The Ultra-Alpha School Hunk Has Transmigrated into a Cannon Fodder Omega! - Chapter 6
Wan Xu gasped in pain. Clutching his crotch, he collapsed to his knees and glared up at Ji Cenzhou. “You!”
Ji Cenzhou cut him off. “What about me? Let me tell you, I am here today to teach you how to be a decent human being!”
Ji Cenzhou took a step forward, looking down at Wan Xu from a height. “You already have your own Omega, so stop chasing others under the guise of true love. When you get rejected, do not be a sore loser and go around spreading rumors. It is fine if you want to be a scumbag, but do not cause trouble for others. I am giving you a free lesson today. Do not bother thanking me; just consider letting me beat you up to vent my frustration as your thank-you gift.”
Wan Xu looked at him with disdain. An Omega actually dared to claim he would teach him a lesson! It was a joke. If he got beaten by an Omega, where would his dignity as an Alpha go?
Propping himself up against the ground, Wan Xu tried to stand. However, a sharp pain shot through his shoulder and his balance faltered. With a heavy thud, he fell back onto his knees.
Wan Xu said nothing.
Ji Cenzhou actually laughed at the sight. “If you really know you are wrong, there is no need to perform such a grand gesture of atonement.”
“Just you wait!” Wan Xu hissed through gritted teeth. “Wait until I get up, then I will teach you a real lesson.”
Ji Cenzhou looked at him as if he were an idiot. “Am I stupid? Do you think I will just wait for you to get up?”
With that, he swung his backpack and began a relentless barrage of blows on Wan Xu. The original owner of the body did not have much strength, so Ji Cenzhou had intentionally stuffed several thick books into the bag. This way, the hits would hurt significantly without causing any permanent damage.
Ji Cenzhou used both his hands and feet. Seeing Wan Xu’s clean white shirt annoyed him, so he raised his foot and left several shoeprints on it.
Wan Xu was completely dazed. Before he could even prepare for a fight, the backpack came raining down. He was pummeled so hard he could not even lift his head, and he was forced to remain kneeling on the ground. When he finally tried to look up, the backpack slammed right into his nose. A sharp sting flared up, and tears began to stream uncontrollably down his face.
From a distance, voices drifted over. “Sister-in-law, do not be angry. Think about how much Brother Wan loves you. How could he possibly betray you?”
Gu Lin gave a cold snort. “If he did not want to betray me, would he have followed that little slut Ji Cenzhou?”
As they rounded the corner of the building, they saw the scene before them and fell instantly silent.
Wan Xu was kneeling on the ground, humiliatingly clutching his head in a purely defensive posture. Ji Cenzhou, holding his backpack aloft, had transformed from a little white rabbit into a ferocious gray wolf. Seeing them arrive, the gray wolf lowered his bag and raised an eyebrow at them provocatively.
Their leader, Wan Xu, also looked up with his eyes brimming with tears.
Gu Lin and the lackeys stood in shocked silence. They wondered how their boss could be beaten by an Omega, and even worse, be moved to tears by it.
The group was frozen. While the lackeys were still reeling from the impact of seeing their leader defeated, Gu Lin cursed, rolled up his sleeves, and charged forward.
Ji Cenzhou was not afraid of someone like Gu Lin, who had a weak frame and zero fighting experience. He sidestepped, dodging Gu Lin’s fist. Missing his target, Gu Lin stumbled several steps before coming to a halt.
Sensing that time was almost up, Ji Cenzhou gave his own thigh a hard pinch. The pain brought tears to his eyes instantly. He tossed his backpack aside and crouched down, hugging his knees. Shrinking into a small, lonely, and helpless ball, he began to cry aggrievedly.
Wan Xu, the lackeys, and Gu Lin were stunned.
Gu Lin looked at his own fist in disbelief. He was certain he had not landed a hit. He wondered if he had unknowingly mastered some form of internal martial arts.
Before they could figure it out, a shout came from the distance: “What are you doing over there?”
Gu Lin turned around to see a security guard approaching with an electric baton. The guard looked at Gu Lin with his fist raised, then at the tall Alphas standing nearby, and finally at Ji Cenzhou sobbing on the ground. He immediately concluded what was happening.
Full of a sense of justice, the guard glared at them. “Fine! How dare you gang up to bully a classmate! Move it; come with me to see your teacher!”
The guard then stepped closer and comforted Ji Cenzhou softly. “Do not cry anymore. The teacher will punish these bad students for bullying you!”
Wan Xu, Gu Lin, and the lackeys were speechless. They wished the man would see who was actually the bully in this situation.
The group arrived at the office. Since it was not quite time for the teachers to head home, the room was still crowded.
The teachers looked at the group pouring in, feeling bewildered. “What is this about?”
The security guard glared at Wan Xu and the others. “This student was bullying a classmate, and I caught him in the act. Alright, I have brought them to you. Teacher, you must discipline them properly. Instead of studying, they are out here bullying classmates! Look at how hard this boy is crying!”
Ji Cenzhou gave the guard a brave smile. Seeing Ji Cenzhou putting on a courageous front only made the guard angrier. He lectured them for a few more minutes before heading out.
Liu Qi, seeing that it was Ji Cenzhou, the same student who had talked back to him before, said with a displeased expression, “What happened here?”
Wan Xu spoke up first. “It is nothing, Teacher Liu. It is all a misunderstanding. Sorry for the trouble.”
For a proud Alpha, reputation was everything. If word got out that he was beaten by an Omega, he would never be able to show his face at school again. Moreover, he was the one in the wrong; if the whole truth came out, he would not benefit at all.
Wan Xu shot a look at Ji Cenzhou, implying that he would smooth the situation over to avoid punishment if they could just move on.
Unfortunately, Ji Cenzhou did not share that sentiment. He smiled and said to Liu Qi, “Teacher, I want to report a case of puppy love.”
Gu Lin had been trying to suppress his temper, but Ji Cenzhou’s provocation set him off. He shouted, “You are the one who hit Wan Xu with your bag! You beat him until he was kneeling on the ground with tears in his eyes, and now you are twisting the truth and talking nonsense!”
As soon as Gu Lin finished speaking, Wan Xu felt the gazes in the room turn subtle. Ji Cenzhou was a petite Omega; the possibility of him beating a tall, strong Alpha was slim. If it were true, Wan Xu’s dignity would be crushed.
At that moment, Ji Cenzhou asked innocently, “Wan Xu, did I hit you?”
Wan Xu nearly choked, but for the sake of his pride, he swallowed the bitter truth. He hissed through gritted teeth, “No. Gu Lin misunderstood.”
“You!” Before Gu Lin could finish, a warning glare from Wan Xu shut him up. Only then did he realize he had accidentally wounded an Alpha’s most precious asset: his self-esteem.
Seeing they were both silent, Ji Cenzhou continued, “Teacher, I have not finished. I am reporting Wan Xu and Gu Lin for being in an unauthorized relationship.”
Gu Lin felt like he was going to explode with rage. He had already agreed not to pursue his own grievances, yet Ji Cenzhou was still pushing him into a corner.
Liu Qi was notorious for playing favorites. Gu Lin and Wan Xu were top students in his class, and their parents were influential, unlike Ji Cenzhou. Liu Qi tried to deflect the issue. “You say you did not hit Wan Xu, then what is with the footprints on his clothes? Besides, there were witnesses who said you beat him until he cried.”
Liu Qi did not understand that for a teenage boy, pride was more important than life itself. As soon as he spoke, Wan Xu’s face turned deathly pale.
Lacking any tact, Liu Qi turned to Gu Lin and the lackeys. “Did you see Ji Cenzhou hit Wan Xu?”
The lackeys exchanged glances, looked at the miserable Wan Xu, and chose to stay silent.
To fix his mistake, Gu Lin said, “Teacher, I was wrong earlier. Ji Cenzhou really did not hit Wan Xu.”
“How is that possible!” Liu Qi snapped. “Do not be afraid to tell the truth just because you are scared!”
Wan Xu’s face ran through every color of the rainbow. An Alpha afraid of an Omega? If this got out, how could he live?
“Teacher, please stop,” Wan Xu said with great difficulty.
Liu Qi assumed his student was just being sensible and did not want to cause trouble. He softened his tone. “Do not worry. Leave everything to me.”
Ji Cenzhou was almost amused by Liu Qi. He said, “Teacher, I admit it. I did hit Wan Xu.”
Seeing Ji Cenzhou admit it so boldly, Liu Qi roared, “I knew it was you! Come with me to the Dean’s office right now. With your attitude, a major demerit would be a light punishment!”
Ji Cenzhou was not intimidated. He said calmly, “Teacher, I have something to say.”
He continued, “They say it takes two to tango. I would not go looking for trouble with Wan Xu for no reason. With so many people in school, why would I pick on him specifically? It must be Wan Xu’s fault!”
Liu Qi laughed out of anger, a curse slipping out. “What kind of logic is that? It takes two to tango?”
As he spoke, he felt a sense of familiarity. When he realized why, his face turned white.
Ji Cenzhou smiled. “But Teacher, those were your exact words. I have not changed a single syllable.”
The other teachers in the office began looking at Liu Qi with strange expressions. Liu Qi was not well-liked; he had low emotional intelligence and a habit of being overly judgmental. This sounded exactly like something he would say.
Ji Cenzhou added, “The day before yesterday, when Gu Lin was causing trouble for me, that is exactly what you said. Teacher, you cannot have double standards.”
Liu Qi looked at the surrounding teachers and reluctantly swallowed his words.
“They say if there is a problem at school, find a teacher. Today, I am reporting my problem.” Ji Cenzhou looked around at the teachers in the office. “At the end of the first semester, Wan Xu began harassing me. I did not like him and rejected him repeatedly. Out of spite, he spread rumors saying I was the one chasing him. At that time, Wan Xu already had a boyfriend, Gu Lin. Gu Lin believed him and brought three Betas to corner me to teach me a lesson. That was the scene you saw earlier, Teacher Liu.”
The teachers’ gazes shifted between the students. Seeing that Wan Xu and Gu Lin remained silent, they knew it was likely true.
Liu Qi understood as well. He had known about Gu Lin and Wan Xu’s relationship, but because of their families and grades, he had turned a blind eye. He had not expected it to blow up like this. However, thinking of their parents, he decided to protect them. “Do you have evidence? Besides, you were not hurt, so why be so petty?”
Ji Cenzhou snorted. The original owner of this body was timid; he had been too scared to sleep for a month. How could that be called “not hurt”?
“So, Teacher, you are saying I can only seek justice if I am physically harmed? Just because I protected myself, I do not even have the right to voice my grievances?”
“That is not what I meant,” Liu Qi said, his confidence wavering. “But you have no evidence.”
A familiar voice came from the doorway. “Teacher, Ji Cenzhou has evidence.”
Ji Cenzhou turned to see Jiang Mosen. After setting down his homework, Jiang Mosen spoke unhurriedly, “I am a witness.”
He continued, “I once caught Wan Xu harassing Ji Cenzhou. One day after school, I saw Wan Xu and his people cornering Ji Cenzhou. When I arrived, he already had his hand on Ji Cenzhou’s shoulder, trying to force himself on him. If I had not arrived in time to drive them away, the consequences would have been unthinkable.”
The teachers’ expressions changed instantly. Harassing an Omega was a serious matter. If the police were involved, Wan Xu would be expelled and possibly sent to a juvenile detention center.
Liu Qi was unwilling, but he stopped talking. He could ignore Ji Cenzhou, but not Jiang Mosen. The Jiang family was far more powerful than the Wan family.
Ji Cenzhou was surprised. He had not expected Jiang Mosen to meddle, which was why he had planned his own way out.
Ji Cenzhou pulled out a borrowed phone from his pocket. “Teacher, I recorded what Wan Xu said. Once you hear it, you will know exactly what happened.”
Wan Xu’s face turned ghastly. He finally realized why Ji Cenzhou had acted weak and pitiful at the start. It was to trick him into admitting everything. He stared at Ji Cenzhou in shock. He could not understand how the once-weak student had become like this.
The situation was resolved. Ji Cenzhou uploaded the audio to the teacher’s computer and walked out without a word.
Once outside, he was surprised to see Jiang Mosen leaning against the wall with his arms crossed.
Ji Cenzhou hesitated. “Are you waiting for me?”
