Chu Yian was the first to arrive. He and his younger sister were both quick movers. Tongtong is a light sleeper, so even though the filming crew was very careful, they still woke her up. Once awake, she simply decided not to go back to sleep, finished her meal briskly, and they set off.

When they first reached the airport, the sky was only just beginning to brighten. The two of them were the only ones there, sitting on chairs, and their silhouettes looked a bit lonely. After a while, they reached an agreement and started playing Rock-Paper-Scissors.

When the others arrived at the airport, Chu Yian was still playing with Tongtong. Catching a glimpse of them from the corner of his eye, he stood up and greeted them with a smile.

He looked every bit the sunny and cheerful young man. Tongtong was not shy at all either; she stood tall and said proudly, “Good morning, Uncle Zhao and Auntie Xu. My name is Chu Yuetong, and I am five years old. You can call me Tongtong.”

Xu Xiashi and Zhao Chengyu smiled and nodded, greeting her back. Tongtong immediately beamed with happiness.

“Mitu, quickly greet your older brother and sister,” Xu Xiashi said, gently patting her daughter’s back.

Zhao Chengyu also gave Xiaolin’s hand a little tug, signaling him to greet the others. The two children obediently gave their greetings.

Bo Yizhou watched him walk out the door, suddenly feeling abandoned. His heart felt desolate; even the warm porridge in his hand could not warm his spirit unless Gu Wangcheng turned back now.

However, Gu Wangcheng left without a single backward glance. He was still angry. Even though he had been the proactive one, Bo Yizhou should not expect a friendly face from him because he had acted like a dog.

“Mr. Gu, yours and the young master’s luggage is ready. You can depart now.” Butler Chen and Chaochao were waiting downstairs with two suitcases, one large and one small.

“Alright, let us go.”

Gu Wangcheng took Chaochao’s hand and walked toward the door while the domestic staff handled the luggage. After the bags were in the car, Chaochao climbed in and excitedly waved to Butler Chen.

“Look, the sunrise!”

Tongtong’s voice snapped them out of their thoughts. They stopped and looked over.

On the distant horizon, the sun slowly rose. Its light pierced through the mist, announcing to the world that she was waking up. As the first ray of sunlight hit the sea, it looked like a golden flame of life was burning. It was breathtakingly beautiful.

For a moment, everyone forgot to breathe. When they finally came to their senses, the lingering feeling of tranquility and awe remained in their hearts.

[So beautiful!] [I really want to go to the beach to see a sunrise once, but I do not have time.] [How can you not have time? Just take a trip on a whim!] [Leave some beautiful memories for yourself.] [I want to live for myself for once.]
