- Chapter 27 - The "Required" Duties of a Fiance
“Are you kidding me??!”
Gao Chang was stunned by the youth’s logic.
How was covering his face with his own shirt any different from running onto an arena stark naked and shouting “I am Gao Chang” while wearing a mask? Anyone who was supposed to recognize him would still know exactly who he was at a glance.
“This way, they won’t see Senior’s face,” Xing Xiyan stated with an air of righteous conviction.
He pinned the Alpha’s hands, which were bound by the fabric, and his gaze swept over the vermilion fruits blooming amidst the snowy white skin. In the blind spot of the Alpha’s vision, the thirst in the youth’s eyes grew increasingly predatory.
The tip of his tongue swept across his palate, clearing the saliva from his mouth and with it, clearing the last remnants of logic from his mind. He no longer hesitated. He leaned down, his lips and tongue as nimble as a bridle, precisely capturing the hazy outline of the Alpha’s mouth through the fabric. With a dominance that sought to strip away everything, he tightly entangled the soft tongue hidden beneath the material.
The pale knuckles pinned against the fair flesh shed their disguise, revealing a raw ferocity. He continued to sink and press, unsatisfied as he kneaded and toyed with the unprotected center. His strength became increasingly unrestrained and wanton. He refused to let up until he had branded the skin with mottled, crimson marks that wouldn’t fade anytime soon; only then did he move on to the next territory.
Fuck, I’m going crazy…
Gao Chang’s head throbbed, his vision blurred. His body, caught in the collapse of his reason, trembled unconsciously. He was nearly suffocating from that deep kiss through the fabric. Oxygen in the small space was vanishing rapidly, and more and more physiological saliva spilled from the corners of his mouth, which he was unable to close.
The whites of his eyes beneath his dark lashes rolled up uncontrollably due to the prolonged oxygen deprivation; nearly half of his blue pupils were hidden beneath his eyelids. Deprived of sight, his sense of touch was magnified several times. The heat deliberately stirred up by the youth turned into a turbulent, rolling current, pouring over every inch of his muscle, bone, and blood.
It made him feel as though he were trapped in a quagmire. Every time he struggled to swim toward the surface, the damp filth washing over his nostrils became more pervasive. He was drowning in the extreme panic of a near-death zone, yet in that limit of drowning, he could only watch as his life was unraveled thread by thread.
Gao Chang summoned his remaining strength and clamped his teeth shut, biting out a metallic tang of blood. In the few seconds of the youth’s startled pain, he finally secured a sliver of breathing room. Sensing that Xing Xiyan was still in hot pursuit, he whipped his head to the side and shouted with all his might, “Hurry up and stop! Stop! I’m not playing anymore!”
He had almost passed out!
The Alpha’s chest heaved violently, his breaths beneath the shirt quick and chaotic. The fabric around his chin was soaked with a clear wet patch, clinging damply to the lower half of his face. Even with that layer of concealment, it wasn’t hard to vaguely identify those sharp, chiseled features through the clean, defined lines.
The youth steadied his breathing and released the grip on the Alpha’s hands, then lifted the covering from Gao Chang’s face.
Feeling the lightness on his face, Gao Chang trembled several times. Like a fish finally returned to the water, he instinctively took deep gulps of the long-awaited air. He had finally come back to life. He had nearly been smothered to death by his own clothes.
Looking at those azure eyes filled with an unquenchable tide of desire, Xing Xiyan restrained the urge to repeat the performance and instead cupped the Alpha’s flushed, exquisite face. He brushed the sweat-soaked dark hair away from Gao Chang’s forehead. His lips pressed from the burning forehead to the wet peaks of the Alpha’s lips, sucking on them until the flesh was swollen and vibrant before he finally pulled away.
“Does Senior feel good?”
Gao Chang’s eyes flickered, and he shot the youth a look, barely suppressing the urge to throw a punch at that face. Trembling words jumped out from between his teeth one by one: “Do I look like I feel good?”
Xing Xiyan raised his head, his gaze lingering on those opening and closing, ravaged, poppy-red lips. His throat tightened slightly, and he nodded solemnly.
“…”
Gao Chang’s expression froze. He felt a sudden, bitter irony.
“One more time?”
As if echoing the youth’s invitation, a powerful sense of presence suddenly threatened the softness of the Alpha’s lower abdomen.
“Are you trying to kill me?!”
Gao Chang felt a jolt of panic. He struggled to kick his legs, wanting to retreat, but his waist was held firmly; there was no room to move. Xing Xiyan acted as if he hadn’t heard, hooking the Alpha’s knees and pressing the distance between them even closer. “I will make Senior feel good.”
Gao Chang choked. “I… I don’t want to feel good right now.”
Compared to that fleeting pleasure, the half-dead aftermath and Wen Chengmin’s merciless scolding were clearly more troublesome.
“Senior is my fiance.” Xing Xiyan lowered his eyes, his warm fingertips stroking the Alpha’s nape, specifically toward the glands. It was as if he were reminding the Alpha to fulfill his “required” duties as a fiance.
“That’s true, but this place… isn’t it a bit inappropriate?!” Gao Chang looked at the clear, cloudless sky behind Xing Xiyan with a headache, politely declining the rooftop play invitation.
“It’s appropriate.” The youth was implacable, carefully feeling the residual unevenness of the Alpha’s nape. He kept his touch light, almost as if it were no burden at all.
But for an Alpha’s sensitive nape, this “lightness” was far more lethal than a simple, blunt impact. Especially since the youth’s touch carried a teasing intent, brushing over the tooth marks that hadn’t yet fully faded. The thin calluses on his fingertips felt like a soft, fine brush, leaving the area numb and itching.
Seeing that Xing Xiyan had cleared the obstacles and was reaching below his abdomen, intending to drag him into a mutual downfall in this place devoid of any privacy…
Suddenly, the sound of faint conversation drifted from the nearby stairwell.
Gao Chang shuddered and hurriedly grabbed the hand on his nape. “There isn’t a damn thing here for cover. Can we change to somewhere else?”
The Alpha’s tone was desperate. In his lake-blue eyes even clearer than the blue sky above the youth’s beautiful face was reflected. Amidst the swirling moisture, a total will to survive was visible.
Before the Alpha could recover from his shock, the youth launched into a dense, storm-like conquest.
“Dammit… you… you’re crazy…”
Gao Chang reflexively closed his eyes, biting his lower lip to suppress the low moans that threatened to escape.
“I don’t want to change places…” The youth gazed at the Alpha, who was gradually being enveloped by heat, the darkness in his eyes deepening.
Hearing the voices in the stairwell get much closer, Gao Chang’s eyes flew wide. The shame of a “public execution” intertwined with the high-octane currents screaming through his limbs, frantically squeezing the last bits of his logic.
He bit his tongue, his voice trembling and nearly pleading: “Enough… stop…”
Xing Xiyan shook his head. He bent his fingertips to wipe the moisture from the corners of the Alpha’s eyes, his control becoming even more fierce. Tiny beads of sweat mingled with heat flowed from his forehead to his chin, dripping onto Gao Chang’s flushed cheeks.
“If you just stop… we can go to my house…”
Deeply aware of the youth’s terrifying stamina, Gao Chang’s fingers shook as he yanked up his damp shirt to cover his face, throwing out the decision to go home in one go.
Xing Xiyan paused, loosening his grip slightly, yet he stubbornly maintained his original posture. The sunlight draped across his back, casting a tall, slender shadow on the ground that grew longer as time passed much like the greed extending from his consciousness. Even though the Alpha was right before his eyes, he still couldn’t get enough, wishing to shroud him in shadow and make him a part of his own body.
At this moment, all of Gao Chang’s attention was focused on the voices in the stairwell. Naturally, he missed the youth’s almost pathological gaze. Realizing the other seemed to have listened to his words, he added in self-abandonment: “You can do it for as long as you want…”
“Alright.”
Having finally heard the Alpha’s plea for mercy, a flash of joy crossed Xing Xiyan’s eyes. After finishing hastily, he finally let him go.
