- The Villainess Always Tries to Seduce Me
- Chapter 14 - Does Bai Fenghe Have Some Sort of Perverted Fetish?
Yun Chuanzhi froze for a moment, wondering why Bai Fenghe would appear at the main peak of Mount Buxi. She was supposed to be unwell today and resting on her couch.
But she soon realized something was wrong. As Bai Fenghe appeared, the surrounding noise and clamor vanished, replaced by the sound of gurgling water. Her ears were suddenly much quieter.
Wait, how did she end up back at Fengchun Pavilion?
Yun Chuanzhi was still in a dodging posture and lost her balance, thudding onto the ground. She wrinkled her nose in pain, a few tears of discomfort welling in the corners of her eyes.
“Sect, Sect Leader,” she stammered a greeting, looking up at Bai Fenghe, who stood over her with a condescending air.
“As a personal immortal servant, you aren’t serving me at my side. Where have you been?” Bai Fenghe held a snow-white object in her arms, slowly stroking it with her fingertips. Although her face was pale and weary, her tone was low and chilling.
Didn’t she say there was no need to serve today? This woman changed her mind faster than a person flips pages in a book.
So this was the consequence of “not being delayed” that Ling Shui had mentioned. Bai Fenghe could summon her servants at any moment if she felt like it, regardless of whether they were changing clothes or bathing.
How overbearing, Yun Chuanzhi thought.
“I haven’t punished you yet, so do you really think I’m that easy to brush off?” Bai Fenghe leaned her noble waist down slightly, looking at Yun Chuanzhi as if she were a mere insect or a pet. “It seems if I don’t give you some form of corporal punishment today, you’ll never learn to behave.”
“Baituan, fetch my long whip,” Bai Fenghe said, covering her lips.
The iron puppet she had seen before scurried out from somewhere, holding a silver, shimmering whip with both hands. It climbed onto the table and raised it high to hand it to Bai Fenghe.
The whip cracked in the air, making the very wind tremble. Bai Fenghe gripped the end of the whip, not even bothering to look down. “Kneel.”
It was over. Yun Chuanzhi’s heart tightened. Her body was naturally fragile, and this whip looked like it could snap stone. If it were used on her, wouldn’t it kill her?
Does Bai Fenghe have some sort of perverted fetish?
Seeing that the long whip was ready to strike, Yun Chuanzhi knew things were bad. She forced the tears in her eyes to overflow and lunged forward, kneeling at Bai Fenghe’s feet.
She grabbed Bai Fenghe’s knees and sobbed piteously, “Sect Leader, this slave knows her mistake! I beg the Sect Leader to be magnanimous and forgive this slave!”
She surrendered so quickly that Bai Fenghe didn’t react for a moment. The whip fell limp to the ground. Then, Bai Fenghe pulled away in disgust. “Haven’t I said it before? Without my permission, you are not to touch me.”
“Not even my clothes,” Bai Fenghe said, shaking out her skirt. “Furthermore, do not wail and cry in front of me in the future. It’s nauseating to watch.”
When living under someone else’s roof, one has to adapt. After her previous experience, Yun Chuanzhi’s acting skills had become more refined. Recalling the image of delicate beauties, she braced herself with one hand on the ground and used the other to wipe her tears.
But simply faking a cry wouldn’t solve the problem. Bai Fenghe wasn’t the type to show pity, and Yun Chuanzhi didn’t exactly fit the “delicate beauty” mold. Bai Fenghe was likely only holding back because she found the crying ugly and didn’t want to get near her.
Yun Chuanzhi’s mind whirled through a thousand thoughts. Suddenly, she had an idea. She spoke up between sobs: “To answer the Sect Leader, this slave is not one who enjoys crying. It’s only because those people from Mount Buxi look down on you, Sect Leader.”
“They knew I was an immortal servant under your command, so they mocked and bullied me. This slave was simply so indignant on your behalf that she became like this.”
Yun Chuanzhi covered her face and sobbed, but peeked through her fingers at Bai Fenghe. Sure enough, the whip Bai Fenghe had just raised was lowered again.
“Is that so?” Bai Fenghe’s dark brows furrowed, the sunlight casting shadows between her eyes.
“A few nobodies under some unknown master dare to dance over my head?” Bai Fenghe didn’t wait for Yun Chuanzhi to speak further. She tossed the whip aside, walked to Yun Chuanzhi’s side, and grabbed her collar through her sleeve.
A cold smile played on her lips. “Show me where they are. Take me there. As for you, it won’t be too late to punish you when we return.”
Being unable to tolerate even the slightest slight was exactly Bai Fenghe’s personality. However, if she could truly give those people a beating, it would be a welcome sight.
Yun Chuanzhi lowered her gaze to hide her eyes and gave a piteous “Yes.”
Bai Fenghe’s wind-riding technique was naturally a hundred times stronger than Cheng Jinshu’s. The process was almost imperceptible. In the blink of an eye, they had passed the Hundred-Foot Falls and reached Mount Buxi. If it weren’t for the slight dampness on her body, Yun Chuanzhi would have thought she hadn’t moved.
In the Yizhen Garden next to the Hall of Mingcun, the woman who was no match for the group was still being pinned to the ground by several young cultivators. Although she was at a physical disadvantage, she didn’t lose the battle of words. She was cursing Li Tang so much that his face turned green and his fists nearly exploded with rage.
“Eldest Senior Sister is truly an excellent role model for us cultivators. Not only did you betray us to help demons, you’re even doing your best to help a lowly slave escape,” Li Tang said through gritted teeth. “Since that’s the case, today this Junior Brother will teach my dear Senior Sister a lesson on behalf of the Sect Master!”
With that, he waved the crowd aside. His silver blade turned into a white blur under the sunlight, splitting into a dense sword array that lunged toward Cheng Jinshu like falling stars.
Cheng Jinshu raised her staff to defend herself. The dark iron staff spun like a shield, clattering against the sword array. Her staff skills were extremely refined, but unfortunately, her spiritual power was insufficient. While she could block the physical attacks, she couldn’t block the sword qi. She was soon hit in the shoulder and staggered back.
Amidst a burst of laughter, killing intent flashed in Li Tang’s eyes. His body turned into a gust of wind along with his sword. After a few maneuvers to dodge Cheng Jinshu’s staff, he swung a fist toward her chest.
Cheng Jinshu closed her eyes in despair. But in the next instant, a brilliant purple light erupted in front of her, making even the noon sun seem dim.
The light swallowed Li Tang’s body. He suddenly felt as if he were encased in a thick liquid. His spiritual power and strength were stripped away in an instant. Then, his chest felt as if it had been hit by a heavy hammer. After a scream, he was sent flying, landing spread-eagled in a flower bed.
“Who dares to act insolently on my Mount Buxi!” He clutched his chest and rolled among the flowers, his face and head covered in flower juice and leaves. Then, an overwhelming pressure descended along with the scorching sunlight, and his voice was instantly silenced.
“It is I. What of it?” The woman’s voice sounded gently as if from the horizon. The massive spiritual power amplified her voice in everyone’s ears. Every person present felt their limbs go weak, and they knelt on the ground trembling.
Cheng Jinshu had also lost all her strength. She barely managed to sit steady by leaning on her staff. She looked up into the air. A figure as vibrant as a purple morning cloud had appeared there at some unknown time and was now landing on a cloud.
“Au, Aunt?” Cheng Jinshu’s eyes widened. She was so scared her legs went soft and she tried to hide. Then she saw Yun Chuanzhi being held in Bai Fenghe’s hand and cried out even louder: “Liu Dagou, you were caught by my aunt?”
“Liu Dagou?” Bai Fenghe looked at Yun Chuanzhi in her hand with a strange expression. Yun Chuanzhi didn’t dare look at her and could only lower her head and shrink her neck, playing dead.
After landing, Bai Fenghe tossed Yun Chuanzhi aside. Cheng Jinshu shouted at her, “You short-lived little servant, hurry over here! Do you want to die?”
As she spoke, she watched Bai Fenghe warily, as if certain the Sect Leader would snap Yun Chuanzhi’s neck with one hand. Bai Fenghe glanced at her and said, “Still as noisy as ever,” then raised a hand and silenced her as well.
Now that the surroundings were much quieter, Bai Fenghe walked toward Li Tang, who lay ashen-faced in the flowers. She casually took the iron staff from Cheng Jinshu’s hand and used it to poke Li Tang instead of using her hands.
The seven-foot-tall Li Tang seemed to turn into a weak worm in her hands, poked and prodded left and right by the staff. Then, Bai Fenghe covered her lips and spoke: “So it was you who disrespected me in public?”
Everyone on Mount Buxi knew Bai Fenghe’s evil reputation, and they were all terrified into silence. Li Tang was even more frightened out of his wits. He lay on the ground whimpering, but couldn’t make a sound.
“Since you aren’t speaking, I’ll take it as a confession.” Bai Fenghe fanned the air in front of her face with her jade palm, looking completely disgusted. “A piece of trash who hasn’t even reached the Soul Transformation stage dares to gossip about me.”
Whether out of fear or desperation, tears streamed down Li Tang’s face.
You didn’t let me speak! He pointed at his mouth and whimpered even louder. Then he scrambled up and knelt, kowtowing to Bai Fenghe.
“So noisy.” Bai Fenghe tossed the iron staff aside. As the staff clattered to the ground, a purple light pierced through Li Tang’s heart.
He instantly stopped making noise, his eyes wide with horror as he stared ahead. Then his body went limp and he collapsed.
“Out of respect for your master, I will spare your life today. But I am stripping you of your cultivation to give you something to remember me by.” Bai Fenghe spoke as she turned. The hem of her silk skirt flowed over the grass like water, leaving not a single trace.
To strip a cultivator of their cultivation so easily… everyone nearby didn’t even dare to breathe. It wasn’t until Bai Fenghe told them to “get lost” that they dragged the limp Li Tang away and fled for their lives.
Yun Chuanzhi felt a bit of chest pain watching this scene. As expected of Bai Fenghe, she was truly vengeful. She retreated to hide in the grass, rubbing the goosebumps that covered her arms.
“As for you.” Bai Fenghe stood with her hands down and turned, her gaze landing on Yun Chuanzhi. “You.”
“Aunt!” Cheng Jinshu suddenly broke through the restriction and cried out, stumbling to block the way in front of Yun Chuanzhi. “You cannot kill the innocent on Mount Buxi! My master is currently discussing the Dao with the Venerables in the Hall of Mingcun and will be out soon!”
“You little slave, my aunt is famous for killing without blinking. If you don’t run now, when will you?” Cheng Jinshu called back her iron staff and barked at her.
Yun Chuanzhi had never met such a person of character before and felt a bit of shame. She reached out to pull Cheng Jinshu, but the other party raised her staff and blurted out her secret entirely.
“Liu Dagou, it was I, Cheng Jinshu, who brought you here today to open your spiritual root! Otherwise, you wouldn’t have been bullied by those people for your slave status. So your life cannot be taken so easily. Run!”
She even provided all the details. I’m truly ‘grateful,’ Yun Chuanzhi thought as her vision went dark.
“Opening a spiritual root.” Bai Fenghe smiled at those words. Her willow-leaf eyes reflected the lush shadows of the trees, and her red lips curled into an arc. “Is that so, Liu Dagou?”
“Yes, Sect Leader,” Yun Chuanzhi’s knees were very soft now, and she knelt very naturally.
Now it was really over. Not only would she not escape the whipping, but she might also lose her life.
Bai Fenghe simply waved her sleeve and sent the chattering Cheng Jinshu flying. She walked up to Yun Chuanzhi, her purple skirt shimmering in Yun Chuanzhi’s downward gaze.
Yun Chuanzhi closed her eyes, feeling those warm hands touch the top of her head and then slowly slide down her neck. The feeling of impending death gave her goosebumps.
In the next instant, she was picked up like a chick by Bai Fenghe and carried all the way to the four pieces of thousand-year-old ice before being dropped.
Yun Chuanzhi stood up unsteadily and looked up. Bai Fenghe was wiping her hands with a handkerchief, her long lashes shadowing the sunlight in her eyes. She spoke nonchalantly.
“Do you really think I couldn’t tell you were lying? I was simply tired today and didn’t want to argue with you.”
“The people of my peak can only be punished by me. These trash thinking, they can bully someone from my peak is absolutely unacceptable. That is why I came to stand up for you. However, you still have to take that whipping. Don’t think about escaping it.”
As Bai Fenghe spoke, her palm, covered by the handkerchief, cupped Yun Chuanzhi’s face. She squeezed forcefully, forcing the girl to stand on her tiptoes to look at her. The small, thin face turned red, and the ink-colored eyes grew misty from the pain.
“I have lived for a hundred years, and I have never seen anyone break the restriction left by my Master with my own eyes. Since you want to try, I will let you try.”
“However, if you cannot break it, then what awaits you will be more than just a whipping,” she said with a smile.
