Xin Rong is an obsessive follower for a fake young master. His mission: grind the protagonist into the dirt. He drugs him, stabs him, and frames him without hesitation. When he accidentally gives a love letter meant for the fake master to the protagonist, he pivots on the spot—throwing himself into the protagonist’s arms. After all, playing with someone’s feelings is the peak of villainy.
Later, when the truth comes out, the maddened protagonist locks him in a dark cell. Xin Rong closes his eyes, expecting death, only to hear a cold voice crack with emotion: “Everything he owned now belongs to me… naturally, that includes you.”
World 2: Entertainment Industry Rebirth
A grassroots singer who died tragically in his past life returns for vengeance. He expects his ‘black-hearted’ boss to be a sinister villain, only to find a ‘porcelain doll’ who can’t even take care of himself. Xin Rong needs to be fed when hungry, needs his scratches blown on when hurt, and turns red-eyed at the slightest pain.
The protagonist’s heart softens. He decides to handle all the dirty work himself: “In this life, you just focus on living a clean, beautiful life.”
