Quick Transmigration: The Yandere CEO is Both Pampering and Seductive - Chapter 10
This completely unfamiliar sensation left Song Chubai feeling somewhat dazed.
For a moment, he did not know how to face Lu Chenhan, so he could only lower his head and silently follow behind him.
The journey was entirely silent, and they soon returned to the Lu family villa.
The moment Lu Chenhan stepped inside the front door, he looked back at Song Chubai, who had just walked in, and said, “Go make dinner.”
Song Chubai gave an “oh,” glanced at Lu Chenhan, and genuinely went to make dinner.
He was hungry anyway, and the refrigerator here had a large variety of ingredients, most of which were things he had only ever seen on television but never actually tasted.
He actually wanted to try what those ingredients tasted like. So, if he cooked them and ate a bite himself along the way, that should not be a problem, right?
Seeing how well-behaved Song Chubai was, Lu Chenhan became even more convinced of his desire to stay by his side.
Oh well, who told him to be soft-hearted? He would just let him stay by his side for the time being.
Well, until he grew tired of him, he would let him stay by his side.
Seeing Song Chubai enter the kitchen, Lu Chenhan felt a rare surge of interest in cooking.
He walked over to the kitchen doorway and watched Song Chubai bustling about inside. A sense of indescribable peace actually welled up from the bottom of his heart.
He rarely experienced this kind of feeling anymore.
Ever since he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, his life had been filled with irritability and agitation. If not for the sake of sustaining the group that the Lu family had inherited and passed down through generations, he probably would have destroyed this irritating corporate empire long ago.
Peace and tranquility, these two words seemed as though they would never appear in his life.
Yet right now, he was bizarrely feeling tranquility and peace.
There was even a lingering hint of warmth.
Not bad. Lu Chenhan curved his lips upward, and the look he cast toward Song Chubai was tinged with a trace of tenderness that even he himself had not noticed.
When Song Chubai finished cooking, he even took the initiative to help carry out the dishes.
Song Chubai looked at him in surprise, assuming he must be extremely hungry, and then silently added another large spoonful of rice to his bowl.
He even used the spoon to press it down firmly so it was packed tight. This way, he should be able to get full, right?
Song Chubai looked at Lu Chenhan, but could only see his back.
He carried two bowls of rice and quickly followed behind him.
After setting out the bowls and chopsticks, the two sat facing each other.
In front of Lu Chenhan sat a bowl of rice piled high almost like a small mountain. In contrast, Song Chubai’s bowl was smooth, loose, and sparse, with very little rice visible.
Seeing the disparity between the rice in the two bowls, Lu Chenhan curved his lips, and his heart grew even more certain that Song Chubai liked him.
Giving him almost all the rice, if this was not liking him, what was it?
Looking at the table full of dishes, combined with his currently pleasant mood, Lu Chenhan felt a rare surge of appetite.
He picked up his chopsticks, the corners of his mouth curving uncontrollably upward, and the lingering gloom between his brows unconsciously diminished greatly.
“Eat.” He spoke with a hint of a command, yet his tone was unprecedentedly gentle.
Song Chubai gave an “oh,” entirely unaware of this shift in Lu Chenhan. He picked up his chopsticks and eagerly began to eat.
After dinner, Lu Chenhan sat on the sofa playing with his phone, having eaten to a rare state of fullness.
Song Chubai was also a bit too full. Although he had eaten very little rice, he had eaten a lot of the side dishes, and coupled with his naturally small appetite, he was truly stuffed to the point of a slight stomachache.
Song Chubai sat on the other end of the sofa, carefully rubbing his belly with small movements.
Lu Chenhan happened to raise his gaze and catch his movement, a deep glint flashing across his eyes.
“Stomach uncomfortable?” he took the initiative to ask.
Song Chubai trembled slightly, startled by Lu Chenhan’s sudden voice. A flash of vexation crossed his eyes; as expected, he was still not used to the feeling of having other people around.
“I ate too much,” he whispered in explanation, a faint blush blooming across his porcelain-white face.
“Come here,” Lu Chenhan commanded.
Unwilling though he was, Song Chubai could not very well defy Lu Chenhan, so he could only scoot a little bit toward him.
Truly just a little bit, less than the distance of half a palm.
“Come closer.” Lu Chenhan commanded again.
As he said this, a flash of impatience already crossed his eyes.
He had always been a man with little patience, never repeating a single sentence a second time, yet he repeatedly made exceptions in front of Song Chubai.
This realization caused even more vexation to surge in Lu Chenhan’s heart, and his expression instantly turned gloomy.
Song Chubai scooted over another tiny bit. This time, it was roughly the distance of one palm.
Lu Chenhan’s gaze suddenly sank. Deciding to take matters into his own hands, he grabbed Song Chubai’s arm and pulled him toward his side.
Caught off guard, Song Chubai tumbled half into Lu Chenhan’s arms.
Lu Chenhan smoothly wrapped an arm around his waist and hooked the corners of his lips. “So eager to throw yourself into my arms?”
His other large hand pressed onto Song Chubai’s stomach.
His palm was very hot, so hot that even through his clothes, Song Chubai could feel his temperature.
That patch of skin seemed to catch fire, turning scorching hot to match the temperature of his palm.
Lu Chenhan’s large hand gently massaged his stomach, using a bit more pressure than Song Chubai had used just moments ago, yet it also felt much more comfortable than when he rubbed it himself.
It felt so comfortable that Song Chubai could not help letting out a soft sigh.
The color in Lu Chenhan’s eyes gradually deepened considerably. Out of Song Chubai’s line of sight, his Adam’s apple rolled up and down.
He pressed his lips together and continued massaging his stomach.
Song Chubai lowered his eyelids halfway, his long eyelashes casting shadows in his eye sockets, while the corners of his eyes seemed tinted with a faint pinkish hue, exuding a sense of fragility.
Lu Chenhan’s throat moved. “Does it feel better?”
Even he himself did not notice that his tone carried a rare gentleness when he asked this question.
Song Chubai obediently nodded, straightened his posture, and a look of gratitude surfaced on his small face.
“President Lu, thank you.”
Massaging the stomach really required a bit more strength, after all.
Pity that this body did not exercise much usually, leaving him quite weak and lacking in strength.
Once the mission was over, he could put physical training on his schedule so that when he massaged cats and dogs on the belly in the future, it would feel good for them.
At the mere thought of the cats and dogs he loved, a spark of light inevitably lit up in Song Chubai’s eyes.
Brilliant and dazzling, akin to the Milky Way.
Lu Chenhan was almost blinded by the radiance in his eyes. He lowered his gaze, and a surge of possessiveness welled up from the bottom of his heart.
He wanted to preserve this radiance and possess this beauty.
Thoughts of this nature rose endlessly from his heart, and the look he cast toward Song Chubai became tinged with possessiveness.
Undercurrents surged deep within his eyes. With a slight curve of his lips, he took hold of Song Chubai’s hand and placed it against his own lower abdomen.
“Now, it is your turn to massage mine.”
He leaned back against the back of the sofa, relaxing his body, yet the arm wrapped around Song Chubai’s waist did not loosen its grip at all.
