The Cruel Beast’s Desire - Chapter 22
Both arms went up, and the t-shirt she was wearing was pulled off. With a few touches from Yoonjae, Hayeon was quickly naked. Yoonjae, who overlapped her body, was also naked like her.
Something hot and hard touched where his tongue had been erotically touching just moments before. A thrilling sensation spread once again.
“U-Um…”
“Is there a problem?”
His voice was mixed with impatience and annoyance. Hayeon pointed towards the bedroom.
“Um…”
“I don’t have time to go there.”
His thing rubbed blatantly below, as if reapplying the slick lubricant.
“Con…”
“What?”
“Condom.”
“Haa.”
He roughly swept back his hair and stood up. As the warm body temperature that had been touching disappeared, a cool air enveloped her whole body. Goosebumps rose from the sudden temperature difference.
Hayeon wrapped her arms around herself, but it couldn’t compare to the warmth of another person’s body temperature.
“I was going to ask you yesterday but didn’t… Buying condoms in advance, does that mean you knew this would happen between us?”
His voice, which had calmed down again, was full of sarcasm towards Hayeon.
It was true that she had prepared with the intention of seducing him, but she didn’t want to admit it so easily.
“Even if it’s not you, there are plenty of men who would use those condoms.”
His eyes flashed fiercely.
Yoonjae placed the condom box he was holding on the table with a thud.
“Only act up as much as you can handle. If you want to provoke me, just wag your tail.”
“If I wag it?”
“I’ll pounce on you as you want. Just like now.”
Hayeon tried to get up, but Yoonjae’s actions were faster. A hard, hot body pressed down on Hayeon.
Both arms were restrained, and she couldn’t push him away. Something heavy plunged into her body at once, which had lost its heat. Her struggling body stiffened.
“I’ll clearly show you the price of crossing the line.”
“Haa… S-Stop. Hng.”
Along with a stinging pain, a faint heat rose again.
“You shouldn’t have touched me on a day like today.”
“Aheueuheut.”
He didn’t seem to have any intention of being gentle, and he plunged in roughly from the beginning. Her body felt like it was being shattered by the intense movements.
Even as she desperately pleaded, Yoonjae’s violent movements didn’t stop. The moment her shaking body stopped was when Yoonjae took out a new condom.
Before she could even catch her wildly disheveled breath, something heavy was engraved in her intimate body.
A strange, choking sound burst out.
Tears welled up in her eyes, which were red with heat, and streamed down, but all Hayeon could do was accept Yoonjae, who was rushing in with fierce force.
“Haa haa.”
The movements that seemed like they would never stop, like endlessly crashing waves, stopped. Hayeon grabbed Yoonjae’s arm as he reached for the condom box again and pleaded.
“Haa, Pl-Please…”
She barely squeezed out a voice that didn’t come out well.
“I think I’m going to die…”
The hand holding Yoonjae’s arm trembled. She squeezed out all the strength left in her body, but Yoonjae could easily shake it off if he wanted to.
“Haa… I have to clean this all up…”
Even as she tried to clear her hazy consciousness, Hayeon’s eyes gradually closed.
“If someone sees…”
The hand holding Yoonjae’s arm slipped down.
Hayeon opened her eyes wide at the sound of the alarm.
Realizing that she wasn’t wearing anything, she pulled up the sheet to cover herself. Worried about the traces that would be messily scattered in the living room, Hayeon squeezed into any clothes she could grab.
She stood up, supporting her body as if she were about to fall, and went out to the living room.
“…Ah.”
She was worried that it would be a mess with the traces of last night, but fortunately, the living room was neatly organized.
Letting out a sigh of relief, Hayeon checked the trash can. She didn’t know who emptied it, but the trash can was empty.
“There’s no way the cleaning person has already come…”
Hayeon stroked her pounding heart and went into the bathroom to wash her face. When she came out, Ms. Lee was coming in.
“Oh my! I thought you were still sleeping because it was so quiet, and I was just going to put this down and leave… You’re already up? You’re so diligent.”
“Ms. Lee, when did you come? Oh, and welcome back!”
“I had a good trip. Why does Ms. Kang’s face look so haggard in just one day?”
Hayeon bit her lip, feeling like she had been caught rolling around violently with Yoonjae for two nights.
“I only got a few hours of sleep… I guess it’s because the sleeping place changed.”
Hayeon made up an excuse because she couldn’t think of a suitable one.
It was entirely because of Yoonjae that she only got a few hours of sleep.
“Well, even for adults, it’s not easy to adapt to a new place.”
Ms. Lee put what she was holding on the table. In order to prevent Yoonjae’s secretary from coming again like yesterday, she had to eat well without leaving any food, but a sigh came out first when she saw the food that was prepared. The amount was too much to be called a single serving.
“Do I have to eat all of this?”
“Why? Is it too much?”
“Yes, it’s too much. For some reason, I don’t have much of an appetite around this time.”
“That’s exactly what the weather is like these days. It’s chilly at night and as hot as summer during the day. Your body feels sluggish, and your appetite disappears.”
Hayeon responded to Ms. Lee’s words by nodding.
“But you need to eat to have strength.”
“Um… Do I have to eat alone every day?”
It was a childish act that she didn’t even do to her parents.
Hayeon was always alone unless she was with Ji-hye. Eating alone and sleeping alone were overwhelmingly more frequent than the time she spent with someone next to her. She should have gotten used to it, but the silence when she was alone never became familiar.
The hardest part was eating alone. If Ji-hye wasn’t there, she would often just eat a sandwich or even skip meals if she was too lazy.
Even in Yoonjae’s house, which wasn’t her own, it was so hard to be alone.
“I know very well that you don’t want to eat more because you don’t have an appetite and you have to eat alone.”
Ms. Lee handed Hayeon a spoon and sat across from her.
“I wondered if it was because Ms. Kang was eating alone in a strange place, so I packed my share to eat together.”
“Thank you.”
“Come to the main house for lunch from now on at the right time.”
“Is that okay?”
She wanted to ask when the secretary came yesterday, but she missed the opportunity.
“I’ll tell Secretary Kim, so come over comfortably. You know where it is, right?”
“Yes.”
She finally felt like she could breathe a little.
“There aren’t many people in the main house either. Most of them come in the morning and work for a few hours before leaving. Lunch is the noisiest, but dinner is quiet.”
“Yes.”
“The Executive Director will have dinner at home when the young lady is discharged from the hospital. He comes home late while she’s hospitalized.”
She had heard similar words last time.
She liked that Ms. Lee’s chatter eliminated the silence, but it was uncomfortable that it always ended with the young lady.
“The young lady suddenly got worse early yesterday morning, and the hospital was turned upside down.”
“Did that happen?”
“The Executive Director didn’t answer the phone, so Ms. Jang in the hospital was so worried. The Executive Director barely sleeps when the young lady is in the hospital, but yesterday he was so tired that he fell into such a deep sleep that he couldn’t even hear the phone ringing. I wasn’t home either… Secretary Kim contacted the Executive Director on the way home that morning and rushed to the hospital.”
Yoonjae was with Hayeon until early yesterday morning.
He must have received the phone call that rang loudly after he returned to his bedroom. If he had rushed to the hospital right away, he wouldn’t have slept at all day.
Hayeon remembered Yoonjae’s bloodshot eyes that she had seen yesterday.
Hayeon’s heart was also uneasy when she faced the reason why he looked tired and felt complicated emotions.
“Is she… very ill?”
“She was given a blood transfusion urgently yesterday and is stable now.”
“Did they have a matching blood type?”
“Fortunately, it matches well.”
Ms. Lee smiled brightly. But Hayeon couldn’t smile with her.
If Hayeon had been in a condition where she could have a blood transfusion yesterday, she would have had to go to the hospital with Yoonjae in the early morning.
The secretary and Yoonjae too.
The reason why they emphasized that she was in a condition where she could have a blood transfusion was in the hospital.
“Ms. Kang will be less bored when the young lady is discharged…”
“Ah… Yes.”
“It’s so fortunate that she’s stabilized a lot and will be discharged in a few days.”
Hayeon forced a smile.
She never knew that someone’s discharge would make her feel so uncomfortable.
As Ms. Lee said, she went to the main house for lunch from noon. Hayeon didn’t want to face the doctor or secretary who had come yesterday again, so she lightly ran on the treadmill in the exercise room instead of running in the garden.
For dinner, Ms. Lee made bibim guksu, saying it was a secret. Unlike Ms. Lee, who had soju as a side dish, Hayeon drank sparkling water.
Late at night, Hayeon headed to the swimming pool at the time when Yoonjae was swimming. Yoonjae stopped at the starting point, as if he had seen Hayeon coming.
“Did you come to swim?”
“No, I’m in a state where it’s difficult to wear a swimsuit because of someone.”
“Who’s going to see you.”
She couldn’t tell what Yoonjae’s eyes were like because he was wearing goggles. Judging from his tone and the twisted lips, it wasn’t a good feeling.
“If not swimming, did you come to wag your tail?”
It was a provocation as soon as she saw him.
Hayeon clenched her teeth and barely endured the urge to punch his handsome face.
“Was last night not enough?”
“That’s not it, so don’t expect anything.”
“Isn’t it always you who has expectations, not me?”
If she got more involved here, it felt like the real business would be buried. Hayeon quickly spoke.
“I came because I have something to ask. Ms. Lee and everyone who works here call me Ms. Kang… They said I came here to teach someone, is that right?”
Yoonjae raised the goggles he was wearing above his forehead. Raw gazes met intensely. Strangely, his eyes were more unreadable than when he was wearing goggles.
“At first, there wasn’t a suitable word to introduce you.”
“So, you came up with the idea of a teacher? What can I teach?”
“Exercise.”
Hayeon’s brow furrowed.
“Teach her well when she’s discharged. Ms. Kang.”
Ms. Lee’s words were true.
At this moment, there was only one thing Hayeon could say.
“You’re crazy.”
