The CEO Omega’s 'Soft Rice' Alpha - Chapter 71
Chapter 71
“Okay, sorry to trouble you, Rabbit.”
Lan Yan nodded slightly.
Drying hair was a small matter that didn’t take much time. She had always disliked being touched by others, but if it was the Rabbit, she was more than happy to be close to her. The intimacy between young lovers, even if it was just a mundane task of daily life, was equally pleasant.
Su Yi’an: “It’s no trouble. Sister doesn’t need to say such things to me.”
Lan Yan stood on the balcony, feeling the night breeze and smiling slightly as she watched her Rabbit busily move a chair over. Well, the reason they chose the balcony to dry hair was that this summer night was simply too hot—hot all the way to her heart. The Rabbit was like ice cream, both sweet and cool, making her want to lean close and have a taste.
Lan Yan sat on the chair. Droplets of water from her long hair fell into the glowing white cleavage of her chest, a sight Su Yi’an saw clearly from behind with the hairdryer.
Even though Sister hadn’t done anything yet, Su Yi’an felt like she was losing her soul to the enchantment. Her hand tightened on the hairdryer as she gave a small reminder: “Sister, aren’t you cold?”
She couldn’t let Sister sit with wet hair for too long; it was easy to catch a cold in this weather. In any other situation, she would be secretly happy to see such a beautiful sight, but she had business to attend to now, and she really couldn’t concentrate like this.
While her desire to dry Sister’s hair and massage her feet was real, she also wanted to hold Sister as they fell asleep—and of course, some pre-sleep exercise would be even better. The prerequisite, however, was that Sister had to be willing.
She had been too indulgent last night, leaving Sister exhausted today. She feared making Sister uncomfortable, so if Sister were unwilling, she would restrain her desires.
Lan Yan was stunned for a moment. Looking up at her Rabbit’s flickering gaze, she suddenly understood. The smile in her eyes deepened. She raised her hand to brush her wet hair back, letting her bathrobe fall open a bit more, and said slowly, “I’m not cold. It’s very hot.”
In every word and action, she was the epitome of laziness. A faint, abnormal flush also crept onto her usually cold face. She actually wasn’t revealing much; this was just a normal look at home.
The Rabbit is too pure and easily teased, she thought. She didn’t know how the Rabbit found the courage to take that step last night and be so excessive. But why did she like this Rabbit so much? So much that she actually wanted to be a “domineering wolf Omega” and pin the Rabbit down everywhere in the house to do this and that.
Of course, it was just a thought. For one, her personality wouldn’t allow it, and two, she feared that before she could even act, she would be eaten clean by this “sometimes-good, sometimes-bad” Rabbit, just like last night, when she had no power to fight back at all.
Su Yi’an: “…”
Her hand holding the hairdryer was trembling. To prevent herself from losing control, she tried her best not to look at the places she longed for.
The hairdryer hummed, and smooth long hair slid through her fingertips like feathers brushing against her heart. Su Yi’an smelled the same fragrance on Lan Yan that she used herself. She used Sister’s shampoo and body wash, so her scent was naturally identical to Sister’s now. It felt as if she were embracing Sister, and Sister was embracing her.
The Rabbit’s movements while drying hair were very gentle. Lan Yan felt comfortable, and with that comfort came the time to think about other things.
“Is the Omega the Rabbit likes still the same one as last time?” she asked nonchalantly. The hairdryer had very low noise, so Su Yi’an could hear her clearly.
She didn’t hesitate for a second: “I like Sister the most.”
Lan Yan’s lips curved: “He Xia said you were going to marry your girlfriend.”
Su Yi’an’s heart skipped a beat, and she even forgot to keep drying the hair. Lan Yan didn’t rush her, waiting quietly. After a long while, Su Yi’an turned off the hairdryer, leaned into Sister’s ear, and asked with a red face, “Is Sister unwilling?”
Sister seemed like she didn’t care about anything, but she remembered every little detail in her heart. Maybe Sister does care about me; that male Omega actually made her a little jealous, Su Yi’an thought. She wasn’t unhappy about this at all; on the contrary, she was incredibly happy.
Never mind a few casual questions even if Sister wanted to control her, she would be willing. In fact, she hoped Sister would control her all the time, strictly, forbidding her from looking at other Omegas. (Though she never looked at them anyway.)
This counter-question made Lan Yan’s face turn beet red as well. She didn’t answer whether she was willing or not, but given Lan Yan’s personality, a lack of answer usually meant silent consent. The two tacitly stopped speaking, both in high spirits. Su Yi’an didn’t press for an answer and turned the hairdryer back on, meticulously drying the remaining damp strands.
Thus, she didn’t hear the almost inaudible “I am willing” that escaped her Sister’s lips.
The hair-drying process was actually short, but to Su Yi’an, it felt incredibly long. When the last strand was dry, she breathed a heavy sigh of relief. It wasn’t that she didn’t like doing these things for Sister; on the contrary, she loved it so much she wanted to do much more “excessive” things. But it was precisely because this love was so agonizing that she was on edge every second, fearing she would lose control and reach out toward her beautiful Sister.
Fire flickered in Su Yi’an’s eyes, but the night breeze blowing in occasionally helped her maintain her calm.
“Sister, shall I massage your feet here?”
Su Yi’an put down the hairdryer and half-knelt, carefully cupping Lan Yan’s feet. Having just bathed, every part of Sister looked “watery” and delicate, making her afraid she might break something if she wasn’t careful.
“Mmh.”
Lan Yan, exhausted after a long day, was actually a bit sleepy, but thinking of the comfort of the massage, she forced herself to stay awake. With the person she liked, no matter how tired she was, she was happy. Perhaps because she had been so satisfied last night, her pheromones didn’t spiral out of control during the massage; instead, it relieved her fatigue. Slowly, she closed her eyes.
She left Su Yi’an alone, fanning the flames of her own internal heat.
“Sister…” she called softly. There was no response.
Listening to Sister’s rhythmic breathing, Su Yi’an’s “fire” actually died down. She tiptoed to the bedroom, found a thin quilt, and gently covered Sister. The reason she didn’t carry Sister to the bedroom was for fear of waking her. It was too early to sleep properly; Sister likely wouldn’t sleep for long, so it was better to let her take a short rest.
Su Yi’an leaned against the balcony railing, arms crossed, looking at her Sister with a smile. Sister was exceptionally heart-stirring when she was this quiet. Half an hour, she thought. I’ll wake her in half an hour so she won’t have trouble sleeping tonight. The world was full of distractions, but she preferred staying by Sister’s side like this.
Time ticked by. Lan Yan’s originally relaxed brow furrowed slightly, and a fine sweat broke out on her forehead. Her sleep was not peaceful. In her dream, the Rabbit seemed to change into a different person, chasing her relentlessly, before revealing a terrifying face and devouring her in one bite.
Lan Yan woke with a start. Seeing the gentle little Alpha carefully wiping sweat from her brow, her startled heart was instantly soothed.
“Rabbit.”
Lan Yan discarded all her usual restraint and threw her arms around the little Alpha, her tone full of dependence.
“Did Sister have a nightmare?”
Su Yi’an’s heart ached as she hugged her back, her lustful thoughts vanishing without a trace. The scene in the dream had been too real—so real that Lan Yan was instinctively afraid that her Rabbit was a monster like in the dream. But how could such a well-behaved Rabbit be that monster? Once the initial terror passed, Lan Yan regained her composure, but she was loath to push the little Alpha away, simply giving a soft hum in response.
Su Yi’an gently stroked her back: “Don’t be afraid, Sister. I will always be by your side.”
The atmosphere, at some point, became intense again. Light kisses fell on the neck as a form of comfort, then moved to the lips. Su Yi’an placed her hands on Lan Yan, wanting to lift her up and carry her back to the room.
Suddenly, the doorbell rang. Both of them jumped.
Su Yi’an wondered who would come to Sister’s place at this hour. Lan Yin? Sister’s secretary? Or other members of the Lan family? Should she hide? Would meeting Sister’s family now cause her trouble?
Lan Yan, however, remembered that she had asked her secretary to order flowers.
“Rabbit, go open the door.”
Lan Yan hid her emotions, tightened her bathrobe, and gently pushed her away.
Though confused, Su Yi’an was obedient. If Sister wasn’t afraid, she wasn’t either. At worst, she’d meet the Lan family tonight and get beaten up. Since she and Sister were together, the Lan family surely wouldn’t want to separate them; the most likely outcome was making her take responsibility. Honestly, she couldn’t wait to take responsibility. So, Su Yi’an wasn’t panicked at all as she went to open the door.
But when she saw the large bouquet of red roses, Su Yi’an panicked.
“Are you Miss Rabbit? Your flowers, please sign for them,” the delivery guy said.
It wasn’t exactly panic; Su Yi’an just felt her heart was about to jump out of her throat. Her blood accelerated, her face flushed involuntarily, and her eyes were full of bewilderment. These must be flowers from Sister, otherwise Sister wouldn’t have specifically asked her to open the door. At this moment, Su Yi’an just wanted to scream out loud.
Instead, she remained abnormally calm, signed for the flowers, closed the door, and carefully set the bouquet aside. She rushed back and hugged her Sister tightly. This was something she should have done, yet she had forgotten.
How could Sister be so good? So good that she never wanted to let go for a lifetime—even wanting a next life and the one after that. Su Yi’an’s eyes behind her glasses grew moist with emotion.
Lan Yan, being held by Su Yi’an, couldn’t see her face but could hear the tremor in her voice. She sighed and gently patted the little Alpha’s back: “Do you like them, Rabbit?”
Just a bouquet of flowers and she’s this moved? My Rabbit is too easy to satisfy, she thought. If she liked them, she could have someone send a bouquet every day.
Su Yi’an buried her head deep into Sister’s neck, smelling the sweet fragrance that drove her mad. Her voice was muffled: “I like them. I like Sister even more.”
She loved it immensely, but not because of the flowers themselves. If she wanted flowers, she could buy every flower in the capital; people had sent her far more expensive ones, but she never gave them a second glance. What she cared about was Sister’s intention. This made her truly feel that Sister liked her too.
“Okay, I know.”
Lan Yan felt a bit helpless. The little Alpha was holding her too tightly, making her a bit uncomfortable, but she didn’t move, allowing her to keep hugging.
After about five or six minutes, Su Yi’an’s excitement finally subsided, and she loosened her grip.
“Sister, how about I apply some medicine for you?” her voice was slightly hoarse, carrying an indescribable undertone.
The large bouquet of roses was quickly forgotten; her heart and eyes were filled only with the person beside her. Flowers weren’t important; they represented an intention, and the intention was what mattered.
Lan Yan didn’t pick up on the tone. Seeing her Rabbit happy made her happy too. She thought the “medicine” was for her foot injury. She wanted to explain again that her foot was fine, but seeing the burning gaze in the Rabbit’s eyes, Lan Yan chose silence and indulged her.
It wasn’t until she was pushed into the bedroom, falling onto the large bed, and her bathrobe sash was pulled open that Lan Yan started to get nervous: “No… no need, I’m not hurt, I’m fine.”
This “Bad Rabbit”—why didn’t she specify where the medicine was for? If she had, Lan Yan would never have agreed. This kind of thing was truly beyond her level of shame. No, absolutely not.
Watching her “Good Rabbit” put the medicine on her fingertips, Lan Yan admitted she panicked. Her voice cracked as she tried to scramble away from this trap of sweetness and shame: “Rabbit, you are not allowed!”
Su Yi’an paused but didn’t let her Sister escape. Having succeeded, she didn’t forget to act aggrieved: “Sister promised me. Sister, let me help you. It’s for your own good.”
If Sister is good, I am good, everyone is good. Sister’s “not allowed” was also soft and lacked any lethality; who would listen to that?
Just as Su Yi’an thought, Lan Yan’s clean, beautiful hands gripping the bedsheets were exceptionally stunning. And the tears hanging on her face were heartbreaking—and heart-stirring.
Su Yi’an really did just apply the medicine; the whole process only took a few minutes. She didn’t do anything extra, yet it felt like she had done everything. Fifty points, five tubes—such expensive things would be a waste not to use. She really didn’t have bad intentions. Even Su Yi’an didn’t quite believe that as she said it.
After the medicine was applied, Lan Yan’s eyes were red as she turned over, refusing to deal with the Rabbit who had turned “bad.” Even though she did indeed feel much more relaxed after the medicine.
Lan Yan’s shame outweighed her anger. After all, even last night, they had kept the lights off the whole time, but this time the lights were on and it wasn’t even bedtime yet.
Su Yi’an turned off the light and lay beside her, but Lan Yan didn’t turn back. She mostly regretted agreeing to let the “Bad Rabbit” apply medicine and was too embarrassed to face her. Moreover, after the medicine was applied, she felt a restless, urgent sensation—she wanted to hold the Rabbit, wanted her to apply the medicine again, and for a longer time.
The room was so quiet they could hear each other’s racing heartbeats. The rising temperature made them both break into a light sweat. It wasn’t just the summer heat; it was the heat in their hearts. Neither could sleep, especially since Lan Yan had just woken up.
Su Yi’an felt she had angered Sister, so she didn’t dare do anything else excessive. Only when she couldn’t take it anymore did she turn over to hug her, whispering apologies: “I’m sorry, Sister. Rabbit was wrong. Will Sister forgive Rabbit?”
She really shouldn’t have disregarded Sister’s wishes, but that medicine was truly good for her. Mainly, Sister hadn’t resisted much, and she had simply been bewitched. Sister was like a marshmallow; anyone who got their hands on her would want to take a bite. She felt her self-control was already quite good to be able to endure like this after tasting the sweetness, she was probably the only one.
The little Alpha’s voice in her ear was softer and sweeter than the rabbit pastries, making Lan Yan’s heart throb uncontrollably. She wanted to hug her back, but the thought of how the medicine was applied made her too embarrassed to respond. She had forgiven her, but she decided to give this disobedient “Bad Rabbit” a lesson. I won’t hold her while sleeping tonight.
Su Yi’an couldn’t guess Lan Yan’s little thoughts and could only apologize repeatedly. Seeing no response for a long time, she assumed Sister was asleep and stopped talking for fear of disturbing her. But Sister hadn’t used the concealer since her bath, and after that little scuffle, the bed was filled with the scent of grapes.
Su Yi’an’s neck throbbed with pain; she felt miserable. An Alpha’s body is different after having “tasted meat.” Even though it wasn’t her rut, staying beside Sister was scarier than the onset of a rut. Su Yi’an broke into a sweat from the endurance, and the scent of wine gradually filled the bedroom.
Lan Yan, sleeping next to her, couldn’t fail to notice the little Alpha who was like a small furnace. She silently cursed her as a “Stupid Rabbit,” but a smile appeared on her face. Stupid Rabbit, still hasn’t come to hold me at this point? I want to see how long she can last.
Lan Yan remained as steady as a mountain, while Su Yi’an tossed and turned, unable to sleep. To avoid waking the person beside her, her movements were extremely careful. Maybe I’ll just give Sister a secret hug. Just one hug, then I’ll go take a cold shower, Su Yi’an thought. She convinced herself and slowly moved over, hugging Lan Yan.
Smelling the grape fragrance at her neck, her losing-control brain finally cleared a bit. She wanted Sister’s pheromones, but Sister was asleep.
Su Yi’an, who hadn’t cried even when hit with an iron bar, actually started crying from frustration—but she didn’t make a sound. The hot tears just slid down her face. She felt pathetic. She didn’t want to cry, but her body was failing her; it was truly agonizing. She finally understood why so many Alphas and Omegas were willing to become slaves to pheromones.
No love, and they could still be bound for life; let alone her, who loved Sister. But precisely because she loved her, she wasn’t like other Alphas who only thought of themselves.
“Sister…”
Hearing the faint sob in the little Alpha’s voice, Lan Yan was startled. She was about to respond when she felt the little Alpha pull away. Less than three seconds later, she hugged her again: “Sister… are you asleep?”
Then she let go, hugged again, and asked again. Her voice was very low, like a murmur to herself. Her movements were so light that if Lan Yan were actually asleep, she wouldn’t have felt them. But I’m not asleep, am I? After this repeated a few times, Lan Yan was “enraged”—not real anger, but the pain in her neck and the overflowing grape pheromones were intertwining with the scent of wine.
When the little Alpha hugged her once more, Lan Yan simply pinned her down. She cupped Su Yi’an’s face with both hands and squeezed hard until it was deformed. She wants to be bad, but she isn’t bad enough. Lan Yan knew how outrageous her behavior was, but she wanted to do it, so she did.
Ever since before they were together, she had wanted to pinch the Rabbit’s clean face. It was very cute and very “pinchable.” Under the influence of pheromones, Lan Yan was completely letting herself go.
“Sister…”
Su Yi’an wasn’t annoyed at all; instead, her face turned red and she beamed with joy. “Sister isn’t asleep yet?” Even with her face squeezed and her voice sounding funny, she was happy.
Lan Yan really laughed, collapsing onto the little Alpha. She was nearly thirty; how was she being so childish? Was she infected with childishness by being with the little Alpha? Lan Yan blamed everything on her Rabbit.
But soon, Lan Yan couldn’t laugh anymore. As her bathrobe fell to the floor, she let out a cry: “Rabbit…”
“Sister… I want…”
The Rabbit turned into a “Bad Rabbit,” focusing on pleasing her Sister. It took three hours before Lan Yan went from laughing to crying to falling asleep from exhaustion.
Young passion was something she simply couldn’t withstand. And this was only because Su Yi’an had taken her physical condition into account and “let her off easy.”
Lan Yan fell asleep at midnight, which wasn’t late for modern youth, but at 8 AM, she couldn’t even get up until her Rabbit came to call her for breakfast. The alarm hadn’t gone off—it had been turned off by her Bad Rabbit. “Little White” (the dog) had been shut in the outside bathroom again, so no one disturbed her.
Lan Yan had actually slept very well. Especially after some “pre-sleep exercise,” her complexion the next morning was noticeably different eyes like autumn water, face like peach blossoms. After using that medicine, aside from a bit of back soreness, she had no discomfort. Even before getting out of bed, her whole body felt “melted” to the bone.
Su Yi’an was heart-stirringly moved and couldn’t help but kiss her. After the kiss, Lan Yan got up and gave her a slight glare: “I haven’t brushed my teeth.”
Su Yi’an laughed: “I have. I don’t mind, Sister.” Even without brushing, Sister was fragrant.
Lan Yan wasn’t that thick-skinned: “You go out first.” No matter how many times they were intimate, she didn’t want to change clothes in front of the little Alpha.
Su Yi’an was obedient as usual. Once she left, Lan Yan breathed a sigh of relief. She dressed and checked her phone, finding many unread messages—one from Jiang Mu and one from her secretary. The secretary usually didn’t contact her without cause, while Jiang Mu was a different story; business was important.
Lan Yan hesitated for a second before clicking. They were all messages from company people advising her to think twice about hiring Chen Zhi as a spokesperson. Chen Zhi’s recent scandal would indeed have an impact on their products. Although the matter had been suppressed, it had left a deep impression on the public.
“Wait and see for now,” Lan Yan replied. She believed in the ability of Chen Zhi’s PR team. Perhaps they could use this incident to reach a higher level. Waiting wouldn’t cause much loss to Lan Jewelry.
However, in this one picture, the white T-shirt of the person Chen Zhi was pinning down and kissing looked a bit like the one her little niece was wearing that day.
Lan Yan, seeing the photo for the first time today, suddenly had a dark expression.
