The Film Queen’s Little Bunny Wife - Chapter 8
Stiff all over, she hopped left and right, and the rabbit in the mirror mimicked her exact movements.
Tu Jiaojiao had a massive headache, completely unable to figure out the current situation.
That little rabbit, white as snow and soft as a cloud, looked exactly the same as she did before she transmigrated into the book!
So, did she transform into a rabbit through last night’s cultivation? Or does this body originally possess the secret of turning into a rabbit demon and then taking human form?
“Auntie! Why won’t you open the door? Xuanxuan is hungry!” Just as she was racking her brains to figure things out but couldn’t reach an answer, the sound of Tu Mixuan banging on the door again rang out.
Tu Jiaojiao tried to open her mouth to tell her to be patient, but all that came out of her throat was a few soft, weak “coo” sounds unique to rabbits.
The sound was so small and weak that it was completely drowned out by Xuanxuan’s loud voice, making its presence negligible.
“Oh? The door doesn’t seem to be locked, so Xuanxuan is coming in then.”
The next second, the doorknob started to click. Xuanxuan didn’t have enough strength, and turning the doorknob was still a bit of a struggle.
This gave Tu Jiaojiao the opportunity to hide.
Her body tensed up, reacting before she could think, and she used her hind legs to push hard, attempting to flee.
“Auntie got a pet rabbit too? It looks just like Mommy’s bunny, but hers is grey!” However, as soon as Tu Mixuan entered the room, she spotted the big, clean, soft clump by the bed and ran over excitedly to look down on the floor.
It turned out that in her panic, Tu Jiaojiao had chosen the wrong escape route, intending to hide under the bed.
Little Miss Tu Mixuan was still short, so her field of vision was very low, and she spotted her almost instantly.
Catching the information from the child’s words, Tu Jiaojiao had a few guesses.
If Xuanxuan had seen the true form of Tu Yueming before, it meant their family really was part of the rabbit clan. In that case, she wouldn’t be the only one, and things would be much easier in the future!
It was just that she didn’t have any memory of this in her mind. Moreover, Tu Mixuan was the child born from her sister’s own pregnancy; it seemed even she didn’t know these things.
Since she had been discovered, she stopped pretending.
Tu Jiaojiao backed up a few steps and squeezed out from under the bed, letting her niece look openly, to avoid frightening her by thinking she wasn’t home.
Distracted by the “new friend” in the room, Tu Mixuan indeed forgot about asking her aunt out for breakfast.
The little girl carefully squatted about half a chi away from the rabbit, supporting herself with her hands on the tops of her feet, curling up into a ball just like the rabbit.
Her grape like eyes blinked once, staring unblinkingly at Tu Jiaojiao. She was polite and cautious, but extremely happy inside.
Tu Mixuan had never enjoyed this kind of treatment at home! Mommy Mi never allowed her to play with the long haired rabbits that occasionally appeared at home she was too stingy! And her luck was too bad! Every time that rabbit showed up, her mother happened to be busy outside and couldn’t cover for her.
The more Tu Mixuan looked, the more restless she felt. She quietly moved closer to the white fluff ball and introduced herself without any shyness, “Hello there, I’m Tu Mixuan.”
The little girl moved a bit closer, as if talking to herself, or perhaps communicating with the rabbit, “Auntie doesn’t seem to be home. Since I have nothing to do, maybe I’ll keep you company.”
Tu Jiaojiao knew Tu Mixuan was a good child, so she didn’t find her annoying and actively moved a bit closer to Xuanxuan.
As expected, upon seeing her movement, the joy in Xuanxuan’s eyes almost became tangible.
Under the indulgence of one party and the increasing boldness of the other, soon the little girl’s body was pressed right up against the round, soft, fluffy rabbit.
Tu Mixuan felt warm inside, extremely happy. While secretly congratulating herself that her aunt wasn’t home so she could do as she pleased, she reached out a “sinful” hand and gently stroked the soft, white fluff beside her.
“Wow, it feels just like a cotton ball! So comfortable!” Struck by the warm, dense texture of the Angora rabbit, Tu Mixuan gently petted the bunny with even more focus.
Tu Jiaojiao was initially very resistant; being cuddled by her own little niece was too embarrassing! But since Xuanxuan wasn’t using force, the feeling was like a feather brushing against her back, making the rabbit feel very comfortable! Thus, she got so drowsy from being petted that she thought, a little petting shouldn’t hurt too much…
And so, when Tu Yueming finally finished with her tasks and rushed to her sister’s house, she saw this scene.
The person who was supposed to be the temporary guardian was nowhere to be seen, and her daughter was lying alone on the carpet in her sister’s bedroom, playing. She was rolled up with a white fur ball whether it was her sister’s true form or an ordinary white Angora rabbit identical to her own original form.
Hiss This rabbit probably isn’t my sister! She looked so dull, allowing herself to be rubbed and flipped over to have her belly rubbed without even trying to dodge. If this really was Tu Jiaojiao, it would be too strange! Tu Yueming would rather her be an irresponsible adult than be so pathetically immersed in a little girl’s embrace at least not allowing her belly to be rubbed and her tail to be tickled!
However, a desperate sound echoed in her ears.
“Coo! Coo coo!” Sister! Take your daughter away quickly! She’s addicted to rubbing me and won’t leave! Help!
Tu Yueming heard the white fur ball speak. The answer she least wanted to admit was now obvious. Tu Yueming decided to stitch up her sister’s tattered dignity in front of her daughter.
She walked over and sat close to them, subtly sneaking Tu Jiaojiao out of her daughter’s grasp. With a stiff smile, she asked, “Xuanxuan, where did your auntie go?”
Tu Mixuan snapped out of it as if waking from a dream, finally breaking free from the happy state of rabbit petting, and exclaimed in shock, “Oh, right! Mommy, something big happened! Auntie is gone!”
After coaxing the child and dropping her off at kindergarten, Tu Yueming strode with long legs, setting a rhythm with her steps.
She didn’t see Tu Jiaojiao when she got home, but that didn’t stop her. She took a sniff in the air, and within moments, she accurately fished out Tu Jiaojiao, who was still a white fur ball with a face full of shame, hiding in the closet.
A smile played on Tu Yueming’s lips she didn’t appear unhappy. However, her opening words were a fatal triple threat.
“When did you completely transform into your rabbit state, and what was the trigger that caused this change?” “Has the sealed inheritance and memories returned?” “Why did you allow yourself to be petted non-stop by Xuanxuan like a common rabbit?”
