- Chapter 16 - Paranoid Villain (13) The Kiss
The scent of blood grew increasingly thick. The fair collarbone had been marred by teeth, and blood seeped out, painting a startling, seductive scene upon the skin. Lu Yinshen did not release his hold until that patch of skin was completely ruined.
Specks of blood remained on his teeth.
The scents of alcohol and rust intertwined, brewing a dangerous atmosphere. A fire gathered in Yan Yi’s abdomen without the need for further provocation. His dark pupils grew deep, yet the hand stroking the top of Lu Yinshen’s head became even gentler.
“Baby, have you bitten enough?”
The dark night is the best breeding ground for desire, and the hint of alcohol is the most effective fuel. Yearning surged in Yan Yi’s eyes.
“Now, it is my turn.”
His hand slid down unhurriedly. Just as Lu Yinshen had gripped his jaw countless times before, he now gripped the chin of the man beneath him. He forced Lu Yinshen to look up and stare into his eyes. Their warm breaths tangled, and the air was full of the lingering fragrance of wine.
The scent of alcohol vanished from the nose only to be swallowed by the lips. Yan Yi patiently pried open his teeth. Their fluids pulled at one another as the air grew heated and restless. His tongue entered, unceremoniously occupying and conquering the territory. He plundered every channel the man beneath him had to obtain oxygen until the corners of Lu Yinshen’s eyes once again turned red and moist.
His fingertips rubbed Lu Yinshen’s brow. His voice was dark and hoarse. “Baby, this is the time when you should actually cry.”
Yan Yi did not let him go. His lips attacked again, and as their mouths pressed together, the air became even more hot and unbearable. He crooked his fingers, moving them from the jaw to cradle the back of Lu Yinshen’s head.
He kissed fiercely, not gently. Lu Yinshen felt as if he were suspended in mid-air, unable to land safely. The alcohol made it impossible for him to distinguish his current situation. Yan Yi lightly bit his lip, grinding and licking it. “Call out.”
The tone was blurred between their tangled teeth, and the syllables were broken by the violent kiss. Since his legs had not yet healed, Yan Yi would not truly do anything. After the kiss ended, a sticky silver thread of saliva pulled away between them.
A silver glow surfaced in Yan Yi’s eyes, transforming into a flowing light that entered those thin, sickly legs. Cold sweat broke out on Yan Yi’s forehead, but he curled his lips indifferently. He leaned down and kissed the space between Lu Yinshen’s eyebrows. “Get well soon, Yinshen.”
Due to the constraints of this small world, Yan Yi could not make Lu Yinshen’s legs heal instantly, but he could alleviate the pain and accelerate the recovery time. The silver light did not dissipate. It danced at his fingertips as he lightly tapped the tip of Lu Yinshen’s nose. “Sweet dreams.”
The sound of steady, even breathing immediately rose beside his ear. Yan Yi stood up and turned off the surveillance monitor. He did not intend to expose the surveillance drama yet; by turning it off, he could still play dumb.
Yan Yi grabbed a quilt. He chose not to remove the clothes covering Lu Yinshen, but instead placed the quilt over the clothes. He then slipped into the bed himself, wrapping his arm around Lu Yinshen’s waist and embracing him as they slept. The room was filled with peace. That night, both of them slept well.
The quilt shifted slightly. Yan Yi opened his eyes and looked at the person in his arms. Lu Yinshen had not yet woken up and was lying against him. The corners of Yan Yi’s lips could not help but turn upward. He planted a kiss on Lu Yinshen’s brow. “Good morning.”
He tucked in the corners of the quilt and quietly got out of bed. After getting dressed and washing up, he went to the kitchen to make a bowl of sobering soup. The process was not complicated, and Yan Yi finished it quickly.
Although Lu Yinshen had not truly drunk alcohol and had only eaten a piece of chocolate, and even though Yan Yi had used his own abilities, the soup would still make him more comfortable and help avoid any lingering headache.
While waiting for the soup to finish, Yan Yi folded another paper rose to place in the vase in Lu Yinshen’s room. When he entered the bedroom, he saw that Lu Yinshen was still asleep. He inserted the rose into the vase. There were already four roses inside. Every day, he folded one for Lu Yinshen. The vase could still hold them for now, but it would certainly not be able to fit them all in the future.
Estimating the time, Yan Yi walked into the kitchen. When he carried the bowl of soup into the bedroom, he saw that Lu Yinshen was already awake. He was sitting halfway up in bed, his gaze fixed directly on the monitor in front of him.
“What is wrong?” Yan Yi asked.
Lu Yinshen’s gaze landed on his face. “You saw it, did you not?”
Yan Yi knew exactly what he was referring to, but he could not admit it. His expression was gentle, and his eyes were clean and clear, appearing more sincere than the sunlight outside. “What are you talking about, Uncle? I do not understand.”
Lu Yinshen looked at him with an inscrutable gaze. “You really did not see it?”
Yan Yi’s eyes filled with a smile. He squinted his eyes, looking entirely innocent. He truly did not look like someone who would lie. “What does Uncle think I should have seen? My eyes can only see Uncle.”
Lu Yinshen’s pupils turned dark, and his tone became somewhat meaningful. “It is best that way.”
Yan Yi’s brow softened, and his expression was submissive. “Uncle, drink the soup first. You accidentally ate liquor chocolate yesterday. Drinking this will make you feel better.”
He brought the porcelain spoon close to Lu Yinshen’s slightly swollen lips. Looking down, he saw a large expanse of bare, cold white skin. After Lu Yinshen got drunk last night, he had stripped off his clothes and had not put them back on yet.
Yan Yi’s heart skipped a beat. He reached out and pulled the quilt up, covering that enchanting skin. One spoonful of soup disappeared. Yan Yi’s fingertip moved up to rest at the corner of Lu Yinshen’s mouth, wiping away soup that had not even spilled. He used pressure to rub the lips until they became even redder.
Yan Yi looked down at him. “Does it taste good?”
The corners of Lu Yinshen’s eyes hooked upward. He pointed a finger in the air in front of Yan Yi’s lips. “Who kissed me?”
Although Yan Yi had taken the initiative in the kiss last night, his own lips had not fared well either. They were red and swollen, making it obvious to anyone that he had been in a deep, inseparable kiss with someone.
“Do you want to know, little Uncle?” Yan Yi set down the bowl. His gaze slid inch by inch over Lu Yinshen’s hair, eyes, and nose, finally landing on his lips. He pressed his palm against the back of Lu Yinshen’s neck, firmly imprisoning his body. His breath fanned against the side of Lu Yinshen’s neck, bringing waves of numbness and itching.
Lu Yinshen’s body trembled slightly, giving a reaction that pleased Yan Yi. His lashes fluttered, but he did not speak, waiting for the intimate act that might follow. Yan Yi’s lips brushed against Lu Yinshen’s cheek. “Do you really want to know?”
His lips slowly approached and pressed firmly against Lu Yinshen’s. He earnestly ground his lips against the other man’s, which were stained with the scent of them both. While maintaining this movement, Yan Yi spoke word by word, his voice raspy from his throat. “It was like this.”
He kissed very lightly. Even his tongue was obediently sealed behind his teeth. He did not use force, yet this caused Lu Yinshen’s already red lips to become an even more seductive shade of crimson. Lu Yinshen hooked his hand around Yan Yi’s waist. His phoenix eyes tilted slightly, and his voice was low and hoarse as he lightly bit Yan Yi’s lip. “Only like this?”
A light chuckle escaped Yan Yi’s lips. The hand at the back of Lu Yinshen’s neck moved down to firmly grip his shoulder. He leaned forward, pressing Lu Yinshen against the wall, and his tongue unceremoniously poked inside. It danced with the other tongue, moving between their lips. The sound of water accompanied their humming and panting. Oxygen was rapidly plundered, making it difficult to breathe.
Their bodies rose and fell involuntarily. The hand gripping Yan Yi’s waist tightened. Lu Yinshen did not pull away; instead, he licked and bit the tongue that was causing chaos in his mouth. The force was not great, so Yan Yi did not feel pain. He only felt an itch in his heart. He could not lessen his strength; he firmly restrained Lu Yinshen’s body and kissed even more fiercely.
Oxygen was completely stripped away. The corners of Lu Yinshen’s beautiful eyes grew moist, and his phoenix eyes became watery and shimmering. He could only part his lips, hoping to draw in some air to relieve the trembling and suffocation brought by their tangled mouths.
But he failed completely. His defenses crumbled. The gap between his parted lips made it easier for Yan Yi to invade and occupy. Their lips became entangled, and their flesh lingered together. Lu Yinshen was unwilling to be forced to simply receive the kiss. He gasped and kissed back fiercely.
The darkness in Yan Yi’s pupils softened. Finally, he sucked hard on Lu Yinshen’s lower lip. He moved his mouth away and began to kiss Lu Yinshen’s skin, moving from the corner of the mouth to the earlobe. Lightly biting the tender, burning tip of the ear, he asked, “Now does Uncle understand how I kissed you last night?”
Lu Yinshen rested his chin on Yan Yi’s shoulder to relieve the feeling of suffocation. After a moment, his sickly white fingertips moved up to gently stroke the top of Yan Yi’s head. “Uncle knows now.”
His voice was laced with a smile, but since he had not yet caught his breath, the sound was accompanied by panting, which was very alluring. The lips that had been licking the tip of his ear dropped down to bite Lu Yinshen’s chin. Yan Yi raised his eyelids to meet his gaze. His lips curled into a smile, and his breath was hot. “Did Uncle not already know? There is no need to play dumb.”
Just because Lu Yinshen had difficulty controlling his behavior while drunk did not mean he had amnesia or could not remember what happened last night. Lu Yinshen’s hand moved down from Yan Yi’s hair to grip his jaw, forcing Yan Yi to release his chin. He looked down at him, the corners of his eyes a deep red. “I simply needed to confirm it again.”
Yan Yi affectionately rubbed his palm against Lu Yinshen’s hand. With a turn of his wrist, he picked up the bowl of soup from the nightstand and held it to Lu Yinshen’s lips. “Uncle, finish it. I spent a long time making it.”
The bowl was soon empty. Seeing that he had finished, Yan Yi put the bowl away and took out a set of clean, soft clothes for him. Just as he was about to turn around, Lu Yinshen grabbed his collar. His tone was calm. “What part of me have you not seen?”
The tips of Yan Yi’s ears turned red at the right moment. He lowered his head, his face full of bashfulness. His acting is quite good, Lu Yinshen noted.
He unhurriedly put on his shirt. When it came to his legs, he pulled back the quilt and the various clothes covering them, revealing two smooth, long legs. Whether it was the rehabilitation training from the past two days or something else, his legs suddenly felt a bit stronger. He tilted his toes slightly and lightly stepped on Yan Yi’s abdominal muscles, his brow suggestive. “You do the rest.”
Gripping the cold foot, Yan Yi obediently replied, “Okay.”
He pulled the long trousers over the legs slowly. The air conditioning was on in the bedroom, so Lu Yinshen would not get cold. Yan Yi did not rush; his movements were leisurely as he felt the delicacy and thinness of the skin under his palms inch by inch. His hands reached Lu Yinshen’s waist. His fingers were nimble as he tied the drawstring into an exquisite bow. Lu Yinshen was once again fully dressed.
When the last bit of skin disappeared from sight, a trace of regret passed through Yan Yi’s pupils. Lu Yinshen asked him, “Are you going to school this afternoon?”
Yan Yi had already sent him his class schedule, so Lu Yinshen knew his usual class times and that he had a session this afternoon. Yan Yi had requested leave for the previous two afternoons. The counselor had said it was not to be repeated, yet had agreed yesterday. It would truly be inappropriate to ask for leave again this afternoon.
Furthermore, most of the rehabilitation equipment he had purchased had arrived and was now sitting quietly in the home’s rehabilitation room. Now they could perform training more conveniently without going to the hospital. After thinking for a moment, Yan Yi nodded. “Yes, Uncle. But it is only two classes. I will be back very soon.”
Yan Yi straightened Lu Yinshen’s slightly messy collar, his expression tender. “After breakfast, let us go to rehabilitation together. It just so happens that those machines have arrived home.”
Lu Yinshen agreed. Yan Yi lifted him into the wheelchair. Before leaving the room, Lu Yinshen’s peripheral vision swept over the surveillance monitor and finally landed on Yan Yi, his pupils dark. His gaze lingered for only a few moments before he turned his head and looked forward.
Yan Yi acted as if he had not noticed the gaze. He placed Lu Yinshen in the living room and turned on a cartoon. After the cheerful children’s voices had played for a while, the steaming breakfast was ready.
Breakfast was finished quickly. Lu Yinshen’s appetite was better today than in previous days, and he did not eat as little as usual. Watching him, the heavy stone of heartache in Yan Yi’s heart lightened slightly. After washing the dishes, he turned off the television and pushed Lu Yinshen into the rehabilitation room. Although the equipment was not yet complete, it was sufficient for now. These machines could control the legs, allowing Lu Yinshen to stand up or even move his legs into incredible positions.
The process was not actually painful. Lu Yinshen had sensation in his legs, but it was not that sensitive; relatively speaking, his perception of pain was not that sharp. The machine turned on, and a slight humming sound rose as it operated.
Yan Yi lifted him halfway, letting Lu Yinshen lean against him. He gently placed him on the machine. The machine had protective devices, so as long as a person stood on it, they would not fall. Still, Yan Yi was not at ease and stood guard by his side.
The machine operated for a long time. His legs felt a bit stronger, but mostly they felt tired. Sweat broke out and flowed down from Lu Yinshen’s forehead. A handkerchief immediately wiped the sweat away. Yan Yi unscrewed a water bottle and brought the warm thermos to Lu Yinshen’s lips. With a press of his hand, he turned the machine off.
Yan Yi looked at him with a smile. “You must be tired. Rest for a while.”
A drop of water slid down from his reddened lips to his prominent Adam’s apple. As the apple rolled up and down, it highlighted his sexiness. His body was bound by safety belts. The black leather belts tightened around his hips, which only made his backside look more uplifted. This, combined with that seductive and beautiful face, was a striking sight.
Yan Yi’s Adam’s apple also rolled involuntarily. His heart rate quickened. Without the hum of the machine to mask it, his heartbeat struck a powerful rhythm that reached Lu Yinshen’s ears. Lu Yinshen set down the water bottle and leaned lazily against the wall of the machine, his eyes beckoning him. “Xiao Yi, come here.”
When Yan Yi approached, Lu Yinshen grabbed his hand. With a slight movement, their fingers were interlaced. Lu Yinshen raised his other hand and pointed his fingertip in the air over Yan Yi’s violently beating heart. A smile gradually spread across his lips, magnificent and beautiful. He said, “I am the one exercising on this machine. Why is your heart beating so fast?”
His eyes were shimmering, the corners red, and his lips parted as he spoke. “Xiao Yi, do you want to do it with Uncle?”
