Chapter 22: The Enticed Man · 80% “There’s surveillance, you are very…
Fu Li was going on a business trip again.
Le Qingfei was kissed awake. He stretched his foot out from under the blanket to step on Fu Li’s face, trying to push him away.
Fu Li caught his ankle, “I don’t mind, but if you step on my lips, it will also kiss your face.”
Le Qingfei bit his knuckles. Not fully awake yet, his brain was a chaotic mess.
He stopped his movements.
The early morning light, not particularly bright, faintly filtered in through the white sheer curtains. The light fell upon Le Qingfei’s face, and Fu Li’s kiss was right there too.
“Will Feifei send me to the airport?”
Fu Li propped himself up beside Le Qingfei, his right arm sliding behind to hold him, his hand gripping that slender arm. As if lacking a sense of reality, he squeezed it a few times; it was so soft.
He lowered his head to kiss Le Qingfei’s slowly blinking eyelashes again, “Will Feifei miss me?”
Le Qingfei looked at Fu Li quietly, still as if in a dream. He reached out his hand, hesitantly took off Fu Li’s glasses, and touched the tiny black mole under his left eye with his finger.
Le Qingfei called him softly: “Yan Song…”
Fu Li did not refute, nor did he respond. His gaze fell upon Le Qingfei’s left hand, which was holding his glasses.
A snow-white, slender arm slipped out from the pink pajamas, spreading out relaxed upon the pillow like an inviting embrace.
He leaned down and kissed Le Qingfei’s palm.
“My Feifei,” Fu Li turned his head to take a light bite on Le Qingfei’s petite earlobe, “Remember to miss me, because I will miss Feifei very much.”
“Every moment, all the time.”
Le Qingfei’s palm and ear both became wet.
It felt like being licked by a large animal’s tongue, except the tip of Fu Li’s tongue was very soft and didn’t hurt at all.
Fu Li greedily kissed his cheek before leaving reluctantly.
After taking a phone call, Fu Li went down to the elevator, only to see Le Qingfei wrapped in a bathrobe.
“Weren’t you the one who asked me to send you off?” Le Qingfei angrily pressed the elevator button, “I’ll only send you downstairs.”
The moment the elevator doors opened, Fu Li pressed close, wrapping his arm around Le Qingfei to bring him into the elevator.
Le Qingfei: “There’s surveillance, you are very annoying.”
“No,” Fu Li’s tall stature was enough to completely shield the person in the corner, “This time it’s a kiss on the cheek, okay?”
Le Qingfei was still angry that Fu Li had woken him up before twelve o’clock, “No.”
Fu Li smiled and nodded, reaching out his hand to tilt his chin up slightly. Obediently, he kissed his forehead and hairline, “Feifei has to miss me, okay?”
Le Qingfei didn’t speak. Behind him, the elevator doors opened.
The bellboy responsible for holding the elevator saluted them, making Le Qingfei’s face turn red again. He pushed Fu Li away and walked out by himself.
The underground garage was packed with all kinds of luxury cars.
Fu Li pinned Le Qingfei against the door of a Rolls-Royce, continuously kissing his forehead.
It was as if he wanted to draw an advance on all the kisses for the upcoming week.
Skin hunger syndrome?
Le Qingfei’s hands had nowhere to go; he couldn’t push him away, so he could only turn his head away, but then he caught sight of that little white cat.
“Meow meow?” Le Qingfei patted Fu Li, “Little White seems unwell, it’s squatting over there and not moving at all.”
Fu Li let go of him and walked toward the corner of the garage.
Le Qingfei straightened his bathrobe, and suddenly saw Fu Li stop his footsteps, freezing on the spot.
“What’s wrong?” Shuffling in his slippers, Le Qingfei ran over nervously, “Is it…”
Le Qingfei also froze on the spot.
The little black cat was riding on the little white cat.
In the brightly lit underground garage, a tall man wearing a black coat and a young man in pink pajamas watched two cats finish mating.
The speed was so fast that before they could even react, the little white cat had already begun rolling around on the ground.
Fu Li: “……”
Le Qingfei: “……”
“Bye-bye.”
“Hmm, goodbye.”
This was a most normal thing, and Le Qingfei had seen it many times, but never before had he felt as awkward as he did this time.
Le Qingfei couldn’t quite explain it, so he could only blame it on Fu Li—kissing him so much that his brain wasn’t clear anymore.
[Fu Li]: Feifei, pay attention to me.
Le Qingfei ignored him, put down his phone, and continued building warm shelters for the kittens.
Fu Li’s assistant had contacted him a few days ago, having already helped them find volunteers who could help take care of Padda Cabin together.
He accepted the kindness, but since school hadn’t started yet, he did what he could by himself.
Le Qingfei put all the kittens into cages for isolation, sanitized the room, and went to the outer room to check the inventory of cat food and cat litter.
Just then, the sound of a car horn honking came from outside the courtyard.
Padda Cabin was located in a remote area; it was a small single-story house with very cheap rent, so people rarely came here.
Le Qingfei lifted the insulated curtain to take a look and saw an unexpected person.
“Zeng Fenglan,” Le Qingfei looked at the person jumping down from a Range Rover, “What are you doing here?”
A few days ago, the person sitting in the passenger seat of the Lamborghini fanning the flames was precisely him.
Zeng Fenglan smiled. Just as he wanted to enter the house, he was held back by the clothesline pole Le Qingfei picked up.
He raised his hands in surrender: “Le Qingfei, you’ve really misunderstood me this time. I came to talk to you about charity.”
“Charity?” Le Qingfei looked him up and down, “What do you mean?”
Zeng Fenglan: “Our family’s tennis club has had a rat problem lately.”
He tilted his chin toward the cages full of cats behind Le Qingfei, “So didn’t I think of you? Hey, if the cats go to our place, there will be dedicated staff to feed them, the place is huge, and they can run around and play everywhere. Isn’t that better than your place?”
Le Qingfei narrowed his eyes, “Are you really that kind-hearted?”
Zeng Fenglan: “Words alone are no proof, won’t it do if you come with me to check it out?”
In Silicon Valley, USA, Fu Li had just finished a meeting and went to sit in his friend’s CEO office for a bit.
Standing in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, after failing to connect to Le Qingfei’s phone for the third time, he called the bodyguard.
The bodyguard picked up immediately after two rings, reporting truthfully that Le Qingfei, who was currently taking the kittens to inspect the adoption site, had just achieved the record of eating three plates of cake.
Fu Li let out a sigh of relief.
Le Qingfei’s voice could faintly be heard from the other end of the phone: “Marcus, you are not allowed to tell him everything! If you keep doing this, I won’t bring you along to eat delicious food next time!”
Fu Li smiled and told the bodyguard to give the phone to Le Qingfei.
“Feifei, it really breaks my heart when you don’t pick up my calls. I am all alone abroad, braving the wind and sleeping in the open, with no fixed abode. The only comfort in my heart is Feifei.”
His friend, who was entertaining him with coffee beans worth 30 USD per gram: ……?
The call hung up. Fu Li did not accept the coffee his friend handed over; he grabbed his suit jacket and left the office.
Pei Xing: ……What a waste.
Inside the tennis club, Le Qingfei reluctantly took the phone from the bodyguard’s hand.
After saying just a couple of words, before he even had time to answer Fu Li’s question about “whether he missed him,” Zeng Fenglan walked over.
“Le Qingfei, we have a party tomorrow night, come play.”
“Ah?” Le Qingfei held his phone, “Are you calling me?”
Zeng Fenglan nodded, then raised his hand to point at the tall and large Marcus nearby, “Your cousin can come play too.”
“Then let me think about it.”
After Le Qingfei answered, he said to the person on the other end of the phone with a bit of annoyance, “I didn’t say I am thinking of you. I don’t miss you as much as two ‘miss’ words; I only miss you a little bit.”
Hanging up the phone, Le Qingfei raised his phone and sent a selfie of himself making a finger-heart against his cheek, just as Fu Li had requested.
The club’s conditions were indeed quite good. After carefully inspecting and confirming the details, Le Qingfei signed the kitten adoption procedure contract with Zeng Fenglan.
At the end, Zeng Fenglan saw him to the door and brought up that gathering again.
Le Qingfei: “It’s really strange. Our relationship isn’t even good, and those gatherings of yours never used to invite me. Why are you asking me to go this time?”
Zeng Fenglan said: “The other day, you really made us look at you in a new light.”
Le Qingfei: “Ah?”
“That guy Fu Qian is usually so arrogant and domineering, he finds everyone unpleasant to the eye! We’ve also found him unpleasant for a long time, but no one has ever dared to speak to him the way you did. That was simply amazing!”
Being praised made Le Qingfei feel a bit lightheaded. He rubbed the bridge of his nose, “I’m not really that amazing.”
Striking while the iron was hot, Zeng Fenglan showered Le Qingfei with another round of intense praise, finally successfully convincing him.
“Then it’s a deal, we’ll wait for you tonight.”
Zeng Fenglan waved goodbye to Le Qingfei. After the person walked far away, he let out a peculiar laugh.
On the day of the gathering, Le Qingfei arrived very early and waited for Xu Yi outside the door.
“Xu Yi,” Le Qingfei turned around in a circle, “Is it appropriate for me to wear this?”
Le Qingfei was both expectant and nervous.
From childhood to adulthood, he had too many things to do. If he couldn’t understand the lessons in class, he would be kept after school; when he went home, he had to do chores. He simply had no time to go out and play, and had never participated in a gathering of classmates or friends.
Hmm… no one had ever invited him either.
In the beginning there were, but Le Qingfei had rejected them too many times, so gradually, no one called him anymore. Plus, Le Qingfei had no money, and some people had seen him crying and begging his uncle because he wanted to go to a school activity. At Hadlin Public School, which was full of wealthy kids, he was sorted into a lower class just like that.
Oh, and there was Fu Qian.
Getting close to him seemed like going against Fu Qian. Several boys who had confessed their feelings to Le Qingfei had been beaten up, so he had always had no friends.
Xu Yi was a transfer student whom the school paid money to recruit for studying. He didn’t understand the intricate twists and turns; he only knew that Le Qingfei was a kind and sincere friend. He helped Le Qingfei tutor to raise his scores, and relying on the quota for direct admission to Jinggang University, they graduated smoothly.
Looking at Le Qingfei’s outfit today, Xu Yi answered honestly, “It looks very good.”
Le Qingfei was dressed like a strawberry. Outside his white shirt, he wore a loose red sweater, and the dark green neckerchief draped over his shoulders was casually tied into a knot over his chest, resembling a strawberry stem.
A fresh and tender strawberry.
Dusk was falling, and the wind would whip up Le Qingfei’s long brown hair scattered over his shoulders, revealing a fair and slender neck like a beautiful flower stalk. His eyelashes were the stamens, and when he smiled, his eyes were brighter than the gemstone hair clip above his head and the streetlamps that lit up in an instant.
“I also think it looks so good, it’s the new clothes Fu Li bought for me.”
After Le Qingfei finished speaking, he added another sentence, “That is my big brother. He is very good to me, he said new clothes don’t need to be saved for the New Year to wear, I can wear them whenever I want. Hmm, Xu Yi, why didn’t you wear the clothes I gave you?”
Le Qingfei called out the words “big brother” with extreme deliberation.
Xu Yi was still holding back a laugh, replied casually with a couple of sentences, and followed him inside SPACE.
This was the first time Le Qingfei had come to a place like this.
A multicolored darkness, the air sharp and sickly sweet, light spots and smoke—it was very interesting.
It would be a very interesting night.
Le Qingfei thought.

Before amnesia, he threw tantrums and made scenes; after amnesia, he is a pure, seductive bottom X The flower of the high mountain transformed into a clingy house-husband top.
Qin Zhi and Gu Wenxi are going through a divorce.
After Qin Zhi’s parents passed away when he was five years old, he moved into the Gu family. The two were childhood friends for many years and got married at eighteen. If Qin Zhi wanted the stars, Gu Wenxi would pluck the moon for him; five years of marriage, they were as inseparable as glue.
“Tired of it,” Qin Zhi said, “Your work is too busy, you accompany me too little.”
Gu Wenxi sat silently on the sofa, one hand pinching the temple of his glasses, the other hand holding the birthday and wedding anniversary gift for Qin Zhi, without saying a word.
Qin Zhi smashed the villa into a complete mess and kicked Gu Wenxi, who was acting like a block of wood, out of the house, “Divorce at the city hall tomorrow. If you don’t come, don’t even think about seeing me again in this lifetime…!”
The next day, Gu Wenxi sat in the city hall, his gold-rimmed glasses resting on the bridge of his nose, still maintaining that cold, proud, and aloof appearance. With bodyguards standing behind him, he didn’t look like he was here for a divorce, but rather like he was here to kidnap someone.
As noon approached, Qin Zhi finally appeared.
Qin Zhi came running stumblingly while wearing his pajamas, plunging into his arms, “I didn’t see you when I woke up. For such a big matter, why didn’t you wait for me to go together, Brother Wenxi?”
Gu Wenxi froze, lowering his head to look at Qin Zhi, who was currently playing with his tie, “What are we here to do?”
“Get married,” Qin Zhi tilted his head up, smiling to reveal cute dimples, “Zhenzhen is eighteen years old, I want to marry Brother Wenxi.”
Waking up from a sleep, Qin Zhi’s memory had returned to five years ago.
But as long as he was together with Gu Wenxi, Qin Zhi felt it didn’t matter.
In the entire world, he loved Gu Wenxi the most.
He was just very puzzled. Brother Wenxi, who was always very busy, seemed to have changed into a different person, accompanying him at home every day, feeding him, bathing him, and dressing him, giving all his time to him.
He asked him why.
Gu Wenxi only kissed him, saying nothing at all.
