Chapter 11: Friends Across Generations “See if I Can Control You or Not!”
Liu Ma finished baking the last of the small cookies and packed them into a box; these were for Fang Ran to take to school tomorrow.
She truly liked this youth. He was well-behaved, sweet-tongued, and always smiling, flitting through every corner of the villa like a little bird. It seemed that ever since Fang Ran arrived, this villa finally gained a few sparks of life.
Otherwise, it used to be as cold as a haunted house. If it weren’t for the commission being three times the market rate, she wouldn’t have stayed here.
However, while the Little Mister was good, Mr. Huo appeared a bit too terrifying. It was like a black wolf standing behind a Samoyed wagging its tail.
Liu Ma was someone who had lived through much; she understood the expression Mr. Huo had when looking at Fang Ran. It was just that the Little Mister was still blissfully unaware, and she didn’t dare to point it out, truly suffering a torment of conscience.
After cleaning the kitchen, Liu Ma walked out prepared to return to her room. The lights in the living room were still on. Mr. Huo was sitting on the sofa, and the Little Mister was actually sitting on his lap. Getting closer, she could hear their conversation.
Fang Ran muttered, “Do I have to sit like this? It feels so strange.”
Huo Yan’s tone was very sincere, “Sorry. I’m getting older, and my vision gets blurry at night. Only by being closer like this can I see clearly.”
Fang Ran wiggled a bit on Huo Yan’s lap, “Fine, look quickly then.”
A trace of a smile flickered in the man’s eyes. He circled his arm around, pulling Fang Ran entirely into his embrace. He lowered his head slightly, his pen pointing at a problem, and fluently wrote a formula next to it: “Substitute this formula.”
Fang Ran was originally a bit uneasy, but he was quickly distracted. His eyes widened slightly, “How do you solve problems so fast? Do you even need to think? It’s been ten years and you still remember?”
And him? He’d forget everything after just a few days of not looking at his books.
How hateful!
Fang Ran clenched his fists, puffing out his cheeks. “How exactly is your head constructed? Is it the structure of a normal person?”
Huo Yan didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. He curled his finger and flicked Fang Ran’s forehead. “Then how is our Ranran’s head constructed?”
Fang Ran paused slightly.
Recently, his childhood friend seemed to like calling him that.
Our Ranran…
The pronunciation was very light, carrying a flavor of doting.
Fang Ran felt like he might be sick lately; his face would often suddenly grow hot. To stop his wild thoughts, he suddenly turned around and threw himself into Huo Yan’s embrace, reaching out to mess up his hair. “Fine! You dare mock me!”
Huo Yan was momentarily stunned by this sudden movement.
It was the usual roughhousing of eighteen-year-old “brothers.”
But the twenty-eight-year-old Huo Yan had sat in the position of the Huo family patriarch for many years. Holding a high position, he was as cold as a block of ice; only Fang Ran dared to play around with him like this.
Afraid Fang Ran might bump into something, the moment the youth pounced, Huo Yan’s body instinctively reached out to protect him. One hand supported his bottom while the other circled his waist, letting the youth mess his hair into a chaotic bird’s nest. The gold-rimmed glasses on the man’s nose became crooked, and even a button on his pajama collar was tugged open.
It was a rare state of dishevelment.
After his prank, Fang Ran couldn’t help but laugh seeing Huo Yan in this state. He poked the man’s chest, “No fun. Why aren’t you fighting back?”
Huo Yan smiled, “Want me to fight back? Fine, wait until later. I’m remembering all of this.”
The twenty-eight-year-old Huo Yan had no interest in childish scuffling. If they were to “scuffle,” the location should be back on the bedroom bed.
“Wow! You even hold grudges!”
Fang Ran sat up slightly, only then discovering that their posture was awkwardly wrong. They were truly too close. His bottom was sitting right on Huo Yan’s thigh; if he moved forward a bit more, the position would be even more wrong.
Having had the experience of being “poked,” Fang Ran was very afraid of a second time—it really affected their brotherhood.
He scrambled off the man’s lap in a panic, sliding down to sit on the floor, burying his head. “Okay, okay, I’ll look at this problem again.”
There was a small rug on the floor, so Huo Yan simply let him be. Taking a deep breath, the man stood up. “You keep looking. I’m going upstairs to change clothes.”
Fang Ran didn’t even dare lift his head, nodding like a chick pecking grain. “Okay, okay.”
Listening to the man’s footsteps fade upstairs, Fang Ran finally lifted his head and slapped his cheeks, as if trying to cool them down.
But if he knew what the man went upstairs to do, he would probably spontaneously combust.
…
The midterm exams arrived as scheduled.
This was the first exam since joining the class, not to mention that Huo Yan had to come for the parent-teacher meeting afterward. Fang Ran was extra nervous and tried hard to score well.
The night before, he studied until midnight. Eventually, Huo Yan personally came to catch him, turned off the lights, and forcefully stuffed him into the blankets.
For the first time, the man’s tone was cold and harsh toward him, “If you stay up late studying like this regardless of your health again, I think you shouldn’t attend school anymore.”
At that time, Fang Ran was indeed dazed with sleepiness. His brain was like mush, and he didn’t even have the energy to wonder how the man found out he wasn’t sleeping. He shrunk into the covers, obediently revealing only his face, and blinked at Huo Yan.
The man paused, his tone softening again. He reached out and gently patted Fang Ran’s body. “Good boy, go to sleep.”
Only then did Fang Ran close his eyes and fall into a deep sleep.
In the corner of the room, a super cool robot model had a faint red light flash across it.
Fortunately, Fang Ran’s foundation was quite solid. These two days of “hugging the Buddha’s feet” (last-minute cramming) worked well. He finished the exam papers smoothly and estimated his score to be around 550.
Their class wasn’t an elite one. Fang Ran checked the previous rankings and felt he could at least break into the top ten, so as not to lose face to Huo Yan.
Hearing his muttered words, Huo Yan laughed.
“Even if Ranran scores a zero, it wouldn’t be embarrassing. No one else’s zero is as roundly scored as our Ranran’s zero.”
Fang Ran was shocked by these words. Then, puffing out his cheeks, he went to stomp on Huo Yan’s foot. “Pah pah pah! You’re the one scoring zeros.”
Normally, Huo Yan wouldn’t even dodge, letting Fang Ran stomp to his heart’s content. But today wouldn’t do; it was the first time he was attending a parent-teacher meeting for Ranran, and he had to be meticulous from head to toe.
The stylist came to the house to style Huo Yan. Watching the man check himself in the mirror repeatedly, Fang Ran couldn’t help but speak up, “That’s enough. It’s a parent-teacher meeting, not a beauty pageant.”
“Ranran worked hard to get good grades because he didn’t want to lose face for me. Naturally, I don’t want to lose face for Ranran either.”
Fang Ran sat on the sofa and bit into a potato chip. “Not at all. You’ll definitely be the youngest and most handsome one there. Who else would have such a cool ‘Dad’?”
Huo Yan raised an eyebrow slightly.
Fang Ran regretted it as soon as the words left his mouth, though it was common for “brothers” to call each other “Dad.” He said giggling, “Daddy, I’ll leave the parent-teacher meeting to you then.”
He spoke this way because he learned it from a classmate who had studied in Hong Kong and always mixed English and Chinese.
The man’s eyes darkened slightly. He suddenly beckoned to Fang Ran, first extending his hand, then hooking his finger.
“What are you doing? It’s like you’re teasing a puppy.”
Even as Fang Ran said this, he still obediently put down the chips and walked over.
The man pulled Fang Ran in front of him, facing the mirror, letting Fang Ran see clearly.
The youth was still in pajamas, his hair messy, the corners of his mouth stained with chip crumbs, and his eyes round a picture of naivety. Meanwhile, the man behind him, who was more than a head taller, stood tall in a sharp silver-gray suit. His tie and cufflinks were meticulous, and his hair was swept back, making him look even more cold and imposing.
Huo Yan slowly pressed his hand on Fang Ran’s shoulder and said in a low voice, “Why wouldn’t I count as ‘Daddy’? Good baby, say it again.”
Fang Ran’s face flushed red instantly.
!!!
Huo Yan was too much!
Taking advantage of him!
He huffed and shoved the man away, running upstairs with a “deng deng deng” sound.
Fang Ran thought Huo Yan was teasing him, but he didn’t see that in the man’s dark eyes, there wasn’t a hint of a joke.
.
At exactly ten o’clock, the homeroom teacher pushed open the classroom door.
Teaching a class of second-generation rich kids came with low academic pressure but high pressure during parent-teacher meetings, as the room was filled with “President This” and “CEO That.”
Upon pushing the door open, the teacher paused, their body stiffening for a second.
This person had come too.
They almost forgot.
Their class had a little “Ancestor” as well.
Even among “President This” and “CEO That,” there were hierarchies. Which company was declining, which company was clinging to another’s connections in this complex web, the Huo family was undoubtedly the most supreme.
The Huo family was an old-brand enterprise in City S that had always held the leading position. Just when it started to decline, the family changed to a new head.
He was too young; everyone was waiting to see a joke. But Huo Yan was ruthless in his methods and accurate in his vision. He cut off many redundant industries and pivoted quickly. Over the years, the company had been at its peak.
One could say that City S took the Huo family as its king, and Huo Yan was the undisputed master of the Huo family.
A perfectly good parent-teacher meeting turned into something resembling a business cocktail party. After all, if they weren’t in the same class, many people present wouldn’t even be qualified to meet Huo Yan.
“President Huo, here is my business card, Tengdi Technology. My kid says he’s on great terms with the Young Master, Hahaha! Young people can really play together.”
“President Huo, I am Zhang Cheng. We met at the last cocktail party. I wonder if you saw our company’s proposal…”
“President Huo…”
Huo Yan’s patience was about to run out. He knit his brows, his expression gradually sinking.
Just then, someone sat down next to him. Zhao Wei rubbed his hands, smiling bitterly, “President Huo, I’m truly sorry. My little brat has no sense of proportion. Last time he dragged the Young Master to some welcome party and even let him drink. I’ve already scolded him severely.”
Huo Yan glanced at him. The image of the person walking shoulder-to-shoulder with Fang Ran into school flashed through his mind, and his eyes darkened.
Once, the person standing beside Fang Ran was him. The person who was Fang Ran’s desk mate was also him.
Now, he had been replaced by someone younger.
The man’s tone was cold, “Go back and tell your son that our Ranran is young and has a simple personality. Your son should understand the things Ranran doesn’t. He needs to have a sense of proportion in his words and actions usually, especially… no putting arms around shoulders. It’s improper.”
Zhao Wei nodded repeatedly, “Yes, I’ll discipline him as soon as I get back.”
Though he said that, Zhao Wei was muttering in his heart what’s wrong with putting your arms around your shoulders? They’re both boys; isn’t that normal? Truly a Young Master from a great family just so precious.
But it was also strange; why had he never heard that President Huo had such a large younger brother?
It couldn’t possibly be a son, could it?
A pile of business cards was on the desk. Huo Yan casually swept them aside and smoothed out Ranran’s exam paper. Then he looked up slightly and asked one of them at random, “What did your child score?”
“Four hundred plus. A useless little brat.”
Huo Yan’s lips hooked up slightly, “Then you do need to discipline him well. Mine is very good; he studies by himself until very late every day.”
He casually asked a few more; none had a score higher than Fang Ran’s. A sense of pride surged in the man’s heart.
Suddenly, another oblivious person rushed over and said proactively, “President Huo, mine got over six hundred.”
Thinking President Huo was scouting for talent here.
The smile on Huo Yan’s face paused, and his tone cooled down, “Actually, scores aren’t that important. What does the score matter? The family isn’t counting on him to go out and work for a living.”
“…”
The people nearby laughed along one after another, “Yes, yes, that’s right.”
Sitting in Fang Ran’s seat, Huo Yan openly checked Fang Ran’s desk. Hmm, no love letters or messy things; every book was arranged neatly. Very good.
In fact, it wasn’t just the desk; Huo Yan also checked Fang Ran’s backpack every day. Yet Fang Ran didn’t find it strange at all. After all, they had been like this before Fang Ran was too lazy to pack his own bag, so Huo Yan did it for him.
One could say that half of Huo Yan’s possessiveness was spoiled into existence by Fang Ran.
The midterm exams had just ended, and the classmates were thinking of relaxing. Someone started a “follow-up list” in the group chat, saying they were going to an outdoor hot spring in the suburbs.
Right after sending it, he slapped his forehead crap, sent it to the wrong group. Just as he was about to withdraw it, there was already one entry on the list.
Fang Ran: 1
…
When Huo Yan returned from the parent-teacher meeting, he saw Fang Ran rushing downstairs excitedly.
How was this any different from having a fluffy, enthusiastic puppy greet you at the door?
It felt too good.
The corners of the man’s mouth tilted up. He moved quickly to scoop Fang Ran up directly. “What is it? Does Ranran miss me…”
“A-Yan! I want to go to the hot springs!”
Huo Yan’s words paused. The smile in his eyes faded.
“Oh? With whom?”
“With my classmates.” Fang Ran hooked his arms around Huo Yan’s neck. “A-Yan, come with me!”
Fang Ran had never been to a hot spring and really wanted to go. He felt bad leaving Huo Yan alone, so he could only pester Huo Yan to go with him.
Hot springs…
The man’s eyes darkened.
Ranran could only soak in a private bath. If everyone was in one pool… Huo Yan would be enraged just thinking about it.
No way.
He had to keep watch.
He had to soak in the same pool as Ranran.
“Fine, I’ll go with you,” Huo Yan said in a low voice. “Where do you all want to play? I’ll book the venue.”
Fang Ran cheered like a puppy, “Woohoo! Woohoo!”
The next morning, several business vans went house-to-house to pick everyone up. Once they heard President Huo was also going, the atmosphere became much more tense.
Parents who initially thought their sons were just fooling around became solemn.
“Remember to greet President Huo. Show your face more in front of him.”
After all, they would all be taking over their family businesses in the future.
Having been nagged all morning, Zhao Yan’s tone was impatient, “I know, I know. I’ll strip naked and do a lap in front of President Huo, okay? Then he’ll definitely remember me.”
Zhao Wei was so angry he kicked him.
“Remember what I told you! Keep some boundaries with that Young Master.”
“Fine. He’s the Crown Prince, and I’m the study companion, okay?”
Zhao Yan slammed the door and left.
The business van parked at the door. Zhao Yan got on and didn’t expect Fang Ran to be sitting inside already, waving at him happily, “Did you eat breakfast?”
Zhao Yan’s tone was a bit unnatural, “No.”
After all, he had just bickered with his dad because of Fang Ran.
A box of pastries was handed to him. Zhao Yan was stunned, looking up to see Fang Ran’s smiling face, “Our house’s Auntie made them. They’re delicious; try some.”
Fang Ran always loved to smile. He smiled at everyone. His eyes were usually round, but when he smiled, they were like crescent moons.
The stifled anger in Zhao Yan’s heart dissipated. Speaking of which, what did it have to do with Fang Ran?
“Thanks.” He took a pastry, paused, then asked, “Why didn’t you leave with… your friend?”
“He has a meeting this morning. He said he’d meet me directly at the hot spring town later.”
What Fang Ran didn’t say was that before Huo Yan left, he repeatedly emphasized that until he arrived, Fang Ran was not allowed to go into the water.
Fang Ran rubbed his ears and pretended he didn’t hear.
Huo Yan was so naggy; he controlled things too strictly.
Zhao Yan hesitated for a moment and finally couldn’t help asking, “The age gap between you and your friend seems a bit large?”
Fang Ran said a bit sheepishly:
“Um, that… ha, we are friends across generations.”
“…”
The hot spring town was booked by Huo Yan today.
Although these second-generation rich kids didn’t lack money, isn’t it better to have someone treat? One car after another parked at the entrance. Fang Ran got out of the car, and every classmate who passed by greeted him warmly.
“Morning, Fang Ran.”
“Good morning!”
Fang Ran stood at the entrance like a greeter, waving at everyone.
Zhao Yan watched for a while then proactively went over to ask him if he wanted to go change first and soak in the pool.
Fang Ran remembered Huo Yan’s words and hesitated for a moment. But looking at the classmates who were all going to their rooms to change, he immediately became righteous again.
Huo Yan’s meeting might not end anytime soon; how boring would it be to just wait?
Finding a good reason for himself, Fang Ran nodded.
“Okay, let’s go together.”
Fang Ran had brought a small suitcase himself. The things inside were packed by Huo Yan. Watching Fang Ran pull things out one by one a small pillow, stuffed toys…
Zhao Yan leaned against the doorframe and teased him, “How come you’re like a little baby?”
Fang Ran’s face turned red as he stuffed the things back into the suitcase. “Huo Yan packed them. Actually, I don’t really need them.”
At the mention of President Huo’s name, Zhao Yan immediately shut up.
Fang Ran took out a one-piece swimsuit.
“Just wear swim trunks; it’s more convenient.” Zhao Yan rummaged through his bag. “I brought several new ones; I’ll give you one.”
Fang Ran thought that made sense. He didn’t know why Huo Yan insisted on giving him a one-piece anyway. He took it and went to change.
The hot spring area was divided into several themed settings.
There were tropical rainforest scenes and simulated snow scenes. Fang Ran followed excitedly behind Zhao Yan.
Several boys were in one pool.
Fang Ran took off his bath towel and carefully stepped down the stairs. The bottom of the pool was made of pebbles. Fang Ran let out a small “Ya!”, then submerged his whole body in the water, revealing only a flushed face. “This is my first time soaking; it’s actually quite comfortable.”
The Zhao Yan next to him was a bit surprised.
Reasonably speaking, someone pampered like this by President Huo should have grown up in luxury, but looking at Fang Ran’s usual behavior, he didn’t seem extravagant at all.
After soaking for a while, Fang Ran and several classmates began a heated conversation.
Little did he know, the phone screen on the tray nearby was flashing repeatedly.
In the car, Huo Yan looked down at his phone. He had already called five or six times, and Ranran hadn’t picked up a single one.
Fortunately, looking at the GPS, Ranran was indeed in the hot spring town.
He looked up, his tone cold, “Faster.”
The driver almost stepped on the accelerator until it sparked.
.
“Culture festival? We have to perform?”
Zhao Yan explained, “There are performance showcases, or a few people can set up a small stall to sell things. The money earned will be donated to the orphanage.”
Hearing the last sentence, Fang Ran’s eyes lit up. “Can we seniors participate too?”
“Why not? Of course we can.”
After all, for each of them, the schools they were going to attend were already decided; most would go abroad and return to take over the family business.
Fang Ran planned excitedly, “Then I want to participate too. I know how to brew coffee; I’ll open a coffee shop…”
Before he could finish, he noticed the surroundings suddenly went quiet.
Fang Ran blinked and followed everyone’s gaze, only then seeing Huo Yan. He didn’t know when Huo Yan had walked in. He was standing by the pool, looking down at him from a height.
The man had just come from the company and hadn’t even had time to change. Dressed in a suit and leather shoes, he was completely out of place with the surroundings. His expression was extremely gloomy, especially seeing Fang Ran wearing only swim trunks and soaking in a pool with so many people. Huo Yan’s gaze was cold enough to freeze.
As for going up to greet him?
The people around didn’t even dare to get close, silently moving further away.
Only Fang Ran was still oblivious, eyes curving into a smile. “A-Yan, you’re here! Why haven’t you changed?”
The man looked around and finally spoke, “Didn’t I tell you to wait for me?”
Fang Ran pouted, “But you were going to take so long. It was boring waiting in the room by myself.”
Huo Yan seemed to give a very light laugh.
“You couldn’t even wait for an hour?”
Ranran.
I waited for ten years.
Fang Ran finally sensed something was wrong and blinked. “A-Yan, what’s wrong with you?”
Huo Yan took a deep breath, barely suppressing the irritation in his heart. He didn’t want to lose his temper with Ranran in front of so many people.
The man reached out his hand toward him, “Come back to the room with me first.”
Fang Ran gave a dazed “Oh,” placed his hand in Huo Yan’s, and was pulled out of the pool with a gentle tug.
His body was still wet and the floor was slippery. Before he could take more than two steps, he was suddenly scooped up around the waist by Huo Yan. Fang Ran gave a soft cry and instinctively hugged Huo Yan’s neck.
Zhao Yan stood at the very edge but could only see the man’s back. Fang Ran was completely blocked by him, with only his lower legs visible.
After they left, murmurs gradually rose in the pool.
“President Huo is so scary; I didn’t even dare to breathe just now. My dad wants me to work at Huo Corporation after graduation; I wouldn’t dare.”
“Dream on. Unless you’re in upper management, you think you’ll even see President Huo?”
“Is Fang Ran his brother?”
“…”
No, he isn’t.
Zhao Yan said in his heart.
They are friends.
But what kind of “friend” would go to this extent?
Fang Ran was carried all the way back to the room. Huo Yan pulled a bath towel, covered him with it, and rubbed him dry haphazardly.
The youth poked his head out from the towel, his hair rubbed into a mess, looking at Huo Yan dazed. “What exactly is wrong with you?”
Looking at Fang Ran’s face, the fire in Huo Yan’s heart gradually subsided, though his tone remained very cold. “Why are you so disobedient? Not waiting for me and running out wearing only swim trunks.”
Fang Ran found it inexplicable.
He looked down, “Everyone is dressed like this.”
“Others can, you can’t.”
Huo Yan was used to giving orders, and his tone was always forceful. Usually, when speaking to Fang Ran, he deliberately softened it, but now with fire in his heart, he didn’t suppress it for a moment.
He paused, then suddenly narrowed his eyes, “I don’t remember packing these swim trunks for you. Where did they come from?”
“They’re Zhao Yan’s; he brought several pairs.”
As soon as those words fell, Huo Yan’s expression turned visibly dark.
He seemed to grit his teeth, “You’re wearing another man’s pants?”
Fang Ran found it even stranger, “What’s wrong? They’re new. What is wrong with you today?”
Huo Yan also wanted to know what was wrong with himself. Seeing Fang Ran soaking in a pool with others, shirtless and chatting and laughing, he felt like he was going crazy.
They were peers.
Young and in their prime.
Yet he was already old.
In those ten years of waiting, he was no longer young; he was a full ten years older than Fang Ran.
Beyond possessiveness, a dark jealousy grew in his heart.
The man lowered his eyes, hiding the intense emotions within. He thinned his lips and paused before saying hoarsely, “Take them off.”
Take off the pants another man gave you!
Normally, if told to change, Fang Ran would change he had always been very obedient to Huo Yan.
But today, Fang Ran also flared up.
What for?
It’s inexplicable!
Getting a cold face for no reason and saying all these weird things.
Fang Ran stiffened his neck, “I won’t! I don’t care what you think!”
Huo Yan’s expression went cold. “See if I can control you or not!”
He went directy to strip Fang Ran’s swim trunks. How could Fang Ran’s bit of strength match Huo Yan’s? He was flipped over, like a dazed little puppy with its belly to the sky.
The swim trunks were wet, which made their shape even more apparent. Especially in this position, the round bottom was right in front of him. Seeing this made a surge of heat rise in Huo Yan; he raised his hand and struck down.
“Pa!”
A crisp sound echoed in the room.
Fang Ran was stunned, and then his entire face turned red. He kicked his legs desperately trying to rescue himself from Huo Yan’s hands. As a result of the struggle, with a “shredding” sound, the swim trunks tore into two halves.
Now, both of them froze.
Huo Yan snapped out of it slightly, feeling a bit of regret; his temper was too big just now and he hadn’t restrained himself.
He softened his tone, “Ranran…”
“HUO YAN!!!”
Fang Ran was truly enraged. He sprang up, his “bird” almost springing up with him. He stepped onto the bed and said indignantly, “You hit me! You actually hit me!”
Huo Yan didn’t speak; his gaze was fixed straight ahead. Fang Ran followed his gaze and realized, hurriedly reaching out to cover himself. He glared at him, “What are you looking at! Don’t you have one too!”
The man said sincerely, “Not one as cute as this.”
It had indeed been a while since he saw it; recently Ranran wouldn’t bathe with him anymore.
Huo Yan seemed to feel a bit of regret, then sincerely apologized, “I was wrong, Ranran. My temper was bad just now; don’t be mad at me. I just thought you were going to play with them and not take me along. I was frustrated for a moment; it’s all my fault.”
A fine move of “retreating to advance.”
Fang Ran’s anger was instantly extinguished. He hurried to explain, “I wasn’t! How could I leave you behind? It was because you hadn’t arrived yet.”
The man said in a low, gentle voice, “I know, I know. It’s all my fault.”
Huo Yan kept apologizing, which made Fang Ran feel a bit embarrassed. “I was wrong too; I should have waited for you. But don’t always give me a cold face next time; it’s scary.”
“I won’t anymore,” Huo Yan coaxed him. “Never again. If there’s a next time, Ranran can hit me.”
Fang Ran finally smiled. “I’m not a violent person.”
Huo Yan smiled along with him, picking him up from the bed. His large hand seemingly casually supported Fang Ran’s bottom, a perfect fit.
“I didn’t control my strength just now. Does it hurt? I’ll rub it for you.”
