I Got A Girlfriend After Losing My Memory (Transmigration) - Chapter 51
Tang Fuzhi opened her mouth wide and bit into Tao Ran’s slender neck.
Tao Ran stroked the girl’s soft, flowing hair, making no move to stop her.
For some reason, this action did nothing to quell her restlessness.
Tang Fuzhi didn’t know what to do. She wanted to unbutton her clothes, but the alcohol had numbed her mind, making her movements clumsy.
She whimpered in frustration. Tao Ran’s fingers paused slightly, surprised by the girl’s sudden tears. “What’s wrong?”
Tang Fuzhi tugged at her clothes, her voice full of aggrievedness. “I… I don’t feel good.”
Tao Ran watched as Tang Fuzhi’s movements revealed glimpses of her skin. The corners of her eyes were flushed, and her throat felt dry. “Do you want me to help you?”
Tang Fuzhi tried again herself, but the alcohol had not only dulled her mind but also numbed her fingers, making them clumsy and unable to undo the buttons.
Her head swam. Vaguely, she felt like she’d been in this situation before, also in a car. Back then, she couldn’t get her clothes on; now, she couldn’t get them off.
Tang Fuzhi looked up at Tao Ran, her watery eyes filled with a hint of aggrievedness. Her voice was soft and sweet. “Yes, I want it.”
As the victor, Tang Fuzhi was deeply displeased to have to ask for help from the loser.
But there was no choice. To alleviate the burning heat coursing through her body, she reluctantly lowered her head.
Tao Ran remained unaware that the little girl was still immersed in their game, oblivious to what was going through her mind.
Tao Ran’s slender fingers brushed against Tang Fuzhi’s jade-like back. Unfastening the matching bra, a task that seemed impossibly difficult for Tang Fuzhi, proved effortlessly simple for Tao Ran.
Tang Fuzhi’s original intention had been to make the little girl behave. If she behaved, Tao Ran would accompany her in whatever she wanted to do.
Drunk Tang Fuzhi was easy to fool, but when she wasn’t, she was incredibly difficult to handle.
Tang Fuzhi found the ice block’s voice familiar, as if she’d heard it somewhere before.
After a moment of contemplation, a flash of clarity pierced through her hazy mind.
The ice block was the person she’d just beaten.
Suddenly feeling empowered, Tang Fuzhi commanded in a sweet, demanding voice, “You lost, so you have to listen to me. Now I order you: don’t move!”
Seeing Tao Ran remain still, Tang Fuzhi finally broke free from her grasp and reached out to unfasten Tao Ran’s bra, eager to get closer.
But she couldn’t even unfasten her own bra, let alone Tao Ran’s.
Tang Fuzhi grew increasingly frustrated.
This was the third time!
Tomorrow, she was going to replace all her bras with ones without clasps!
But that was tomorrow’s problem. Today, she was still struggling with this clasp.
Seeing Tang Fuzhi’s eyes welling up with tears from frustration, Tao Ran felt a pang of sympathy. She offered, “Do you want me to help you?”
Tang Fuzhi looked up at her, her nose reddened and her lips pursed in a pitiful pout that tugged at Tao Ran’s heartstrings.
She nodded obediently, her gaze fixed on Tao Ran as she unfastened her bra, revealing those jade-like snow-white peaks.
A smile finally bloomed on Tang Fuzhi’s face. Almost the instant her bra was unfastened, she wrapped her arms around Tao Ran, nuzzling against her.
Ah, this big ice cube is so comfortable.
Tao Ran had braced herself for something more, but Tang Fuzhi simply continued to nuzzle her for over ten minutes. Eventually, she grew tired and nestled into the crook of Tao Ran’s neck, still as a sleeping kitten.
Tao Ran felt like she was the one being played with.
She had prepared everything, only for Tang Fuzhi to apparently fall asleep?
“Tang Tang? Tang Tang?”
After several calls, Tang Fuzhi finally stirred. She rubbed her eyes, her gaze hazy and unfocused, clearly disoriented.
“What is it?”
The moment she spoke, she noticed Tao Ran’s face so close. Cupping Tao Ran’s cheeks, a flicker of clarity seemed to pierce through her confusion.
“Tao Ran…?”
A smile played on Tao Ran’s lips as she gently stroked the hand supporting her lower back. She looked up to meet Tang Fuzhi’s gaze, her voice muffled as she spoke, “Finally awake?”
She paid no mind to the fleeting clarity in Tang Fuzhi’s eyes, knowing that while Tang Fuzhi was mostly incoherent when drunk, she would occasionally have moments of lucidity.
Though she would never remember them.
Tao Ran had expected Tang Fuzhi to continue kissing her, but instead, Tang Fuzhi’s delicate fingertips brushed against Tao Ran’s beautiful eyes.
“I like you… I like you so, so much…”
Her voice was soft and weak, yet Tao Ran could hear the sincerity in the young woman’s words.
Tao Ran’s heart fluttered. This seemed to be the first time she had heard the young woman confess her feelings so openly.
The shy girl who had once struggled even to say she missed her had now declared her affection so earnestly.
The desire burning within Tao Ran and the restlessness stirred by the young woman suddenly calmed considerably.
Tang Fuzhi cradled Tao Ran’s face, as if trying to imprint her features into her memory. “Do you like me?”
Tao Ran and Tang Fuzhi gazed into each other’s eyes, their worlds shrinking to encompass only the other. The youthful restlessness of the young lovers had dissolved, leaving behind a pure, heartfelt confession.
“I like you. I like you so, so much.”
Tang Fuzhi smiled, a simple smile that carried an inexplicable hint of cruelty. “I like you too. That’s why I won’t let anyone else have you.”
Tao Ran’s smile faltered. She gripped Tang Fuzhi’s hand, her heart racing. “You remember?”
Tang Fuzhi tilted her head, as if she didn’t understand the question.
Seeing the girl’s dazed expression, Tao Ran dared to entertain a bold guess.
“Tang Tang, do you remember when we first met?”
Tang Fuzhi didn’t answer, as if she hadn’t even heard the question. She continued to stare blankly at Tao Ran.
Suddenly, a smile bloomed on Tang Fuzhi’s face. She lifted her head, her eyes curving into crescents, her smile as sweet as ever.
Tang Fuzhi’s index finger landed on Tao Ran’s left breast, gently poking the soft flesh. “Tao Ran, you have to like me so, so much. Like me more than anything in the world!”
“I… I did it for you…” Tang Fuzhi’s voice cracked with emotion as she continued, “I even died for you once.”
Recalling the moment she was struck by the car, Tang Fuzhi stared at the approaching vehicle, standing frozen as she waited for the impact. Her eyes welled up with tears. “Waaah, it hurt so much! My head was… was bleeding, waaaah!”
Tao Ran was stunned by her words, her mind struggling to process them. But seeing Tang Fuzhi’s tearful state, she instinctively pulled her into a hug, gently patting her back and murmuring soothing words.
“It’s okay now. It’s all over. Does your head still hurt?”
Tang Fuzhi cautiously touched her head, confirming there was no sticky blood. Only then did the distress on her face begin to fade.
Her amber eyes sparkled as she looked up at Tao Ran, brimming with excitement. “It’s gone! My head… it doesn’t hurt anymore!”
Watching Tang Fuzhi, who was nestled in her arms and acting like a child, Tao Ran’s sluggish mind finally began to catch up. After a long moment, she seemed to grasp the meaning behind Tang Fuzhi’s words.
I… I did it for you…
I even died for you once.
What did this mean? Was the car accident truly orchestrated?
And by Tang Fuzhi herself?
Tao Ran lowered her gaze to Tang Fuzhi, who was smiling brightly. After confirming that her head was fine, Tang Fuzhi began toying with a strand of Tao Ran’s long hair, which lay across her chest.
The dark hair twisted around Tang Fuzhi’s pale fingers. Her eyes grew even brighter as if she had spotted something fascinating outside the car window.
Tao Ran lifted Tang Fuzhi’s chin, her smile fading into a serious expression. “Did you orchestrate the car accident yourself?”
The alcohol had dulled Tang Fuzhi’s mind, making her thoughts sluggish. Fortunately, Tao Ran was patient, waiting patiently for the younger woman to recall the events.
After a long pause, Tang Fuzhi’s thoughts stretched out like taffy as she slowly began to speak. “Pushing you to Huo Yuan… I… I didn’t like it.”
Tao Ran’s sharp features softened. This was the knot in her heart, finally untangled by Tang Fuzhi herself.
Though she didn’t understand why Tang Fuzhi had done it, the fact that she hadn’t wanted to, that it wasn’t her true desire, brought Tao Ran a wave of relief.
Tang Fuzhi drifted into her memories, the alcohol slowing her mind and her voice fading to a whisper.
“I… I don’t want to be controlled anymore. I need to escape, and a car accident can do that…”
Her words were jumbled, each sentence seeming to have a cause and effect, yet sounding utterly illogical.
Controlled by whom? Why would a car accident be the way to escape?
Tao Ran didn’t understand, but she didn’t interrupt Tang Fuzhi, letting her slowly recall whatever she could.
But Tang Fuzhi fell silent, clutching her head, her brow furrowed. “Ugh, my head hurts so much…”
Tao Ran desperately wanted to know the truth, but she couldn’t ignore Tang Fuzhi’s pain.
Tao Ran held Tang Fuzhi close, soothing her softly. “Then don’t think about it. It’s okay. Relax…”
The woman’s voice was gentle, like mountain spring water trickling over scattered pebbles, crisp and clear, making one involuntarily relax with her voice.
Feeling the struggles in her arms gradually subside, Tao Ran finally released Tang Fuzhi, gazing at her tranquil expression. Her eyes were closed, her cheeks still flushed from the alcohol, and her rosy lips were pressed tightly together, as if harboring some unhappiness.
At that moment, the car came to a stop.
They were home.
Tao Ran sighed, helped Tang Fuzhi get dressed, and then carried her inside.
He Ruo had long suspected President Tao and Miss Tang were up to something steamy in the car, but seeing Miss Tang so exhausted she’d fallen asleep, and the red marks on President Tao’s pristine white shirt, still came as a shock.
Who would have thought Miss Tang, usually so gentle and delicate, could have such a wild side after a few drinks?
You can’t judge a book by its cover.
