The Delicate Beauty Grabbed the Cannon Fodder Villain’s Script [Quick Transmigration] - Chapter 38
Jian Tao cried out for help in his mind, asking System 250 what was happening. 250 was also terrified by this paranormal phenomenon and shrank back. “Tao Tao, the system shows that you have been hit by a curse from the Infinite World. This kind of curse is more likely to affect those with weaker abilities. You have now become a member of the non-human race.”
Jian Tao felt a sense of despair. He wanted to cry, but he realized he no longer had the ability to shed tears. His entire body had the texture of silicone and was filled with air. He lacked any human biological structure. What was worse was that aside from his eyes, his body was completely out of his control. He watched himself as if he were a voyeur, admiring every detail of his own form. He turned around, took a trench coat from a rack, and put it on. He felt like a pervert from a television drama, the kind of flasher who wears only a coat and exposes himself to women.
“What am I supposed to be doing?” Jian Tao’s mind was on the verge of collapse.
He turned toward another shelf and finally saw the photographs pinned to the cabinet. He was so shocked that he lost the ability to think. The images strung up with ropes were so horrifying that they would give him nightmares for a lifetime. The content was identical to the gruesome photos the manager had shown them earlier. Furthermore, the shelves were filled with items belonging to the deceased, kept as trophies by a killer.
“Heaven help me,” Jian Tao thought, utterly stunned. “Am I the serial killer?”
250’s voice grew tense. “It feels like a real possibility.”
Before he could process this, Jian Tao reached for the top of the shelf and pulled down an ugly rubber mask, fitting it over his head. The reflection in the mirror showed a person in a trench coat and a hideous mask with nothing underneath, exposing his pale calves. He looked exactly like a deviant.
“So, the players are looking for me?” Jian Tao was shocked once more as his legs began moving out of the room against his will.
He opened the door and walked through a narrow, deep corridor that seemed infinitely long. Moving with incredible speed, he eventually reached an iron door. Once he passed through and closed it, the door vanished.
“System, what happens if the players see me and kill me?” Jian Tao asked in despair.
“Then your original body will die as well,” 250 whispered.
Jian Tao realized this world had given him a hellish start. He was a true cannon fodder character destined to die on the first day. As he walked, the path became familiar. He realized he was heading toward the staff dormitory. It was late at night, and the hallway was lit only by dim, flickering lights. The green paint on the lower half of the walls looked清冷 and ghostly.
In the past, Jian Tao would have needed someone to accompany him just to use the restroom, but now he was forced to walk these haunted halls alone. Fortunately, he no longer had a human physiology, so he felt no urge to use the bathroom and could not feel his own heartbeat.
The dormitory had eight floors. He had descended from the eighth and was now walking through each level. His footsteps were light and made no sound at all. When he reached the fourth floor, his own floor, he saw a tall figure emerging from a room. The person looked well-armed with a knife strapped to his leg, and his silhouette seemed familiar.
While Jian Tao prayed the man would keep walking, his mouth suddenly emitted a sound. “Heh heh heh, I have my eye on you. Why don’t you give me a taste?”
Jian Tao was mortified. Shut up! he screamed internally.
The tall, athletic figure froze and turned around. Once Jian Tao saw the man’s face, he knew he was finished. It was the protagonist, Zhou Jin. Seeing the intruder, Zhou Jin curled his lips into a wicked smile and charged, pinning Jian Tao against the wall with a heavy punch.
Jian Tao felt his head go flat for a moment before it bounced back. A fist struck his waist, causing the silicone to cave in before it popped back into its original shape. He could feel the touch and the terrifying strength, but he felt no pain. His skin was incredibly elastic and showed no sign of damage.
Next, Zhou Jin drew his knife. Jian Tao felt his life was at an end. No! I will leak air! In the next second, Zhou Jin grabbed him by the throat and pressed him against the wall, using the knife to flick the mask off his face. “Heh heh heh, I have my eye on you. Why don’t you give me a taste?” Jian Tao was forced to repeat that vulgar, life-threatening phrase while waiting for death.
Jian Tao closed his eyes, but the expected strike did not come. He opened them tentatively to see a suspicious flush on Zhou Jin’s face. Zhou Jin let go of his throat, and the air returned to Jian Tao’s lungs. “Heh heh heh, I have my eye on you. Why don’t you give me a taste?”
Jian Tao’s hand reached out uncontrollably to grab Zhou Jin’s arm, while his other hand rose to grab Zhou Jin’s neck. Jian Tao realized he was also programmed to be aggressive, remembering the manager’s warning about a killer who assaulted victims. It fit his current perverted setting. However, before he could touch Zhou Jin, he was blocked. Zhou Jin opened the dormitory door, leaned against the frame, and made an inviting gesture. “You have your eye on me? Then please, come in.”
Jian Tao realized Zhou Jin did not intend to let him die easily. It felt like being led into a trap, yet he walked inside as if he had lost his mind. Zhou Jin closed the door and turned on the light. The room was identical to Jian Tao’s own, but Zhou Jin lived alone.
Jian Tao’s body acted on its own again, wrapping an arm around Zhou Jin’s waist while his hand slid down toward the knife on the man’s leg. Zhou Jin stopped him immediately, grabbing both of Jian Tao’s hands to keep him at a distance. He stared at the person before him. Although the situation was eerie, Jian Tao was breathtakingly beautiful. His short, dark hair and delicate features were stunning. Even with flamboyant makeup, he did not look gaudy but rather ethereally beautiful.
Zhou Jin could not look away. His face grew hot, and his voice turned raspy. “How can such a strange existence be here?”
“Heh heh heh, I have my eye on you. Why don’t you give me a taste?”
Jian Tao wanted to cry. I do not know either! He blinked desperately, hoping Zhou Jin would notice his distress and realize he was not acting of his own free will. However, Zhou Jin’s hand moved to a more embarrassing place. It landed on Jian Tao’s collar, sliding down toward his belt.
“Since you delivered yourself to my door,” Zhou Jin said mischievously, “I want to see if you are wearing any clothes under this.”
Jian Tao blinked frantically. Seeing this, Zhou Jin’s smile grew even more wicked. “Are you really wearing nothing? Did you come out specifically to harass an innocent young man?”
Jian Tao nearly choked with indignation. Zhou Jin? An innocent young man?
“Actually, you dressed like this just to be seen, right? Like those perverted flashers,” Zhou Jin said with certainty, though a flash of displeasure crossed his face. He untied the belt at Jian Tao’s waist. If Jian Tao were a normal human, he would be red with shame and would have slapped the man. Instead, he could only watch as his coat was opened. He desperately told himself that this was not his real body.
As the coat fell open, Jian Tao closed his eyes. He heard a sharp intake of breath. After a long silence, he opened his eyes to see Zhou Jin looking at him with a steady gaze. The man’s eyes traveled upward until they met Jian Tao’s. He gave a crooked smile and whistled. “Very exquisite.”
Jian Tao felt he could die of embarrassment. Zhou Jin was a complete rogue. After his inspection, Zhou Jin closed the coat again. Jian Tao failed to notice that the man’s fingers were trembling and the veins on his powerful arms were bulging, as if he were exercising extreme restraint.
Zhou Jin led Jian Tao to the bed. “Since you like me so much, I will not go out tonight. You will stay here and keep me company.”
Jian Tao felt the story was taking a wrong turn, but he was already on the bed. Zhou Jin embraced him, his dark eyes tracing every line of Jian Tao’s face. When his nose brushed against Jian Tao’s neck, he frowned at the strong smell of rubber. Zhou Jin laughed. “You really are a rubber person.”
“Heh heh heh, I have my eye on you. Why don’t you give me a taste?”
This time, Zhou Jin did not ignore the words. He tilted Jian Tao’s chin up. Jian Tao blinked as fast as he could, but Zhou Jin did not notice the signal. He kissed Jian Tao’s lips, his tongue sweeping inside. When they finally parted, Jian Tao’s lips were glistening. Zhou Jin licked his own lips, though he feigned a look of disgust. “You do not even have any saliva.”
Jian Tao wanted to kick him off the bed. Zhou Jin then said, “Since you are like this, I suppose I can do anything to you.” He placed his hand over Jian Tao’s eyes. “Your eyelashes are tickling my fingers. You are blinking again.”
Jian Tao was startled and blinked even harder. This time, Zhou Jin seemed to understand. He patted Jian Tao’s back and said softly, “It is alright. I will not touch you.”
Jian Tao finally breathed a sigh of relief. The night passed slowly as they stared at one another. When the clock on the wall hit six in the morning, Jian Tao felt a sudden sensation of weightlessness. He opened his eyes to find himself facing the white wall of his own room, 408.
Meanwhile, Zhou Jin, who had stayed awake all night, watched as the rubber person dissolved into a mist and vanished without a trace. He felt a wave of disappointment. “How can I meet that NPC again?” he wondered.
