University club junior Shinomiya and senior Hatano hated each other.
The morning after a club drinking party, they woke up naked in the same bed and realized they had made a one-night mistake, vowing to forget it ever happened.
As they went about their university lives, Hatano learned that Shinomiya—whom she detested—was the black sheep of an artistic family, and that her self-destructive way of life stemmed from it.
Though their fields differed, Hatano, an aspiring novelist and creator herself, felt a resonance with Shinomiya’s “loneliness” and “incompleteness” and found she couldn’t leave her alone.
As they clumsily continued to interact, they grew increasingly drawn to each other.
This is the story of two people who hate each other learning to walk through life together.
