- Chapter 63 - Extra 3
Good morning, my dear Xiao En.
Golden light pierced through the floor-to-ceiling windows, spilling across the bedroom bed. It cast shimmering spots of light onto the faces of Ji Zeyuan and Zhang Linen, looking much like golden masks.
Zhang Linen was the first to be awakened by the brightness. Opening her eyes, the sight of Ji Zeyuan sleeping soundly entered her gaze. The corners of her lips curled up slightly as she kissed the tip of Ji Zeyuan’s nose. Ji Zeyuan muttered something in her sleep, and the hand resting on Zhang Linen’s waist tightened slightly.
A body that has just woken up is particularly sensitive. Zhang Linen felt a tingling sensation at her waist; she bit her lip and secretly grumbled to herself: What on earth am I thinking about while looking at a sleeping person?
…Then, she reached out and pinched Ji Zeyuan’s cheek, stubbornly pinching her until she woke up.
“Hmm? Mm? What’s wrong? Xiao En?” Ji Zeyuan dizzily rubbed the flesh of the cheek that had been pinched. Zhang Linen propped herself up and brushed a kiss against her lips.
Ji Zeyuan smiled faintly and wrapped both arms tightly around Zhang Linen, saying, “This early?”
Zhang Linen rubbed her cheek against Ji Zeyuan’s neck and then buried her face into the crook of her neck. As her breath brushed against the side of Ji Zeyuan’s neck, Ji Zeyuan also began to feel a surge of interest.
“Xiao Yuan, do you still want to sleep?” Zhang Linen asked in a slightly hoarse voice, leaning close to Ji Zeyuan’s ear.
It was rare for Zhang Linen to act so coquettishly; Ji Zeyuan’s sleepiness vanished instantly. She took hold of Zhang Linen’s hand and kissed her brows and eyes one after another. Zhang Linen returned the kisses, and the two of them soon got down to business, their pheromones diffusing wantonly.
With damp hair clinging to her cheeks, the corners of Ji Zeyuan’s eyes turned a deep crimson from excitement. Zhang Linen skillfully navigated her emotions, calling out to her in low sighs with various pet names: Wife, Xiao Yuan, Darling, Baby…
In truth, when they were first married, Zhang Linen found it difficult to say cloying titles like “Wife,” “Darling,” or “Baby.” However, because Ji Zeyuan would always coax her into saying them in bed, she gradually stopped feeling bothered by it.
Afterward, Ji Zeyuan sprawled across the bed, feeling refreshed: “From now on, I might as well just skip the evening shower, since this is going to happen every morning anyway.”
Zhang Linen didn’t answer, but she nodded silently. Ji Zeyuan took her hand, kissed the ring on her ring finger, and smiled: “Good morning, my dear Xiao En.”
The clear peach-blossom eyes curved slightly as she returned an equally happy smile: “Mm, you too, baby Xiao Yuan.”
