Everyone knows that Emperor Wen Muli has a male wife who cannot be publicly acknowledged. Because he is not favored by the Emperor, he lives in seclusion in the cold palace for many years.
One day, Wen Muli brings back his beloved “White Moonlight,” Su Mo, and to save her, he must remove Su Mo’s spiritual root. Su Mo quietly looks at him, and after a long time, she says in a hoarse voice, “Congratulations, Your Majesty, your wish has been fulfilled!”
The demonic beasts attack, and Su Mo perishes in battle. When the truth comes out, Wen Muli, filled with remorse, cannot even protect his deceased wife’s body. A colossal black dragon appears, snatching Su Mo’s body away. Wen Muli is severely injured and unable to withstand it, tormented by his inner demons for nearly a century.

Mo Siyue and Su Mo’s fingers are intertwined. Looking down at the disheveled Wen Muli, Mo Siyue sneers: “Thank goodness the Emperor was blind, mistaking a fish eye for a pearl, allowing me to win the beauty’s heart!”
A dragon has its Achilles’ heel; touch it and it will surely rage. Su Mo is Mo Siyue’s Achilles’ heel.
