The White Moonlight Omega Has Amnesia and Always Tries to Seduce Me - Chapter 12
Under the dim lamplight, Qin Huai’s cheeks were flushed, the redness burning all the way down to her neck. Her hands were hot, even her fingertips were tinged with a faint, moist red.
The Alpha’s pheromones behind her were aggressive and rampant, dense like an invisible hand trying to crush the last shred of her sanity. The taut string in her mind trembled violently. Qin Huai closed her eyes and bit her lip tightly. The stinging sensation allowed her to maintain a rare clarity amidst the confusion.
“Huaihuai, let go.” Lin Qiu looked at the Omega whose eyes were red at the corners, her lips scarlet as if stained with a layer of blood. Driven by a protective urge for the weaker one, she moved her index finger to Qin Huai’s lips. “Be good, don’t hurt yourself.”
A strange sensation, like a cold, dark viper, covered the skin of her chin, sending chills down her spine. Qin Huai was pressed down, and a hand was rubbing the gland at the back of her neck. The two kinds of touch made her instinctively repel them, so she immediately opened her mouth and bit down on the finger.
In times of danger, people will fight with all their might against all dangerous factors imposed upon them.
Qin Huai was no exception.
Her sharp teeth bit down hard on the Alpha’s finger. Through layers of muscle, her teeth seemed to land on bone, with an aura of desperation and a willingness to fight to the death.
“Ah” Lin Qiu felt an excruciating pain in her index finger as if it were broken. She moved her other hand away from the Omega’s gland, fiercely clamped Qin Huai’s chin, and gritted her teeth, saying, “Let go.”
Qin Huai seemed not to hear, the force between her teeth growing stronger and stronger. In the dim light, the Omega’s eyes were pitch black. The action of lifting her eyelids carried a fearless, skinning-alive momentum.
This action was undoubtedly a provocation in the Alpha’s eyes.
Lin Qiu hated Qin Huai’s poised and composed look the most, as if she could easily handle everything.
But clearly, she was only an Omega, an Omega whose desires could be easily aroused by an Alpha.
Lin Qiu stared at Qin Huai, her pupils, usually filled with gentle tenderness, were now vicious and malevolent, her eyeballs slightly protruding, and her face ugly and distorted. Her fingers tightened on Qin Huai’s chin. The next second, a tearing pain came from Qin Huai’s jawbone.
“I said,” the Alpha’s voice was deep, and as she spoke the last sentence, her pheromones spread wildly along with her emotions, “You let go of me.”
The moment the pheromones pressed down, the discomfort on Qin Huai intensified. Her eyelids could no longer hold up, and as they closed, a familiar voice came from a distance.
“Lin Qiu, you’re courting death.”
When Shen Zhi reached the outermost layer of the small grove, she smelled a thick scent of osmanthus, so strong it was unpleasant, interspersed with a faint hint of orange. She didn’t stop to think and followed the Alpha’s pheromones to this location.
The dense layers of tree branches were dry and bleak. Lin Qiu was sitting on a stone chair under the tree, holding Qin Huai sideways in an intimate posture. One hand was pressing heavily on the Omega’s chin, and the other was slowly removing itself from the Omega’s mouth. Her fingertip was stained with bright red blood, which she carelessly wiped onto Qin Huai’s clothes.
Hearing Shen Zhi’s voice, she lifted her eyes to look over. The dim light masked the ferocity on her face. When she spoke, she gave the impression that it was perfectly justified, “Do I need you to manage me disciplining my Omega?”
The osmanthus pheromones did not subside because of Shen Zhi’s arrival on the contrary, they seemed to grow increasingly stronger. Pheromones between Alphas affect each other. Higher level Alpha pheromones can suppress lower level ones, causing them physical discomfort.
Shen Zhi used to disdain using this method to suppress other Alphas, believing it had no effect other than proving one was useless. But this didn’t mean she couldn’t. She stepped forward slowly, her sandalwood pheromones spreading around.
In the refreshing air, the three pheromones mixed together. The orange scent belonging to the Omega grew weaker and subtly tended toward the sandalwood scent, while the osmanthus scent was cornered, like dough being kneaded at will. The Alpha emitting the osmanthus scent clearly realized her disadvantaged position. She felt all the blood in her body pressing against her blood vessels, and her body felt a needling pain. She raised her eyes to look at the Alpha who had walked up to her.
“Don’t you like using pheromones to suppress others?” Shen Zhi spoke with a cold face, her features fierce and aggressive. “How does it feel to be suppressed by pheromones now?”
“I told you to scram. Are you deaf, or are you deliberately choosing not to listen?”
As the last sentence fell, the Alpha’s sandalwood pheromones expanded greatly again. The originally subtle scent seemed to turn into a sharp sword, fiercely thrusting forward.
Lin Qiu could no longer support herself. Her wrist went limp, and she surprisingly knelt on the ground.
The Omega slipped out of Lin Qiu’s arms.
Shen Zhi quickly caught her and held her sideways. The Omega seemed to sense that the person beside her had changed. Her tightly furrowed brows slowly relaxed, and her cheek nestled inward in an intimate posture. Her skin was fair, making the red fingerprints of violence on her chin even clearer.
Shen Zhi’s heart ached just by looking at it. She looked at Lin Qiu with a desire to tear the person apart, but the desire was ultimately stopped because the person in her arms gently rubbed against her.
Reason returned. Shen Zhi walked over to Lin Qiu, lifted her foot and stepped on her shoulder, pressing down with heavy force, as if intending to crush her.
“This matter is not over today.” Shen Zhi was worried about Qin Huai’s physical condition and didn’t want to get further entangled. As she spoke the last sentence, she warned with heavy oppression, “If you dare to touch her again, I will make you scram from Jiangcheng.”
Leaving the grove, Shen Zhi controlled the intensity of her pheromones for fear of hurting Qin Huai. Under the light of the roadside lamps, she held the Omega in her arms, preparing to take her to the hospital to check for any external injuries.
She felt immense self-blame, blaming herself for not protecting her, and for not warning her what a despicable person Lin Qiu was.
She knew the Omega she loved well. In that situation just now, she must have been fighting with all her strength against the pressure of the pheromones.
Qin Huai had always been this way.
Shen Zhi suddenly remembered how she used to run to Jiangcheng University whenever she had a holiday in her third year of high school, just to catch a glimpse of Qin Huai. And the place they met was always either the laboratory building or the cafeteria. The Omega had completely adapted to the monotonous three-point-line life, immersing herself in various experiments early on, just to research a better inhibitor.
Shen Zhi lowered her head and looked at the lightly sleeping Omega with closed eyes in her arms, apologizing to her, “I’m sorry, Huaihuai, I didn’t protect you.”
It was very late, and the flow of people at Jiangcheng University had drastically reduced. The hustle and bustle of the daytime had also faded.
Shen Zhi carried Qin Huai all the way to the campus gate, intending to hail a taxi. At this hour, there were no taxis parked outside, so Shen Zhi had to place the person in her arms on the long bench at the bus stop and prepare to call a car with her phone.
She had just settled her, and before she could even use her phone for five seconds, her wrist, which was hanging by her side, was suddenly grabbed.
The body temperature was scorching, the palm was delicate.
Shen Zhi’s heart jolted, and her gaze shifted to the person sitting on the long bench. The Omega had opened her eyes. Long, dense eyelashes framed her eye sockets. Her lips were rosy, her complexion pale, and the red fingerprints on her chin looked very destructive. She looked completely submissive, yet her eyes were innocent to the extreme.
She extended her index finger and lightly hooked Shen Zhi’s finger, shaking it, and asked with curious eyes, “Sister, shall we go open a room?”
Shen Zhi: “…”
Seemingly sensing that the tall Alpha beside her was unmoved, Qin Huai stood up from the bench under Shen Zhi’s worried gaze, and then opened her arms and hugged her.
The Omega’s body was very hot, and the exposed skin was all red. Her chin rested on Shen Zhi’s shoulder, and then she touched the back of the Alpha’s neck with her lips.
That place was the Alpha’s forbidden area, but now it was being provoked step by step by the Omega in front of her.
Shen Zhi’s body seemed to be struck by a subtle electric current, and she couldn’t stop trembling all over.
It was not only because the Omega’s lips had touched her but also because the Omega lightly licked it with her moist tongue.
After performing this action, the Omega innocently pulled the Alpha’s hand towards herself, her movement mesmerizing, “Sister, it’s so uncomfortable here.”
The hospital was ultimately not visited. The two opened a room as Qin Huai had requested.
It was the same hotel as last time. As soon as Shen Zhi entered, she placed the person on the bed, then coaxed her in a soft voice, “Wait for me, I’m going out to buy something.”
Although the Omega was unhappy, she was still very happy that the Alpha would take her to open a room. She nodded, then put her hand on the hem of her clothes and began to undress.
Shen Zhi wanted to stop her. Her hand was just about to touch her when the Omega pulled it towards her chest. Her face was scorching hot. She immediately drew her hand back, her words a bit unnatural, “I, I’ll go out first.”
After speaking, she left without waiting for Qin Huai’s reply.
When she passed the first floor just now, there was a shopping cabinet near the shared power bank location. In addition to food, the top layer had many inhibitors. Because she was supporting Qin Huai, she couldn’t buy them. This time, Shen Zhi went down and took a few extra bottles, worried that two wouldn’t be enough.
The Beta at the counter rarely saw an Alpha taking an Omega in heat to open a room and still needing to buy inhibitors. For a moment, even looking at her phone felt dull.
Shen Zhi couldn’t care less. She walked into the elevator with her arms full.
She thought these would be enough. If they really weren’t, she would have to tie up Qin Huai first.
Just as she made up her mind, the elevator stopped at the corresponding floor. Shen Zhi used the room card on the lock and opened the door. “I’m back.”
No one answered in the room, only muffled panting and an overwhelming scent of pheromones. All signs pointed to one reason.
An Omega was in heat.
Shen Zhi hurried out of the entrance. When she saw the scene on the bed, the inhibitors in her hands dropped to the floor.
The soft light softened all the sharp edges, leaving only an ambiguous scene. The tidy sheets were already messy, one pant leg resting on the bed and the other falling to the floor.
The Omega was wearing only a white hoodie, lying face down on the bed, her two long legs, which were usually tightly wrapped even in summer, rested on the sheets.
