Full-Level Quick Transmigration Expert: The Scum Man Reform Manual - Chapter 13
The Substitute Omega is Soft and Delicate (13)
Sunlight streamed through the floor-to-ceiling windows, falling upon two fair, muscular chests. The man’s messy, short hair covered a red mark on his forehead.
Lin Xiyao lay on the bed, his eyes slightly open. Shen Wenbai lay beside him, reaching out to gently stroke his soft, messy hair. He leaned his lips close to Lin Xiyao’s ear.
Lin Xiyao shivered all over.
“Baby, you smell so good.” Shen Wenbai used his tongue to lick the side of Lin Xiyao’s neck, causing him to tremble.
Lin Xiyao rolled over and pressed his body against Shen Wenbai. “Shen Wenbai, stop messing around. Hurry up, get dressed, and go make some money.”
Shen Wenbai grabbed Lin Xiyao’s shoulders to push him off.
“Get down first, or you will suffer for it later.”
Lin Xiyao rubbed his waist and silently climbed down. He had to exercise, aiming to eventually wear Shen Wenbai out in bed. This jerk was a beast!
The bad cat was too clingy, holding his owner back from leaving the bed. He really was a bad cat with impressive tricks!
Shen Wenbai put on his pants and grabbed the keys from the nightstand to leave. He stopped at the door, turned around, and looked at Lin Xiyao on the bed, his eyes flashing with a strange amusement.
Lin Xiyao felt his skin crawl under that eerie gaze, a sudden urge to run away rising in him. However, he had no strength left.
Shen Wenbai closed the door and left. As soon as he was gone, Lin Xiyao felt like he had discovered the truth of life. Shen Wenbai had actually played a trick on him; he had likely used every ounce of his cunning on him.
Lin Xiyao thought: “…” Money is really hard to earn these days. I suspect I will have to live a life of asceticism for the rest of my years. I am already broken.
Lin Xiyao picked up his phone from the bedside to make a call. Once connected, he asked Shen Wenbai, “Hey, what do you mean by that? Are you afraid I might live too long?”
His voice was soft and weak, as if he had just been ravaged again.
Shen Wenbai froze for a few seconds upon hearing that voice, then immediately cursed, “Damn it!”
Lin Xiyao frowned. “Why are you cursing at me? Are you sick?” He hung up the phone with a snap.
Shen Wenbai stared at the disconnected call, rage surging in his heart. He had never seen such a jerk! He gritted his teeth and said, “Damn it, I will definitely finish you off tonight!”
Yuanxiao: [The system suggests you avoid swearing. A classy host does not swear.]
Shen Wenbai lit a cigarette. “I am not classy, so what? You have a problem with that?”
Yuanxiao: [No problem. I know you are not classy.]
Shen Wenbai took a deep drag and then, failing to look cool, started coughing violently. “Good heavens. Then why did you even ask?”
Yuanxiao: [Hee hee hee, because I am wicked!]
Shen Wenbai: “…” His ears must have gone deaf.
After Lin Xiyao woke up from his second nap, Shen Wenbai had already returned home. He sat on the edge of the bed with a cigarette between his fingers, glaring at Lin Xiyao with a livid complexion.
Lin Xiyao was no longer the same person he had been; he understood Shen Wenbai’s temper now, so he was not afraid.
“What is wrong? Who upset you?” Lin Xiyao looked at Shen Wenbai with feigned surprise. “Whoever bothered you, tell me, and I will take revenge for you.”
Shen Wenbai crushed the cigarette butt, stepped forward, grabbed the collar of Lin Xiyao’s pajamas, and pulled him close. With his other hand, he gripped Lin Xiyao’s chin, forcing him to meet his gaze.
Shen Wenbai’s eyes were bright, filled with fury and hatred. “Little kitten, are you looking for a beating?”
Lin Xiyao blinked his eyes, his expression extremely innocent.
He shook his index finger back and forth. “No, why would I bother you?”
Shen Wenbai took a deep breath. “I bought you a new outfit. Do you like it?”
“What outfit? Is it that mesh backless shirt?” Lin Xiyao’s eyes curved into smiles; he wrapped his arms around Shen Wenbai’s neck and kissed his cheek. “Thank you!”
Shen Wenbai snorted and threw the shirt onto the bed. “How did you know?”
“I saw your phone screen when you were choosing the outfit behind your back.” Lin Xiyao hugged Shen Wenbai’s lean waist, rubbed against his waist dimple, and acted coy. “Honey, I love you.”
“Do not seduce me. A little cat is not allowed to seduce his owner.” Shen Wenbai maintained an upright and solemn appearance, but his eyes were hinting at something else.
Lin Xiyao looked up at Shen Wenbai’s chin. “Hmm?”
“Do not tease me, or I will deal with you right now if you keep acting up.”
Lin Xiyao: “I am hungry.”
Shen Wenbai released Lin Xiyao. “Wait, dinner has not arrived yet. I will go dig through the trash to find some snacks to tide you over.”
Lin Xiyao lay obediently on the bed.
“Stay there and do not cause any trouble,” Shen Wenbai instructed before leaving.
Lin Xiyao watched his disappearing back and could not help but chuckle. Thinking of the tone Shen Wenbai used to warn him not to cause trouble made his heart itch. It would have been one thing if he had not said anything, but now he wanted to cause trouble even more.
He climbed out of bed, filled a basin with water, and spilled it in the doorway. If Shen Wenbai asked later, he would just say Shen Wenbai sleepwalked and peed there last night.
It did not feel real enough, so he added some effervescent tablets to make it yellow and foamy.
Shen Wenbai stepped over the puddle of yellow foam as he walked in. Lin Xiyao sighed; he had almost stepped right into it.
“What is with that expression?” Shen Wenbai felt a jolt when he saw Lin Xiyao’s strange reaction. He scanned the room and saw the yellow puddle. “You have a toilet but you prefer to pee in the doorway, you bad cat.”
It was exactly the same as before, though Shen Wenbai did not say the second half of that sentence out loud. The bad cat had no memories now, so he would not admit it.
“I did not pee there, you did it while sleepwalking,” Lin Xiyao denied. “Look at this yellow water, you peed it last night. You even accused me of stealing your foot-soaking water before, when it was clearly you soaking your feet in my basin.”
Lin Xiyao fell silent after saying this. Why did he say that? Had he developed delusions at such a young age? Damn it, he had not spent all his money yet!
Shen Wenbai: “…”
“You are full of nonsense. I did not sleep at all last night.” Shen Wenbai’s face turned even darker.
Lin Xiyao blinked his eyes in confusion. “Oh, is that so?”
“Oh, oh, oh, the prank failed, baby.” Shen Wenbai rolled his eyes, opened a bag of potato chips, and stuffed them into his mouth. They were honey-butter flavored, and he was not giving any to the bad cat.
Lin Xiyao watched Shen Wenbai eating with relish and swallowed his saliva. He reached out to grab the bag on the table, but Shen Wenbai hid the plastic bag behind his back, refusing to give it to him.
Lin Xiyao was unwilling to give up. “Honey, what are you eating? Share some with me.” He was starving now.
“Potato chips. Eat up!” Shen Wenbai bit onto a chip and prepared to feed his wife in the most spectacular way possible.
Lin Xiyao: “…” I am hungry, time for a snack.
Just as the two were kissing, a phone call interrupted, ruining the atmosphere.
Lin Xiyao: “…” He stabbed the phone with a fork.
Shen Wenbai answered the call. It was the original host’s rival from the plot, the infatuated second male lead.
“Shen Wenbai, where did you hide Lin Xiyao?”
Shen Wenbai looked at Yuanxiao, hoping for an explanation. How far has the plot progressed?
Yuanxiao’s mouth moved: [It has been reborn. I will go ask the Heavenly Dao later. If necessary, Host, please use violence.]
Shen Wenbai: “OK!”
“Is that any of your business? If you have the guts, come over and snatch him away. Let us see if he will go with you.” Shen Wenbai’s attitude was vile; he was confident Lin Xiyao would not leave with this so-called infatuated second male lead.
“That is what you said.”
Beep, beep, beep.
The call ended. Lin Xiyao withdrew his hand from Shen Wenbai’s abs and started touching elsewhere. Shen Wenbai’s abs were great to touch, like a male mother.
“Your peach blossom has declared war on me,” Shen Wenbai said, looking down at Lin Xiyao in his arms. “Do you want your husband to handle it for you?”
Lin Xiyao blinked. “How will you handle it?”
Shen Wenbai raised his chin. “Guess.”
“I cannot guess,” Lin Xiyao said, lying on Shen Wenbai’s shoulder. “I do not even know him. He is a total psycho!”
Shen Wenbai kissed Lin Xiyao’s forehead. “You do not know him, but he knows you.”
“How does he know me?” Lin Xiyao blinked innocently.
“Maybe he knew you in a past life, or perhaps he has seen you in his dreams.” Shen Wenbai spoke lightly, but he felt sour deep down.
In this world, Lin Xiyao belonged to him and him alone.
Lin Xiyao: “…” That is ridiculous. Why not just say he knew me while taking a crap!
In a bad mood, Shen Wenbai began to release his pheromones. Lin Xiyao’s cheeks turned crimson, and he began to frantically pull at the “…”
