Deliberate Possession [Entertainment Industry] - Chapter 109
Chapter 109: Running Away from Home
Unable to see the face nestled in her arms, Jiang Yumian hugged Jing Xiaoyan and half-raised herself, leaning towards her. Jing Xiaoyan’s slightly hot cheek pressed against Jiang Yumian’s chest. She rubbed against her lightly, feeling extremely wronged, her voice mixed with faint sobs. “Turn off the light first.”
The room light had been on the whole time. Originally, Jing Xiaoyan wanted to deliberately leave it on to make Jiang Yumian shy, so she hadn’t asked for it to be turned off. Now, she was the one whose face was red…
Jiang Yumian paused, lowering her head, her gaze falling on Jing Xiaoyan’s shoulder. It had been on like that earlier, so why was she shy now?
Jing Xiaoyan buried her head in Jiang Yumian’s chest, not letting her see her face, but her bright red ears still caught Jiang Yumian’s eye.
“Okay, I’ll turn it off.” Jiang Yumian’s tone was full of coaxing. She gently pinched and rubbed Jing Xiaoyan’s earlobe, then let go, got up, and pressed the switch on the bedside, turning off the light.
The room instantly plunged into darkness, leaving only soft breathing sounds.
Jiang Yumian leaned over, gently embracing Jing Xiaoyan. She slowly and deliberately moved closer, her lips landing on the side of her face.
Fine, subtle kisses rubbed against her skin. Jing Xiaoyan’s already softened body felt increasingly uncomfortable. She couldn’t help but bend her legs and rub them against the bed. Jiang Yumian quickly kissed her slightly cool lips again, completely stifling the sounds muffled in her throat.
As their tongues intertwined, Jing Xiaoyan couldn’t hold back and urgently pulled Jiang Yumian’s hand down.
Perhaps because she had been uncomfortably messed with earlier, Jing Xiaoyan was very uneasy now. Her body felt so swollen it was about to burst, not to mention Jiang Yumian had just reignited the fire.
Letting Jing Xiaoyan hold her hand, Jiang Yumian’s palm was burning hot. Without needing to do much, the person in her palm was already collapsing. Her fingertips were quickly enveloped in a moist warmth.
After an unknown amount of time, Jing Xiaoyan eventually cried.
Between stopping and continuing, Jiang Yumian wiped Jing Xiaoyan’s red eyes and chose to continue.
She planned to exhaust herself tonight.
Jing Xiaoyan’s eyes, which had looked at her with disdain that afternoon, were still vivid in her mind. Jiang Yumian pressed down on Jing Xiaoyan’s shoulder, who was trying to struggle up. Tonight, one of them had to be defeated!
Held down, Jing Xiaoyan looked at her in surprise.
Their eyes met. Jiang Yumian pursed her lips, her gaze deepening. Under Jing Xiaoyan’s watch, she started moving her hands again.
Jing Xiaoyan’s heart seized up. She quickly reached out and grabbed Jiang Yumian’s other arm, which was braced on the side. Her nerves, which had just relaxed, tightened once more.
“Jiang Yumian!” Her angry tone was laced with faint sobs.
When Jing Xiaoyan called her name, Jiang Yumian only paused briefly, completely ignoring her request to stop. Her hand pressed down on Jing Xiaoyan’s shoulder again. Jing Xiaoyan couldn’t stop a muffled groan, quickly arching her back, intimate sounds uncontrollably spilling out of her mouth.
The anger Jing Xiaoyan had just built up was useless. From feeling wronged to getting angry, and now to tearful pleading, the tears were welling up in her eyes.
Jiang Yumian grasped Jing Xiaoyan’s shoulder and pulled her up. Jing Xiaoyan sat up, catching her breath. Before she could lean into Jiang Yumian’s embrace for even a second, her lips were sealed.
The familiar scent filled her nostrils. The wet, hot kiss stole her breath. Jing Xiaoyan was forced to tilt her head back, kissed by Jiang Yumian in her arms. The feeling of grievance surged instantly, and tears streamed out of her eyes.
Placing Jing Xiaoyan’s chin on her own shoulder, Jiang Yumian patted her back rhythmically, turning her head to kiss her ear. Once the person in her arms gradually calmed down, she suddenly pulled her away, grabbing Jing Xiaoyan’s shoulders and making her turn her back to her.
Forced to kneel down and lean forward, Jing Xiaoyan panicked for a moment. The tears on her face hadn’t even dried. She tried to get up but was pressed down on the back of her shoulders by Jiang Yumian.
She had a bad feeling. Her voice trembled. “Mianmian?”
Jiang Yumian placed her hand on the back of Jing Xiaoyan’s neck, gently kneading with her thumb. After two seconds of silence, she replied to Jing Xiaoyan, “We’ve never done it this way.”
Because Jing Xiaoyan hadn’t allowed it before.
Jing Xiaoyan knew what she meant and bit her lip. She was pressed down again by Jiang Yumian’s hand, her face almost touching the pillow. The hand that had momentarily left quickly returned to its task. Jing Xiaoyan closed her eyes, accepting her fate and tightly pressing her lips together, not saying a word.
The energy she had just recovered was now completely depleted by this torment…
“Mianmian.”
Jing Xiaoyan was exhausted. She reached back, wanting to grab Jiang Yumian, but quickly retracted her hand due to Jiang Yumian’s movements. She braced herself on the pillow, her body shaking uncontrollably. The sensation was completely different from previous times. The sudden intensity almost made Jing Xiaoyan cry out loud.
Jiang Yumian quieted down but was still mischievous. She wickedly shifted her fingers, a movement that nearly made Jing Xiaoyan collapse.
Jing Xiaoyan actually did collapse, burying her head in the pillow and crying. It was useless to say “stop” so many times. She was truly wronged.
The hair at the side of Jiang Yumian’s face was already stuck to her skin, covered in a thin layer of sweat. She pursed her lips, breathing heavily. She turned and lay on top of Jing Xiaoyan, covering her back.
The knees that had been kneeling for a long time could finally move due to the lying down action. Her stiff bones felt like they were rusting. She could finally rest a bit.
Her lips pressed against Jing Xiaoyan’s back, which was already marked with many intimate signs left by her. Jiang Yumian’s sticky hand awkwardly squeezed, her fingertips already wrinkled, and her whole hand felt heavy.
Both of them were defeated.
After a long rest, both of them recovered some strength. Jiang Yumian then carried the already tearless Jing Xiaoyan into the bathroom.
Jing Xiaoyan stood under the shower, her eyes and the tip of her nose red. It was clear she had been severely bullied and cried like this.
Jiang Yumian meticulously washed her body, every movement gentle and full of appeasement.
Jing Xiaoyan kept her red lips tightly sealed, not speaking. Thinking of something, her eyes welled up again, and the corners of her mouth kept drooping.
When Jiang Yumian finished washing and looked up at her, tears immediately fell, startling Jiang Yumian. She shook the hand holding the showerhead, immediately put it down, and cupped Jing Xiaoyan’s face to wipe her tears.
Since the moment she got off Jing Xiaoyan’s back, her heart had become increasingly uneasy. Hearing her cry, she didn’t dare to open her mouth to comfort her, only mustering the courage to hug her when she stopped crying.
Jiang Yumian was completely silenced now. She no longer had the boldness she had in bed and didn’t dare to look directly into Jing Xiaoyan’s eyes.
Jing Xiaoyan sniffled, tilted her head back, breaking free from Jiang Yumian’s hands, not allowing her to touch her face.
Just as Jiang Yumian’s heart was hanging, she turned around, grabbed a towel to dry herself. When she bent down, she moved her lower body. She frowned uncomfortably, quickly threw the towel onto the shelf, and put on a thick, long bathrobe.
Jiang Yumian, standing behind her, didn’t dare to move. She watched longingly as Jing Xiaoyan covered the intimate marks on her back, watched her put on the bathrobe, tie the belt, wrapping herself up completely except for the exposed top of her feet.
“Wife…”
Jiang Yumian’s tone, showing weakness, also contained a hint of flattery. She nervously licked her lips, staring at Jing Xiaoyan, hesitant to speak. She opened her mouth but quickly closed it again.
She actually wanted to say that Jing Xiaoyan didn’t need to dress so tightly, she would have to take it off later anyway…
Jing Xiaoyan turned to look at her, her gaze chilling. However, her recently cried eyes were not fierce enough, making her look more resentful, and a little bit stubborn.
She turned around without a word and walked out of the bathroom, not wanting to wait for Jiang Yumian.
Just as she took one step, her legs started trembling. The rubbing between her thighs made her feel uncomfortable. Jing Xiaoyan clenched her back teeth, lifted her foot again, and pretended to be fine as she left the bathroom.
Jiang Yumian quickly closed her open mouth. She hadn’t showered yet, but she didn’t dare to call Jing Xiaoyan to wait for her.
She turned on the shower, rinsing herself off, planning to finish quickly and go out to coax her. However, before she could finish the first rinse, the sound of the door closing suddenly rang out outside.
Jiang Yumian quickly turned off the shower. She frowned, wondering if the sound of the water was too loud and she had heard wrong, but she didn’t dare to hold onto this slim hope. She quickly pushed open the bathroom door and walked out barefoot.
Jing Xiaoyan was no longer in the room. Jiang Yumian’s heart was gripped with panic.
Jing Xiaoyan had actually run out just like that?
She had made Jing Xiaoyan run away from home?
Jing Xiaoyan, who was “running away from home,” was currently standing outside Lin Xi’s door, frantically pressing the doorbell.
Lin Xi was wearing headphones and writing lyrics. It took several rings for her to hear it. She took off her headphones curiously and checked the time.
It was almost midnight. Who was running over here to harass her late at night?
Lin Xi opened the door, with the safety chain still attached. She thought she would first see who was outside before letting them in. What she saw was a woman wearing a mask and sunglasses, her hair still wet.
“Oh my god!”
Lin Xi was so scared that she slammed the door shut. Where did that female ghost come from!
She quickly realized something was wrong. That female ghost looked a bit like Jing Xiaoyan!
Lin Xi blinked, then opened the door again.
Jing Xiaoyan, who had the door “bang”-ed shut in her face, felt even more wronged. Seeing the door open again, her eyes, hidden behind the sunglasses, reddened again.
Lin Xi sized her up, tentatively asking, “Jing Xiaoyan?”
Jing Xiaoyan nodded.
Although Lin Xi was confused, she still let Jing Xiaoyan in.
“Why are you out so late, dressed like this?”
As she spoke, she was about to take off the sunglasses on Jing Xiaoyan’s face, but Jing Xiaoyan clearly dodged her.
Jing Xiaoyan swallowed, trying hard to maintain her previous voice. “I’m staying here tonight.”
Her voice, after crying, wasn’t noticeable unless one listened closely. Lin Xi didn’t notice her abnormality, simply thinking she was crazy.
“You’re crazy.” She spoke what was on her mind, and quickly continued, “Go back to your room. I’m writing a new song. Don’t bother me.”
Jing Xiaoyan raised her chin, walked to the desk where Lin Xi had been sitting, and started tidying up her paper, pen, phone, and laptop all at once.
“Jing Xiaoyan!”
Lin Xi’s eyes widened. She quickly walked over and snatched her precious belongings back into her arms.
Jing Xiaoyan pointed at the things in her arms, then pointed at the door that hadn’t been closed, and finally suggested, “Go sleep with Luo Cheng. You two are both musicians, you can study together.”
Lin Xi rolled her eyes, exasperated by Jing Xiaoyan. Although she was planning to find Luo Cheng, what was this about Jing Xiaoyan taking over her room!
“No! Go back where you came from!”
Jing Xiaoyan stood still, deadlocked with Lin Xi.
Lin Xi took a deep breath. “What’s wrong? Did Jiang Yumian kick you out?”
Hearing Jiang Yumian’s name, Jing Xiaoyan’s stiff neck slowly turned. The chilling gaze behind the sunglasses was so intense that Lin Xi’s body trembled.
Seeing that she wasn’t speaking, Lin Xi thought she had guessed correctly. She gloated internally and quickly put on a smile. “Fine, I’ll be merciful and let you stay here.”
However, when she turned to leave, she couldn’t resist her nosy curiosity. She turned back and looked at Jing Xiaoyan. “You’re wearing a mask and sunglasses. Don’t tell me she bullied you until you cried?”
Jing Xiaoyan’s face under the mask drooped. She raised her finger and pointed at the door.
Lin Xi suppressed a laugh. Jing Xiaoyan was getting what she deserved today, hahaha.
She held the things in her arms and walked out the door, thoughtfully closing it for Jing Xiaoyan.
As soon as the door closed, Lin Xi was about to leave when she ran into a quickly pursuing Jiang Yumian, whose hair was also wet and dripping water.
Lin Xi’s eyes widened slightly. “My gosh, did you two fight in the bathroom?”
Jiang Yumian was anxious. Hearing Lin Xi say “you two,” she didn’t have time to wonder what she meant and immediately asked, “Is Jing Xiaoyan here?”
After realizing Jing Xiaoyan had run out, she rushed back to the bathroom to quickly dry herself, then threw on a bathrobe and ran out. As soon as she got out, she saw Lin Xi leaving the room.
She really hadn’t thought Jing Xiaoyan would run away because she was mad at her. What kind of wife runs off right after they’re done?
Lin Xi rubbed her nose, sizing up Jiang Yumian with the same scrutinizing look she had given Jing Xiaoyan. “Jing Xiaoyan? Why are you looking for her? Didn’t you kick her out?”
What was with this sudden search? And it had only been a few minutes.
When couples argue, shouldn’t they usually wait a while to see who can’t stand it anymore before coming to look for the other?
Jiang Yumian quickly shook her head, waving both hands. How could she dare!
“Then she ran out by herself?” Recalling Jing Xiaoyan’s appearance, Lin Xi’s eyes brightened as if she had discovered a new continent and smelled gossip. “Is Jing Xiaoyan throwing a tantrum at you?”
She then asked, “Why?”
Jiang Yumian coughed awkwardly. “It’s just… a small matter. Can you let me in first?”
Lin Xi shook her head. “No. Tell me first. Let me finish the gossip.”
Jiang Yumian glanced at her, then looked down at the laptop and other things in her arms, not seeing a room card. She quickly looked away and threw out a sentence, “You don’t even have a room card.”
Then she ignored Lin Xi.
Knowing that Lin Xi was unreliable, she turned around and pressed the doorbell herself.
The ignored Lin Xi: “…”
She rolled her eyes. Seeing the room card in Jiang Yumian’s hand, she poked Jiang Yumian’s arm. “Your girlfriend took over my room. Why don’t you two stay in your room, and you and Jing Xiaoyan can stay here?”
She mainly wanted to sleep alone. Finding Luo Cheng was really only for music.
Jiang Yumian instantly squeezed the room card, then stuffed it into her pocket. “No way!”
The bed in the room hadn’t been cleaned up yet. What if Lin Xi saw it?
Lin Xi rolled her eyes again.
Damn it! These two! They were going too far!
She pulled out her spare room card from her pocket and waved it in front of Jiang Yumian. Seriously, couldn’t her room card be kept in her pocket?
Jiang Yumian’s eyes lit up. She put her hands together, instantly changing her expression, fawning over her. “Sister Lin Xi~”
Lin Xi tsk-ed proudly. “Hurry in and coax her. When you’re done, take your wife out and give me back my room.”
Then, without waiting for Jiang Yumian to nod, she swiped the card on the door. After opening it, she left immediately, not daring to look back. She was afraid Jing Xiaoyan would scold her.
Jiang Yumian swallowed, nervously pushing the door open. She poked her head in first, wanting to check the situation, but her gaze immediately met Jing Xiaoyan’s eyes.
“Sis, Sister…”
