The Villain Has A Yuri Halo [Quick Transmigration] - Chapter 10
The room was so quiet that you could hear a heartbeat. A woman had fallen asleep on the sofa by the bookshelf, a beautiful sleeping beauty waiting for a kiss to wake her.
Tang Qingqing bent down and picked up the cup that had rolled onto the floor. There was still some milk left in it. She smiled and sat next to Li Ju.
She always had so much to worry about when it came to Li Ju.
She held the woman in her arms with a loving expression and gently dried Li Ju’s wet hair with the towel.
“You always tell me to be good.”
“But this time, you’re the one who wasn’t.”
“I’m sorry. I’m so terrible. But I’m so sad, and I just wanted to hold you. I know you, and I know you wouldn’t let me hold you. But it’s okay, because I’m a despicable person.”
Tang Qingqing mumbled to herself. She wasn’t very good at hugging. This small detail didn’t affect her good mood at all.
Her beautiful face was lively and animated. Her cheeks were flushed with a hint of shyness, and a bead of sweat formed on her nose.
This was their first hug and Tang Qingqing’s boldest move.
She inhaled Li Ju’s scent with a sigh, as if she could still smell the milk on her lips.
Tang Qingqing greedily stroked Li Ju’s cheek. The smooth skin made her not want to press too hard. Her gaze was deep and focused as she carefully traced Li Ju’s features.
Her messy black hair looked cute, and she was so beautiful in her sleep.
“You seemed so tired today,” Tang Qingqing said with a doting smile. “I didn’t expect that glass of milk to have such a powerful effect. You fell asleep before you could even say a few words.”
She was making excuses for herself, her expression perfectly normal.
Tang Qingqing was enjoying this moment because Li Ju’s presence was everywhere. The darkness in her eyes was no longer hidden, like a wild beast that had escaped its cage.
Suddenly, Tang Qingqing hugged Li Ju tightly. The next second, she closed her eyes, trying to control herself. She had taken such a risk, but she had failed at the final step.
Why are people so cowardly and yet so brave?
Tang Qingqing let out a sarcastic laugh. “Worthless,” she muttered.
With that, she wiped Li Ju’s red lips with her thumb. It was to wipe away the milk, or maybe something else. Only she knew.
The soft sofa was nothing compared to the soft, warm body in her arms. Tang Qingqing wished she would never wake up. It was a good dream, so it was okay if it lasted a little longer.
But unfortunately, she had to go.
Tang Qingqing looked at the defenseless Li Ju, a smile on her face.
“Good night,” she whispered.
“My sweet dream.”
She covered Li Ju with a soft blanket, reluctantly stroking her hair. When she stood up and looked down at Li Ju sleeping on the sofa, she couldn’t help but put her body in her arms again, resting her face on Li Ju’s shoulder. The sweet, lovely scent was intoxicating.
Finally, she hardened her heart and broke free from the temptation of her scent.

Before she left, Tang Qingqing didn’t forget to take the cup. She planned to wash it and keep it. It had been a great help today.
She went downstairs. Tang Ruru and Tang Ping were gone. Only the housekeeper was tidying up the living room. “Qingqing,” she asked softly. “Is Miss Li’s anger gone?”
Tang Qingqing moved the cup away from the housekeeper. “Xiao Ju is already asleep. I’ll wash this cup. You can continue with the living room.”
The housekeeper took her hand back. She looked at Tang Qingqing’s smiling eyes, which made her feel less stressed about what she was about to say.
“Qingqing,” she said softly. “What did Miss Tang want from you? She told me to tell you that. I just feel like something’s not right. She’s not a good person, and Miss Li has a problem with her. You should be careful so you don’t get tricked.”
Tang Qingqing rubbed the cup in her hands. “Where is she?” she asked calmly.
“She’s in her room. The Madam also went back to her room to rest. Oh, and Qingqing, the Master called. He said he’s staying at the old estate tonight, so you and Miss Li don’t have to worry about him.”
Tang Qingqing understood. She didn’t mention Tang Ruru again. She took the cleaned cup back to her room like a treasure.
Tang Ruru waited and waited in her room for Tang Qingqing, but she never came. She stormed out of her room and yelled like she was the owner of the house, “Housekeeper! Housekeeper! Where’s Tang Qingqing?”
The housekeeper was afraid of everyone, so she told the truth.
Tang Ruru went up to the third floor without a word and raised her fist to knock on the door.
But Tang Qingqing suddenly opened the door. Her face was as cold as frost. “Shut up,” she said in a low voice. “If you wake up Xiao Ju, you’re in for it.”
Tang Ruru’s shoulders slumped. This is crazy. Tang Qingqing usually seemed so easy to bully, but when it came to Li Ju, she was completely different.
Tang Ruru squeezed into Tang Qingqing’s room. She was startled by the painting on the wall.
“Are you insane?! Why would you hang a painting of her?!”
Tang Ruru felt like even a devoted fan wouldn’t go this far. She looked at Tang Qingqing in disbelief, unable to imagine that the cold woman everyone saw was like this in private.
“Xiao Ju gave it to me. You wouldn’t understand.”
Tang Ruru suddenly felt better about it. She pointed at the painting and scoffed. “Okay, that makes sense. This is just another way for her to torment you, right?”
Tang Qingqing’s eyes were full of a silent “stupid.” She put a box on the shelf. “What do you want?” she asked.
“Are you playing dumb? Didn’t we agree that after we found out who that man was, we’d go tell on her to Auntie?”
Tang Ruru told her her plan, waiting for Tang Qingqing’s response.
Tang Qingqing wasn’t interested. “What do you think will happen if we tell on her? She and Mom will just have a fight. Xiao Ju is like a spring. The more you try to stop her, the more rebellious she’ll become. Just let her be. When she hits a wall, she’ll come back.”
Tang Ruru didn’t understand a word she said. She was going crazy. “Are you getting off track? We’re telling on her to break up her relationship with Gao Sheng and make her fight with Auntie! If she’s miserable, we’ll be happy. If she marries a poor guy like Gao Sheng, she’ll be the one to suffer. I can’t wait for them to get together.”
Tang Qingqing listened to her silently, and then she chuckled. Her slightly curved eyes were not gentle; they were intimidating.
Tang Qingqing’s laughter was sudden. “What do you mean?” Tang Ruru demanded.
“Gao Sheng and Xiao Ju are not a couple,” she said calmly.
Tang Ruru was confused. “Why not?” she asked.
Tang Qingqing raised an eyebrow. “Because Gao Sheng is chasing me.”
As long as I’m here, she can forget about it.
“What the heck!”
“That’s a thing?!”

The next morning, Li Ju woke up on the sofa, her long hair a tangled mess. Her eyes were still groggy. When she realized where she was, she saw she was in her own room.
Li Ju blinked. She had to admit, she had a good night’s sleep.
“What… what happened to me?”
[How would I know? When you shut down, I shut down, too!]
[I’ve never heard that drinking warm milk will make you pass out!]
Li Ju had had a few drinks at the old estate, but it was not enough to make her pass out on the sofa.
Li Ju smiled coldly. “You have some nerve, Tang Qingqing. You put something in my milk, didn’t you?”
She seemed to remember something and rushed to the bathroom. The woman in the mirror was beautiful. The good night’s sleep had given her a wonderful complexion. Her hair was messy and lazy. Li Ju touched her face and let out a sigh of relief.
“I thought Tang Qingqing would draw a turtle on my face.”
[Host, only you would do something like that.]
Li Ju rolled her eyes. She couldn’t be bothered to argue with System 666. She quickly washed up and went to find Tang Qingqing.
As the villain and the successor to the Li family, the entire mansion was hers. It wasn’t too much to unlock Tang Qingqing’s door, was it?
She opened the door slightly and saw Tang Qingqing’s back. An idea came to her.
She quietly opened the door and closed it, then looked at the room. Nothing was out of the ordinary, except for the painting on the wall.
Li Ju nodded in satisfaction. Nice. It’s in a noticeable spot. I can tell Tang Qingqing put some effort into it.
But she wouldn’t forgive Tang Qingqing for this small thing. If she was bold enough to put something in her milk yesterday, she’d be bold enough to poison her tomorrow!
So Li Ju pulled the blanket off her, planning to give Tang Qingqing an unforgettable wakeup call.
But Li Ju didn’t know where to look. She scratched her head in embarrassment. “Who wears a flimsy nightgown to bed?!”
The nightgown had betrayed her. Its thin straps were no match for Tang Qingqing’s body. They had slipped, revealing Tang Qingqing’s curves. Her pale skin was so beautiful it almost blinded Li Ju.
Li Ju’s confidence was gone. She was flustered as she pulled the blanket back over Tang Qingqing.
But she had underestimated her own scent. The familiar smell surrounded Tang Qingqing’s nose. It was as if last night’s beautiful dream was still going on.
“Don’t move, good girl,” Tang Qingqing said lovingly.
Li Ju’s eyes widened. She had been taken hostage!
“Tang Qingqing, get your paws off me!”
