It wasn’t until the first bell rang for the first period that Yi Xueyang finally headed off to her classroom.

Jian Chun froze for a few seconds.

What kind of “heartwarming interaction” causes people to faint? she wondered. Did they inhale ether?

She calmly swiped the notification away, but then she recalled what a certain someone had said the night before. Yu Siyi had promised she would handle the situation. Is this her idea of being responsible?

She had promised last night—

No, wait. Jian Chun paused. Isn’t this exactly the kind of situation I should be happy to see?

Wasn’t she just waiting for her own wife to “green” her (cheat on her) so she could finally be free?
