The CEO Omega’s 'Soft Rice' Alpha - Chapter 29
Chapter 29
When the Omega you like tilts her head slightly, eyes closed, asking in a near-pleading tone for you to blow a stray insect out of her eye, it’s enough to make any Alpha lose their mind. Su Yi’an felt exactly that.
She was far too familiar with this expression—she had seen it just two hours ago and had been deeply mesmerized by it.
But Su Yi’an restrained herself. Once Lan Yan was standing steady, she took a deep breath, gently pried her eye open, and with a single puff, blew the tiny insect away.
However, her gaze involuntarily slid down to Lan Yan’s slightly parted lips. She could even see a hint of the soft pink she had been entangled with for so long. Su Yi’an swallowed hard, lured by the sight, and slowly lowered her head.
A single clear tear fell from Lan Yan’s eye. Now that the insect was gone, she felt much better. She opened her eyes, only to find herself inches away from the person leaning in. Their breaths were practically intertwined. Infected by that heat, Lan Yan—driven by some mysterious impulse—extended her tongue and kissed her.
Like a hummingbird chasing a flower, the joy was irrepressible. The atmosphere grew heated.
It continued until Lan Yan was pressed against the floor. The sudden sting of the cold tiles made her flinch. She pressed against the shoulders looming over her and shook her head wordlessly.
Su Yi’an snapped back to reality. She hurriedly pulled Lan Yan’s bathrobe closed and helped her up. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, Sister…” she apologized repeatedly.
“No need to apologize,” Lan Yan replied, her expression complex but not blaming. “I have things to do. I’m going back to the bedroom. You… make yourself at home.”
It was she who had seduced the little girl, after all. The girl had only been kindly helping her; Lan Yan had no right to blame her. Whether it was the influence of the pheromones or the girl herself, she felt she was becoming less and less like her usual self. They had managed to start kissing just from hanging a bedsheet; if they stayed together, it was obvious what would happen once the pheromones lost control.
Lan Yan grabbed her tablet and phone, hurried into the bedroom, and shut the door. Leaning against it, she touched her tingling lips with her fingers, unable to snap out of it for a long time.
Su Yi’an, on the other hand, was much more natural. Blush aside, the moment Lan Yan left, she let out a massive sigh of relief. She had managed to get another kiss today, and Sister didn’t blame her at all. Her long journey to “woo her wife” had taken another giant leap forward. She was happy doing anything now—even just sitting and dazing.
As 10:00 PM approached and there was no sign of Sister Grape coming out, Su Yi’an turned off the TV, tidied the sofa, closed the living room windows, and went to the guest bedroom to lie down. The sheets were filled with Sister’s scent, and Su Yi’an fell asleep shortly after.
Even though she knew the sheets were new, the psychological effect of being in Lan Yan’s home made her smell that intoxicating fragrance. After the heart-pounding events of the evening, Su Yi’an slept exceptionally well, free from the unsettling dreams that usually haunted her.
Lan Yan’s night was the polar opposite. Her mind was a mess—torn between guilt for seducing the girl and telling herself it was nothing. She was plagued by insomnia. When sleep finally teased her around 1:00 or 2:00 AM, her pheromones began to spiral out of control again.
Drenched in a light sweat and clinging to her last bit of logic, Lan Yan grabbed the medicine bottle Jiang Mu had given Su Yi’an, a bottle of water, and knocked on the bedroom door next door.
Su Yi’an was jolted awake. Opening the door in a daze, the sight of her stunningly beautiful Sister made all sleepiness vanish instantly. She rubbed her eyes, suspecting she was in an “indescribable” dream.
Lan Yan was still there after three rubs. Her clothes were neat, but her face held an unnatural flush, and her eyes flickered between confusion and clarity. The veins on her hand gripping the water bottle were slightly prominent. She didn’t speak, but Su Yi’an understood the situation immediately.
The pheromones were out of control again, though this was better than before—at least she had enough reason to bring the water and pills. Su Yi’an took the items, swallowed the pills, and as the scent of wine began to radiate from her, she gently moved Lan Yan’s hair aside and leaned down toward her nape.
“Sister, bear with it,” Su Yi’an whispered, kissing her gently once before biting down to soothe her anxiety.
Half an hour later, Lan Yan returned to her room feeling refreshed and fell into a beautiful sleep. Meanwhile, Su Yi’an, who had been so sleepy before, was now wide awake with red-rimmed eyes. Since Sister only wanted a temporary marking, Su Yi’an couldn’t bear to force her into anything she didn’t want. She could only endure the restlessness herself.
It wasn’t exactly a grievance—the temporary marking satisfied some of her longing—but it wasn’t enough, and wanting more left her in this awkward state. Thinking that this might continue for three more days, Su Yi’an felt both happy and tortured. As long as Sister sleeps well, it’s fine.
The next morning, Lan Yan slept in, waking up only at 9:00 AM. She didn’t have to work; since January, she had started taking leave during these “fixed” days of her cycle to handle the suffering alone. This was the first time she had someone with her upon waking up.
Her mood was inexplicably good, but recalling last night brought a wave of embarrassment. She had actually knocked on the girl’s door. Though it was only a temporary marking, the girl’s extreme sensibility made her heart skip a beat every time she thought about it.
Lan Yan dressed slowly. Stepping out, she smelled the aroma of noodles and fried eggs. The little girl had just finished making breakfast.
“Why didn’t you sleep longer?” Lan Yan forced herself to ask, trying to ignore the strange feelings in her heart.
Su Yi’an turned around. Even her glasses couldn’t hide the dark circles under her eyes. “Couldn’t sleep, so I got up. Sister, come eat breakfast.”
Lan Yan was startled. The little Alpha looked like she had been drained dry by a succubus. Did she stay up all night because of my actions? It was likely; the girl had clearly been half-asleep when she knocked.
Filled with guilt, Lan Yan didn’t say it aloud. Instead, as they ate, she said casually: “Accompany me to buy some clothes later. I’ll drop you back at school, then pick you up again in the evening.”
In just one night, the girl had already switched back into her dry, cheap outfit, and the white shirt she wore yesterday was hanging on the balcony. Lan Yan could see that the girl’s fair skin had been rubbed red by the coarse fabric of her old clothes.
She wanted to compensate her. She knew Su Yi’an wouldn’t take direct cash, so she’d use the opportunity to buy her clothes or a necklace. A necklace would suit her clean, student aura better than earrings since she didn’t have her ears pierced.
“Okay, thank you, Sister,” Su Yi’an replied quickly. She didn’t think much of it; being invited to shop and being chauffeured by Sister Grape was enough to keep her happy for ages. She didn’t dare hope for more.
After breakfast, Lan Yan insisted Su Yi’an try to nap, but Su Yi’an refused, her mind entirely focused on the shopping trip. Lan Yan gave up, touched up her makeup, and they headed out. They went to a mall further away to avoid running into people she knew.
Lan Yan didn’t even look at the price tags—if she liked something, she bought it. Su Yi’an helped carry the bags, and soon she was draped in packages. Lan Yan also carried quite a few. Su Yi’an confirmed her theory: Sister loved buying clothes. I should buy her a whole mall in the future, she thought.
But she had to ask: “Sister, are these sizes a bit large?”
Lan Yan glanced at her but continued her spree. After buying over a dozen outfits, she finally stopped at the car. Opening the door, she said succinctly: “They are for you.”
She would need this little Alpha every month for at least the next year.
The surprise was so sudden that Su Yi’an froze, her mind exploding with joy. She tried to hide her smile. “For me? Then don’t give me money anymore, Sister. These clothes are enough.”
The sizes were indeed perfect for her. Sister must have measured me secretly, she thought happily. How can I not love a Sister like this?
Lan Yan was both amused and annoyed. “Just wear them. I don’t lack that bit of money.”
As they were talking, a flashy sports car screeched to a halt in front of them. Zhang Baiyang’s loathsome face popped out. “CEO Lan, what a coincidence.”
Lan Yan’s face darkened instantly, and Su Yi’an’s good mood was completely ruined.
