Lin Yan brought Jiang Xue, Lu Xiangshi, and a group of his brothers to the East Street alley. The school bullies from Number 2, Number 3, Number 4, and Number 5 High Schools were already waiting there. Each of them had over a dozen underlings standing behind them, making for a very imposing sight.

When they saw Lin Yan dressed in all black, he seemed to exude an unexpected aura. It was different from his previous brash arrogance. There was an indescribable change, as if he had become a different person entirely.

Lin Yan stood opposite them. He had some vague impressions of these people. A youth in a Number 2 High uniform with dull greenish-yellow hair that made him look somewhat malnourished let out a mocking laugh at Lin Yan. “Did you not use your status as an Alpha to oppress us back then? I did not think you would see a day like this.”

A wave of Alpha pheromones instantly spread from the boy, carrying a metallic scent of blood as it crashed violently toward Lin Yan. Lin Yan licked his back teeth. He thought to himself that they were trying to intimidate him right off the bat.

Jiang Xue frowned as he looked at Lin Yan. This was a difficult matter to interfere in because this was an internal struggle among school bullies. If he stepped in, the nature of the fight would change. They had agreed on one-on-one combat while the others watched.

The scene was dead silent as everyone anticipated the first exchange. Minutes ticked by. The surrounding Alphas were growing irritable, yet Lin Yan remained motionless. He stared at the youth from Number 2 High without blinking, his expression bordering on nonchalant.

The bully from Number 2 High frowned. He wondered if the information was wrong. How could an Omega remain unfazed under an Alpha’s pressure? However, a faint scent of flowers did indeed drift from Lin Yan’s body. It was very subtle. The Number 2 High bully steadied himself. He told himself that Lin Yan was just an Omega and there was nothing to be afraid of. Times had changed. Even if his pheromones were not enough, his physical strength could still crush him. He wondered if this was truly an Omega’s strength.

He stared at Lin Yan in shock. His expression soon calmed, but a storm was raging in his heart. Looking around at the crowd, he knew that if a dignified Alpha could not beat an Omega, he would have no face left. Ignoring the pain in his gut, his eyes turned red, and he swung his fist at Lin Yan again.

In his past life, Lin Yan had dealt with all sorts of people. This kind of amateur boxing did not even interest him. The others watched the Number 2 High bully kneeling with his butt up. They were stunned. Among the bullies, Li Yang was one of the strongest, yet in just a few minutes, he had been reduced to this pathetic state. It was embarrassing to watch.

The bullies from Number 3 and Number 4 watched as the Number 2 High underlings helped their leader away. Li Yang struggled, enduring the sharp pain. He grit his teeth, a murderous glint in his eyes. “Kill him! He actually played dirty!”

Lin Yan looked at him with a half-smile. “I was being very gentle. If I really played dirty, you should understand.” He stared at Li Yang’s lower body and chuckled. It was a fight between kids, so a small lesson was enough.

The Number 3 High bully was a bit scared, but for the sake of his reputation, he had to step out. “You, your next opponent is me.”

Lin Yan’s gaze fell on him, calm and emotionless. The Number 3 High bully shivered and swallowed hard. In his panic, his gaze caught the wooden club in his subordinate’s hand. If they could not beat him, they would crush him with pheromones. Breaking a hand was going too far.
