After Getting Married to My Obsessive Older Sister - Chapter 55
Chapter 55
After that night, Chu Yiqiao’s Q/Q email inbox was handed over to Tan Ze for safekeeping. Much like a high school student waiting for college entrance exam scores, she asked Tan Ze to watch it and only tell her the results when they came out.
Chu Yiqiao had genuinely done this before her college exam scores were released. She gave Tan Ze the account and password. On the day the scores were to be released, she repeatedly emphasized, with “absolutely,” “must,” “please, Sister,” and “really need to,” to be told immediately if she had passed the cutoff score for her cultural courses.
Tan Ze was pestered eight hundred times a day, nodding to her while covering Chu Yiqiao’s mouth.
The score release day was a Sunday. Tan Ze even skipped work to stay home and watch brainless TV shows with Chu Yiqiao.
The scores were released at 2 PM. To fulfill the demand of, “Sister, you must check the very first batch,” Tan Ze started refreshing the computer ten minutes early and managed to check the score before the system lagged.
But when she opened the door, an excited Chu Yiqiao flew onto her and hugged her, saying: “Sister, I got in!”
The phone screen clearly displayed the score inquiry interface, showing that she had checked it herself.
Tan Ze thought Chu Yiqiao was absolutely exasperating, feeling like she had wasted her time. Yet, later that day, when Chu Yiqiao asked her to keep her tablet or something, Tan Ze agreed again. This time, Tan Ze proactively offered to check the Q/Q email herself.
Years passed, and the situation was quite different. This time, Chu Yiqiao genuinely kept her word and didn’t check the email at all. She was busy with her university’s group exhibition, writing artist statements, setting up the display, and studying for Subject 1. She even spent much less time at the company being a “decoration.” When she got home at night, she’d shower and then burrow into Tan Ze’s arms, calling it “recharging.”
It was another Saturday, a day for sleeping in. The alarm clock rang. Chu Yiqiao, without opening her eyes, rubbed against Tan Ze, her lips warm and soft, touching Tan Ze’s chin as she mumbled: “Wife, can you turn it off?”
Tan Ze reached out a hand, grabbed Chu Yiqiao’s phone, silenced the alarm, and continued to sleep, holding Chu Yiqiao.
As it approached 8:30 AM, Tan Ze checked her watch, nudged the person in her arms, and reminded her: “Chu Yiqiao, you have to go to work today. You’re going to be late.”
“But I’m so tired, Sister,” Chu Yiqiao turned to hide under the blanket, throwing out random phrases to soften Tan Ze’s heart: “My legs are so sore, and my back hurts too.”
“Stop pretending,” Tan Ze said expressionlessly: “We haven’t done anything these past few days.”
Chu Yiqiao was too tired and would fall asleep the moment she got home. Tan Ze didn’t have any specific fetish. If she liked to sleep with her, she would have done it long ago; Chu Yiqiao never woke up no matter how much she was jostled.
Chu Yiqiao pouted and got out of bed, listlessly leaning by the sink to brush her teeth. The bathroom in the room wasn’t very large. Tan Ze also walked in, and the two of them squeezed the small space in front of the sink tightly.
Tan Ze raised a hand, and Chu Yiqiao understood everything. A smile was instantly visible on her face. She put the towel and toothbrush next to her into Tan Ze’s hands, tilted her head back, and quite rightly did nothing herself.
Chu Yiqiao’s mouth was full of foam, making her look like an old lady, her voice muffled: “Thank you… Wife…”
Tan Ze held Chu Yiqiao’s slippery chin with one hand: “Don’t talk. Open your mouth wider.”
“Ah—”
This is a strategy to maintain the marriage. At least, that’s what Tan Ze thought. She could hold Chu Yiqiao while sleeping, and she could help Chu Yiqiao with her morning routine, all just to make Chu Yiqiao understand that being with Tan Ze was better than anywhere else.
So don’t leave.
Chu Yiqiao eventually grumbled her way to work. Tan Ze went to the company, sat at her desk, took a deep breath, and clicked on the Q/Q mail icon.
Five emails. Two clear rejections, and the remaining three hadn’t replied yet.
Tan Ze had spent the last few days thoroughly studying the rejection emails. The reasons were generally two: one was that the style did not match, and the other was that Chu Yiqiao was still a student, so her work output schedule was unstable, and they looked forward to future collaborations. Zhao Jingxing had gone to negotiate a “business collaboration” and hadn’t received a reply yet either.
When Kong Caiqing learned of this situation, her reaction was much stronger than Tan Ze expected. She exclaimed, “Impossible,” asked which galleries they had submitted to, and after a full minute of silence, said, “I’ll try to ask around.”
“By the way, does Yiqiao know about this?” Kong Caiqing finally asked.
Tan Ze: “Not yet. I don’t plan to tell her right away.”
Kong Caiqing: “That’s good.”
“Thank you for your trouble,” Tan Ze hung up the phone and continued browsing the official websites for “business collaboration contact channels.”
Tan Ze and Kong Caiqing were treating Chu Yiqiao like a doll in a glass jar, unaware that Chu Yiqiao already knew everything.
The contact information she provided during the submission process wasn’t just the Q/Q email. Chu Yiqiao had also left her phone number. When the Q/Q email received a rejection, Chu Yiqiao’s phone would simultaneously receive a rejection text message.
Chu Yiqiao was constantly online and would read and delete them immediately.
She didn’t want to be accused by her sister again of: “Chu Yiqiao, you’re wasting my time.”
The frequent rejections didn’t have a lasting impact on Chu Yiqiao’s mood. In fact, after Tan Ze picked her up from work this Saturday, Chu Yiqiao even brought good news.
In the afternoon, Tan Ze was sitting on the bed in their room, folding clothes. Hearing this, she indifferently raised an eyelid and asked: “What good news?”
Chu Yiqiao was playing her home decoration game. She rolled from the other side of the bed into Tan Ze’s line of sight, grinning as she announced: “I quit my job.”
Simultaneously, Tan Ze received a RMB 3,600 transfer from Alipay.
“That’s my last paycheck,” Chu Yiqiao lay on Tan Ze’s lap, looking pitifully at Tan Ze: “From now on, Sister has to support me. Sister, I don’t eat much.”
Tan Ze glanced at Chu Yiqiao. Hadn’t she always supported her?
“It’s fine if you eat more,” Tan Ze got up and put the folded clothes back into the wardrobe.
At that moment, the “pat-pat” sound of bare feet padding on the floor came from behind.
The next second, Chu Yiqiao wrapped her arms around Tan Ze’s waist from behind, her voice soft: “Wife…”
Tan Ze immediately recognized the tone. She turned around, wrapped her arms around Chu Yiqiao’s waist, and kissed her. Chu Yiqiao held Tan Ze’s neck and proactively pushed her lips up.
When they first started dating, Chu Yiqiao was all talk and no game, and she hadn’t improved much. Tan Ze only needed to suck and lick for Chu Yiqiao to go weak in the knees, staring at Tan Ze dreamily with watery eyes.
With fewer clothes in the summer, they didn’t need to walk many steps. They left overlapping footprints on the floor. It was still daytime outside, and the idea of being aroused in daylight made Chu Yiqiao’s whole body tingle. She pressed against Tan Ze, swimming around like a silverfish.
Tan Ze admitted that this scenario was part of her initial sexual fantasy. In her initial premise, Chu Yiqiao would come home from school one day and curiously ask Tan Ze: “Sister, what does doing it feel like?”
Tan Ze would answer earnestly: “It’s hard to explain, but I can let you experience it for yourself.”
Then, she would hold Chu Yiqiao and lead her to practice in any place Tan Ze deemed appropriate for doing it. The Chu Yiqiao in her fantasy would gasp and thank Tan Ze: “Thank you… Sister…” Tan Ze would kiss her, telling her with her actions, You’re welcome. It’s what I should do.
The real Chu Yiqiao was more delicate. She would even hide under the covers on a 30°C day because she was shy.
Tan Ze pressed her down and licked slowly, savoring the fragrance emanating from under her thin, pale skin. This part of Chu Yiqiao’s body was the most delicate, apart from… She squirmed her waist, wanting her sister to stop sucking, but being pinned down, she couldn’t escape Tan Ze’s grasp no matter how much she tried to hide.
It was covered in bite marks, like ripe cherries.
Chu Yiqiao frowned, wanting to complain that her sister wasn’t gentle at all. The next second, the thought of complaining was replaced by an even more aggressive action. She opened wide, instantly breaking out in a sweat, the sound coming from her throat not her own.
Tan Ze stopped what she was doing on Chu Yiqiao’s chest. She sat up slightly, rubbing against Chu Yiqiao’s face as if it were a fair trade, and chuckled softly: “Why are you so soft?”
Chu Yiqiao kept her mouth tightly shut, her face flushed from all the liberties Tan Ze had taken. Unfortunately, her resistance was futile. Tan Ze’s slight curve made Chu Yiqiao’s eyes suddenly widen. She opened her mouth to gasp for air, giving Tan Ze an opportunity.
Just like brushing Chu Yiqiao’s teeth this morning, Tan Ze squeezed her face into an “O” shape and then sealed it, turning the sweet gasps into a single, pitiful “mmph.”
The longer Tan Ze was single, the richer and more colorful her fantasies became. Chu Yiqiao’s easy-to-bully nature gave Tan Ze too many possibilities. Before the refractory period was over, Tan Ze picked her up, holding her bottom, and walked slowly around the room.
There was a large, tall window on the south side of the room, usually hidden behind curtains. Tan Ze placed Chu Yiqiao on the windowsill, spread… slightly opened the curtains. The light hit them like a spotlight on a work of art, allowing every detail to be appreciated by the viewer.
Tan Ze squatted down, starting with a close-up examination, slowly progressing to play, and finally, kissing.
Chu Yiqiao slightly averted her gaze. In her peripheral vision, she could glimpse the bright street outside. Cars flowed continuously on the Saturday street. Even with the windows tightly shut, she could still faintly hear the sound of car horns. The half-full glass of wine kept sloshing, making her thirstier the more she drank.
After showering, both of them changed clothes. Before they knew it, it was dinnertime again. Chu Yiqiao lay on the bed, starving, directing Tan Ze to order this and that.
The order was placed, expected to arrive in about an hour. Tan Ze put her phone away and hugged Chu Yiqiao, wanting to prolong the post-activity tenderness.
Chu Yiqiao looked up, counting Tan Ze’s thick eyelashes, and suddenly said: “Sister, Bei Tong’s birthday is next week.”
Tan Ze didn’t open her eyes, her large hand rubbing Chu Yiqiao’s smooth neck. She asked directly: “Are you going to her birthday party?”
“Mm,” Chu Yiqiao thought for a few seconds, then said: “I might be home late.”
“How late?” Tan Ze opened her eyes. The gray-blue pupils still held the softness of contentment.
Tan Ze was easy to talk to at this moment, and Chu Yiqiao knew it.
“It might be really late,” Chu Yiqiao stammered, as if she were worried about Tan Ze, then added: “I’m not sure.”
Tan Ze held Chu Yiqiao tighter, not wanting to see that expression on Chu Yiqiao’s face. So, she replied: “That’s a coincidence. I happen to be going on a short business trip to the neighboring city that day. Since that’s the case, you can sleep at Bei Tong’s house, and I’ll pick you up the next morning.”
“Huh?” Now, the person with the question was Chu Yiqiao: “Sister, you’re not coming home?”
Tan Ze closed her eyes, tacitly confirming it.
Chu Yiqiao felt a slight sense of loss. She had decided that morning that she would stay up all night with her friends that day. Now that her sister had agreed, a strong reluctance sprouted in her heart.
At this point, Chu Yiqiao finally remembered a major survival issue.
If her sister was on a business trip, who would hold Chu Yiqiao while she slept? She was accustomed to being held while she slept and wasn’t sure if she could endure a night sleeping alone.
“Okay then,” Chu Yiqiao leaned in and kissed Tan Ze’s chin again: “I’ll wait for you to come back.”
Two crisp slapping sounds came from under the blanket, followed by Tan Ze’s voice: “Go to sleep properly.”
Chu Yiqiao clung to Tan Ze like an octopus, her hand restlessly tracing down Tan Ze’s arm.
Tan Ze’s hand lightly rested on Chu Yiqiao’s waist. Chu Yiqiao felt Tan Ze’s palm and started holding Tan Ze’s fingers one by one, starting with the thumb, circling the base, and squeezing the tip.
“Chu Yiqiao,” Tan Ze suddenly spoke.
“Mm, what is it?” Chu Yiqiao dared to kiss Tan Ze’s chin again, her tongue secretly peeking out to dot and lick.
Tan Ze: “Don’t cry later.”
Chu Yiqiao nodded, looking very obedient: “Sister, I promise I won’t cry.”
