After Entering a Contract Marriage with a Disabled Alpha - Chapter 35
“Are you really not that embarrassed?”
Qin Shen was a little surprised. He sat up, pulling Pei Yu with him, holding the boy’s waist while gently using his lips to soothe Pei Yu’s slightly trembling eyelashes.
“I’m still a little embarrassed…”
Pei Yu whispered, “But seeing you struggle like this several times is hard to watch, and besides, I promised you before.”
“Since I promised, I’m not the type to go back on my word,” Pei Yu said, his face burning hot.
A shallow smile flickered in Qin Shen’s eyes. “Mhm. My baby is the best. Do you want me to teach you?”
Being praised like that only made Pei Yu more bashful.
“…”
What did “good” have to do with this? Why did Qin Shen always use sugar-coated bullets to win his favor?
In truth, he understood Qin Shen. After all, they had been kissing, hugging, and sleeping together for several days. For someone in Qin Shen’s condition, having to go to the bathroom to take a cold shower late at night was quite a hassle.
Pei Yu buried his face in Qin Shen’s chest, feeling his body heat and the crisp scent of cedar. His heart finally settled. This bit of nervousness wasn’t insurmountable.
The dim, yellow light in the room helped Pei Yu relax; if it had been a brightly lit environment, he certainly wouldn’t have been able to do it.
The sound of clothing rubbing against clothing created a series of rustling noises. Qin Shen looked down, catching sight of Pei Yu’s crimson earlobes, a lazy smile playing on his lips. He adored Pei Yu far too much.
“Baby, thank you—” The end of his sentence was cut short, replaced by a soft groan.
Qin Shen thought he could remain calm, that he could appreciate Pei Yu’s kindness in his heart while maintaining enough composure to tease the shy “little cat.” But when the moment actually arrived, all his emotions were held firmly in Pei Yu’s hands.
It was far too addictive and mesmerizing.
Qin Shen narrowed his eyes. His deep, frosty features now wore an expression he had never shown before. When he helped Pei Yu, did Pei Yu feel the same way?
Suddenly, Qin Shen felt a wave of regret—regret for letting Pei Yu off the hook for so long. It had taken this much time to truly experience this. He held Pei Yu tightly. Gripping the boy’s other wrist, a slight squeeze left an ambiguous pink mark on Pei Yu’s skin.
Immediately after, he gently squeezed Pei Yu’s palm. His thin lips were extremely close to the boy’s ear as he sighed softly, “Baby, your hands are so soft.”
“…”
Pei Yu paused, his face flushing with shame. He gave a soft huff. “They’re alright. My hands are about the same as yours. I used to work part-time a lot, so my fingertips are actually a bit rough.”
“Is that so…” Qin Shen’s eyes were half-closed. “That doesn’t seem like a bad thing at all.”
Pei Yu’s breath hitched, his heart thudding in sync with Qin Shen’s staggered breathing. He looked at Qin Shen. The man’s thin lips were pressed into a line, and his cold face was painted with a different color—one that wasn’t at all unpleasant. He was witnessing a more authentic side of Qin Shen.
He had said he wanted to “learn,” but he hadn’t actually studied anything. He could only rely on the memory of the feedback Qin Shen had given him once before to reciprocate.
“I want to kiss you,” a husky voice whispered in his ear.
Pei Yu looked up, meeting Qin Shen’s dark eyes which were swirling with intense emotion. The gaze was so hot it felt like it was burning Pei Yu’s eyelids.
“Kissing… makes it feel even better.”
Qin Shen tilted his head. His lips brushed over the boy’s forehead, eyes, and nose before covering Pei Yu’s slightly parted mouth. The sounds of their lips and teeth entangling rose and fell, occasionally mingled with another sound.
Every breath served to numb Pei Yu’s nerves. It was so embarrassing!
Pei Yu thought dizzily; his mouth was being numbed by Qin Shen’s kisses, and his wrist was gradually growing sore. Just how much longer would this take…?
Whether it was the contact in his palm or the kissing, a long time passed without them noticing. Pei Yu tilted his head back to respond to the heated kiss, the oxygen in his lungs nearly depleted.
Finally, Qin Shen stopped.
As their lips parted, Qin Shen leaned his forehead against Pei Yu’s, using his own lips to wipe away the moisture on the boy’s mouth. Qin Shen’s eyes were red, and his breathing was ragged. “Sweet. Like roses.”
He gently rubbed Pei Yu’s ear, his fingertips occasionally tapping the skin on the back of the boy’s neck where the rose pheromones were being released.
Pei Yu’s lips were hot and numb. He complained in a soft voice, “You were definitely lying to me last time.”
“Lying about what?” Qin Shen laughed.
Whenever Pei Yu tried to stop, he was coaxed by Qin Shen to continue. He mumbled quietly, “Last time you said if it were me doing it, I might even be faster than you.”
“There’s no way…” He was clearly much more enduring than that.
Too shy to look, Pei Yu’s eyelashes fluttered wildly, and he was kissed by Qin Shen from time to time. Qin Shen’s fingers rubbed gently and slowly near the back of his neck and shoulder blades, filled with tenderness. But the other “part” of him was anything but gentle.
“That’s because,” Qin Shen spoke in a deliberately low voice, kissing the boy’s lips, “I was holding back so hard. How could I lose face in front of my baby?”
“…” “…”
Pei Yu remained silent with a red face, only speaking after a few seconds. “No matter how long you hold back, I’m the one who ends up exhausted in the end.”
“Heh.” A soft laugh escaped Qin Shen’s throat. “My baby is absolutely right. It seems I miscalculated.”
Pei Yu: “Exactly.”
But then again, Pei Yu really wanted to know what Alphas were fed growing up—both their height and physique were so outstanding. Pei Yu had caught a glimpse by accident once before and had a vague outline in his mind, but facing it directly now, he realized Qin Shen’s was much more… intimidating than his own.
Pei Yu’s eyelashes trembled as his mind wandered while time ticked away. Qin Shen kept leaning in to kiss and nuzzle him, trying to leave his pheromones all over Pei Yu so that the boy would belong to him alone.
Because they were so close and had kissed so much, and his palm was so hot, Pei Yu himself began to feel a stir. He wanted to hide it, but it was keenly caught by Qin Shen. The man’s long, cool fingers pressed against the boy’s well-defined wrist bone.
Qin Shen lowered his gaze, saying something that made Pei Yu’s ears burn: “Let’s do it together.”
Pei Yu let out a sudden gasp of surprise. The next second, his lips were captured by Qin Shen again. His breath was filled entirely with the scent of frosty cedar and mint, the fragrance saturating him layer by layer. The subtle sounds of their entwined lips echoed.
Qin Shen kissed him addictively, his deep, handsome face full of ardent affection. Pei Yu was kissed until his waist went weak, and he almost let go.
“Don’t let go,” Qin Shen said in a deep voice.
After a long while, Pei Yu buried himself in Qin Shen’s arms, too embarrassed to look at him. The scent of roses and the pheromones of cedar and mint filled the entire room in an instant.
The room returned to silence.
Exhaustion swept over him; Pei Yu was getting sleepy. He leaned against Qin Shen, not wanting to deal with anything, as the intense emotions took a long time to fade. A thin layer of sweat appeared on his forehead, carrying a faint scent of roses.
The pheromones in the sweat were minimal; compared to the heavy scent lingering in the room, it was a drop in the ocean. He lay lazily in Qin Shen’s arms, motionless, like a lazy cat. In contrast, Qin Shen began to tidy up methodically. He cleaned the bed simply, a smile lingering on his lips throughout the process as if he were enjoying it.
Another ten minutes passed by the time everything was done. Pei Yu was even sleepier now, but he had been waiting for Qin Shen instead of falling asleep first. The sweat made his body feel a bit sticky and uncomfortable, but he was too lazy to get up and shower this late.
He tugged on Qin Shen’s sleeve, acting like a sleepy kitten. “It’s sticky and uncomfortable. Help me wipe it down.”
“I knew that without you even saying it.”
After cleaning up, Qin Shen kissed his hair again. His eyes, deep as ink, were filled with lingering love.
“Still kissing? It’s like you can’t get enough. I’m tired,” Pei Yu said dizzily, letting out a yawn. His cheeks still held a faint pink hue, which was quite beautiful.
Qin Shen’s Adam’s apple rolled. He found it ridiculous—with just one more look, the love in his heart grew uncontrollably.
“Yes, I can’t get enough. No matter how much I kiss you, it’s never enough.”
He leaned in again, his thin lips moving from Pei Yu’s labial tubercle to the corner of his mouth… all the way down until he kissed the boy’s collarbone. Pei Yu’s eyelashes fluttered; that single kiss on his collarbone made every cell in his body shiver.
The man’s black hair brushed against his neck, sending a wave of numbness through him. The heat of Qin Shen’s breath covered his skin over and over. Pei Yu gripped the clothes on Qin Shen’s chest and tilted his neck back, silently enduring the kisses. The side of his neck was delicate; any touch was ticklish, let alone being sucked like this.
“Brother… how much longer are you going to kiss me?” Pei Yu’s voice carried a hint of a sob. He instinctively used the address that fascinated Qin Shen. It felt like if he called him that, he would be let go.
Sure enough…
Qin Shen retracted his teeth and only used his tongue to give an agonizingly soothing kiss to his neck. A lip print was left on the snowy-white skin, blossoming into a distinct purple-red mark.
Qin Shen had planted a “strawberry” (hickey). “There.” He looked at the mark with the satisfaction of a sated predator, narrowing his eyes and gently stroking it with his rough thumb.
That patch of skin was burning and felt a bit numb. Pei Yu pulled out his phone and opened the camera. One look at the screen and he was ready to cry. “I have school tomorrow!”
The hickey was located right near his Adam’s apple, blatantly flaunting Qin Shen’s… possessiveness. In that position, even in winter, it wouldn’t necessarily be easy to hide, let alone in the short-sleeved weather of summer.
“Will such a dark hickey fade by tomorrow morning?” Pei Yu asked anxiously.
“It should,” Qin Shen guessed. But seeing that the pink marks on Pei Yu’s wrist still hadn’t faded, he wasn’t so sure. Pei Yu’s skin was far too delicate; a slight pinch would leave a red mark.
“If it doesn’t, just put a band-aid on it.”
Pei Yu kicked him fiercely. “Putting a band-aid on it is just ‘making it more obvious’! It’s like saying ‘there’s no treasure buried here’!” He pouted, looking at Qin Shen accusingly.
“Don’t be angry. How about you give me a strawberry too?” Qin Shen rubbed his head.
“Even if I give you one, it’s not like you’re definitely going to the office,” Pei Yu said, feeling it was unfair. “No one would see it anyway.”
Qin Shen laughed, a lazy curve forming on his lips. “If you give me one, I’ll go to the office even if there’s no work to do. I won’t take the private elevator; I’ll let all the employees see.”
“…” “…”
Shameless scoundrel.
“Don’t think I don’t know. I’m the one who loses out no matter what,” Pei Yu said.
Qin Shen arched an eyebrow. “Oh, my baby has gotten smarter.”
Pei Yu: “!!!” He really wanted to hit him.
Before the smile could leave Qin Shen’s lips, Pei Yu leaned in close. Was he really going to give him a hickey? Qin Shen was a bit surprised and secretly expectant.
Suddenly, his Adam’s apple was bitten hard. A wave of numbness rose from the depths of his spine, rushing straight to his brain. Qin Shen’s gaze darkened instantly, and he stared fixedly at Pei Yu.
The atmosphere grew tense.
“…”
Pei Yu’s throat tightened; fearing he might cause more trouble, he threw back the covers and dove inside. “One bite each. Now it’s fair.” Pei Yu closed his eyes and immediately pretended to be asleep.
A gust of wind blew, and the light on his eyelids was blocked; Qin Shen was very close to him. Pei Yu’s eyelashes trembled. The thought of Qin Shen watching him at such close range made his ears burn red. He didn’t dare move; the gaze locked onto him was obvious—it seemed Qin Shen was looking at his lips. Pei Yu could only purse his lips slightly, refusing to let Qin Shen have his way.
After a dozen seconds, the light on his eyelids finally went dark completely, and the spot next to him sank. Qin Shen had also lied down and moved closer. Pei Yu cautiously opened his eyes, but as soon as he did, he was pulled back into an embrace by Qin Shen. He struggled twice.
“Let me hold you a bit longer.”
Qin Shen wrapped his hands around the boy’s soft abdomen and whispered, “Thank you.”
What was there to thank him for? Despite the thought, Pei Yu’s face turned red. “It was… alright,” he said modestly.
A husky voice sounded in his ear: “My baby is so talented, there’s no need to learn at all.”
“…”
Pei Yu gripped the blanket; he really didn’t want to be praised for this kind of thing.
It was almost midnight. His internal biological clock was urging its master to go to sleep. Pei Yu thought about the engagement at the end of the month and how Qin Shen’s parents were coming back.
He parted his lips and asked softly, “Qin Shen, are your parents attending the engagement banquet too?”
“Mhm.” Every time Qin Shen spoke, his chest vibrated slightly, a sensation that traveled to Pei Yu’s back.
“Oh, nothing then.” Pei Yu thought for a moment. “It’s just that… it’ll be my first time meeting them, right? I heard from Qin Yiyang that your relationship with them is…”
“The relationship is indeed not good.” Qin Shen buried his head in the boy’s soft hair. “So you don’t need to care about their opinions.”
Despite being mentally prepared, hearing Qin Shen speak about his parents with such lack of emotion made Pei Yu feel a pang of sadness. “Okay, I won’t care about them.”
In the darkness, a soft warmth pressed against Pei Yu’s cheek; Qin Shen was kissing him. “Baby, having you by my side is enough.”
Pei Yu opened his mouth, almost returning the same sentiment. He bit his lip and said, “There’s also Grandpa, and Qin Yiyang, they’re all here too…”
“Silly, it’s different.” Qin Shen nipped Pei Yu’s cheek, rubbing all his pheromones onto the boy.
“Qin Shen! Let me go! Stop biting me all the time. Are you a dog?!”
He’s so clingy.
Qin Shen laughed a few times. “Got it, I won’t bite.”
The moon hid behind the clouds, and the bright moonlight fell, shrouding the night. As he was falling asleep, Qin Shen asked again if Pei Yu had fallen in love with him.
He had.
Pei Yu’s eyes curved, but he didn’t want to say it out loud just like that. This was essentially a confession. He wanted to be more serious about it. He wanted to be serious enough to be worthy of Qin Shen’s feelings.
He chuckled secretly twice.
“What are you laughing at?” Qin Shen raised an eyebrow, lifting the hem of the boy’s shirt and pinching the soft flesh of Pei Yu’s lower abdomen.
“Let go! Don’t interrupt my sleep.” Pei Yu caught Qin Shen’s hand and pulled it out.
“So, have you fallen in love?”
After a moment of silence, a voice rang out in the room, “I’m not telling you yet.”
