standing right between them. When he walked in, their faces were so close they seemed to be kissing. The pose, the intimacy, it made his head spin.
He was watching the person he liked, Luo Xinghe, being so intimate with Lu You!!
Seeing Song Xi appear, Lu You quickly pushed Luo Xinghe away, jumped off the vanity, and hurried toward Song Xi. “Xixi, let me explain.”
The show had to go on, especially a scene that could provoke both the big shot and the antagonist. He had to seize every opportunity to perform.
When Song Xi saw Lu You instinctively rush to explain himself, his ego inflated instantly. He felt certain that Lu You had truly fallen for him. Casting a glance at the stony-faced Luo Xinghe behind them, he felt a surge of retaliatory pleasure.
Since Luo Xinghe had turned against him because of Lu You, he would make Luo Xinghe jealous of his relationship with Lu You.
Even if he was the one who pushed Lu You last night, so what? Lu You would never believe it.
“Young Master Lu, if you don’t like me, you can just tell me. Maybe we should just… forget it.” Song Xi’s lips trembled as if he were about to cry, tears appearing right on cue.
Lu You was shocked by the instant waterworks. Hearing Song Xi suggest they “forget it,” he immediately replied, “No, how can we forget it? We’re a perfect match!”
How could he cut ties with Song Xi now? If he did, would he still be a scumbag? How would he trigger the big shot’s blackening or stop Song Xi from becoming a villain? He could not, under any circumstances, break up with Song Xi.
The words “perfect match” made Luo Xinghe’s face darken further.
Seeing Lu You approach, Song Xi immediately threw himself into Lu You’s arms, turning into a sobbing mess. He even pounded his fists against Lu You’s chest. “Then why were you so close to Luo Xinghe? Don’t you know my heart felt like it was stopping when I saw that!”
Lu You was caught off guard by the hug and had no room to refuse. He felt a sharp pang when Song Xi hit his chest, but he quickly masked his discomfort, forcing a smile as he squeezed Song Xi’s shoulders.
“It doesn’t hurt, it doesn’t hurt. If your heart aches, mine will too.”
Hearing this, Song Xi’s confidence grew. He became even more convinced that Lu You genuinely liked him. Glancing sideways at Luo Xinghe, he pressed his head against Lu You’s heart and said, feigning grievance:
“You have no idea, I left so early this morning just to see if you were okay. It was all my fault last night, if I hadn’t been careless, you wouldn’t have fallen into the water. Don’t blame Luo Xinghe, blame me. I was the one who insisted on a candlelight dinner. If it weren’t for me, you wouldn’t have had the accident. Are you alright now?”
These words sounded perfectly reasonable, caring, and kind. He took all the blame upon himself while simultaneously bringing up Luo Xinghe. While it sounded like he was apologizing, he was actually shifting all the responsibility onto Luo Xinghe.
It was the same when Lu You was stabbed for the first time, and again last night when the boat swayed and Lu You was pushed into the water.
This was the classic hallmark of a scheming “Green Tea” boy.
Hearing this, Lu You suddenly recalled the incident. He remembered standing firmly before falling, then feeling like someone was behind him.
He glanced at Luo Xinghe and saw his face was terrifyingly dark. He had never seen Luo Xinghe look like that before.
The fleeting thought escaped him before he could catch it. He recalled Luo Xinghe intentionally swaying the boat last night. “It really wasn’t your fault, Xixi. Luo Xinghe just didn’t pilot the boat properly. I’m fine now, don’t worry about it.”
He gave Song Xi a gentle smile.
Song Xi was momentarily dazed by the smile. Why could Lu You always smile so tenderly? He could feel a sense of indulgent doting in that smile. He suddenly found himself addicted to being pampered this way, it was much better than his unrequited love for Luo Xinghe.
He wrapped his arms around Lu You’s waist and pressed his head against Lu You’s chest, turning his face slightly to look at Luo Xinghe. He said to Lu You in a coquettish voice, “Young Master Lu, I really like you so much.”
Seeing Song Xi touch Lu You like that, Luo Xinghe could no longer control his emotions. His heart surged with a searing, almost bloody heat fueled by jealousy and rage, especially with Song Xi looking at him with such a triumphant gaze.
It was something he had never obtained, how could he ever accept this?
And was it really because he didn’t pilot the boat steadily last night? It was clearly Song Xi who pushed Lu You. Did Lu You really think he had done it on purpose? Did he think he was being manipulative?
Lu You suddenly felt a sharp pain in the left side of his chest. Not knowing what was happening, he could only force a smile and gently pry the clinging Song Xi off him. “Let’s go downstairs.”
Song Xi wasn’t discouraged by the lack of an answer. Either way, he was going to cling to Lu You, drive Luo Xinghe crazy with rage, and then brutally dump Lu You!
“Let’s go to school together!” He let go of Lu You, smiling sweetly.
“Okay,” Lu You nodded, his smile strained. He followed Song Xi out.
The moment he stepped out of the bathroom, the pain in his heart became unbearable. He immediately grabbed the doorframe to steady himself.
“Young Master, didn’t I tell you? It only stops hurting when you’re close to me.”
He felt Luo Xinghe’s chest press against his back, his waist pulled into a firm embrace. As he turned his face, his lips accidentally brushed against Luo Xinghe’s cheek, sending a shiver through his body.
That scent of peach oolong tea drifted past his nose again, its sweetness soothing the pain in his chest.
It also caused his body to grow strangely warm.
Luo Xinghe wrapped his arm around Lu You’s shoulder from behind, leaning close to his ear. His gaze was fixed on Song Xi’s retreating back.
“So, stay away from Song Xi, alright?”
