After A Secret Marriage Agreement With A Rival Omega - Chapter 19
Chapter 19
◎You could easily fall into a trap named Jian Jixing.◎
In the darkness, Jian Jixing was perfectly aware of Sheng Ruxi’s every move.
Sheng Ruxi had originally reached out to hook her arms around Jian Jixing’s neck. Jian Jixing, thinking Sheng Ruxi was about to hit her again, caught her and flipped her over, not allowing Sheng Ruxi to resist.
She leaned down and bit Sheng Ruxi’s lip for just a moment before letting go. Then, her tongue gently brushed over it again. This time, Sheng Ruxi didn’t move as much.
In a short period, she and Sheng Ruxi had had frequent contact, allowing Jian Jixing to understand some of Sheng Ruxi’s physical signals.
She could now distinguish between a light hum of pleasure and a true refusal out of shyness.
“Are you still talking?”
Jian Jixing lifted her head and laughed, “If you keep talking about telling on me, I’ll keep doing this to you.”
Sheng Ruxi was speechless, only managing a small muffled sound.
Her hands couldn’t move, and her legs were pinned down. She knew she was in a very dangerous position.
With a moment’s carelessness, she could fall into a trap named Jian Jixing.
For a moment, she was even a little scared, afraid of getting herself completely caught.
The desires that had been bubbling up since her call with Yan Fuzheng now fully surfaced, enveloping her. Just like Jian Jixing’s body, they were overbearing and aggressive, completely unreasonable in the dark of night.
Jian Jixing didn’t say an extra word.
A single kiss in exchange for Sheng Ruxi’s silence, completely skipping their usual bedtime routine. She was very satisfied.
But she didn’t know why Sheng Ruxi was so well-behaved tonight.
She only resisted when she was bitten, then she slightly opened her mouth, welcoming her. She didn’t even struggle or kick her.
Jian Jixing had only intended to bite her to get her to sleep early. But as she kissed her, she felt that it wasn’t enough.
Tonight was special.
Sheng Ruxi had caught a glimpse of her private worries. She thought Sheng Ruxi would come to mock her, so she was fully prepared to act like a rascal.
If Sheng Ruxi had cursed or hit her, Jian Jixing would have laughed it off. But Sheng Ruxi had actually told her not to be sad, even though her comfort was ridiculously clumsy.
Although Sheng Ruxi got angry later, she still remembered Sheng Ruxi’s innocent look as she exposed her neck for her to sniff.
She was so innocent that it made Jian Jixing feel like teasing her was a joy.
Sheng Ruxi really stopped talking.
Jian Jixing loosened her grip a little and propped herself up, looking at Sheng Ruxi in the moonlight.
The thin moonlight draped over her graceful body. The fitted nightgown, following her curves, was a little wrinkled in some places, deeply indented in others, leaving only the soft, endless mounds of white clouds that flowed like teardrops.
Jian Jixing held her breath. She had acknowledged more than once the physical attraction Sheng Ruxi had for her.
After a moment of silence, Sheng Ruxi finally moved, fluttering her eyelashes open. Her voice trembled slightly, “What do you mean?”
They had kissed, but she stopped. What does she mean?
Jian Jixing’s smile was ambiguous, and her pause was also. This infuriated Sheng Ruxi, making her feel that Jian Jixing was using the kiss to toy with her again.
If a fire hadn’t been ignited inside her, with no way to release it, Sheng Ruxi wouldn’t have given in to her.
“I’m letting you sleep well. This should be enough,” Jian Jixing said in a low voice, her teasing smile gone.
This was in her own home, an unfamiliar environment. Jian Jixing was afraid Sheng Ruxi wouldn’t be used to it, and she also felt she was taking advantage of her.
Deep down, she also didn’t want Sheng Ruxi to kiss her and get into bed with her for any other reason.
All the force that had trapped Sheng Ruxi disappeared in an instant.
But the fire inside her didn’t subside at all. Sheng Ruxi was bewildered. She could only think that Jian Jixing was treating this as a task and couldn’t understand how she could stop just as things were getting started—
Her breathing was rapid. With almost every breath, she felt an uncontrollable trickle from somewhere.
The mix of heat and desire exploded when Jian Jixing gently covered her with the blanket.
Slap!
Sheng Ruxi turned on the light for the first time.
“You got me all worked up, and you’re just going to tell me to sleep?”
She was fuming and sat right on top of her. Besides Jian Jixing’s surprised expression, she also heard a low, meaningful groan from her.
Jian Jixing was truly shocked. Because of their position, her gaze was fixed on Sheng Ruxi.
In the past, Sheng Ruxi disliked turning on the lights the most.
Now the lights were on. Because of the passionate and lingering kiss they had just shared, Sheng Ruxi’s lips were moist. The strap of her nightgown had slipped down, precariously holding up the two mounds.
She really looked like spilled, steaming milk. Smooth, delicious, and sweet.
Jian Jixing thought to herself, out of place.
Her heart skipped a beat. She reached out and held Sheng Ruxi’s bent legs. Her tone was tinged with indulgence. “Sheng Ruxi, what do you want?”
She didn’t need to ask for details.
Because Sheng Ruxi was sitting on her lower abdomen. Through the thin, almost transparent fabric, Jian Jixing could feel everything clearly.
Sheng Ruxi pursed her lips and didn’t say anything. The hand Jian Jixing had on her knee slowly moved to her waist, straightening her and holding her firmly.
Sheng Ruxi gritted her teeth, her words forced out but with a steady voice. “Jian Jixing, sleep with me.”
Click.
With a soft sound, Jian Jixing turned off the light again, and darkness returned.
She didn’t say anything else, not a single word. She held Sheng Ruxi’s waist with one hand and took off all unnecessary layers with the other, going straight to the point.
“Sheng Ruxi,” she only heard Jian Jixing say in her ear, “I hope your mouth can always be this soft.”
…
The next day, Jian Jixing still woke up early. When she went downstairs for breakfast, the whole family was there. Yan Yaojin looked at the empty seat next to her with a smile.
Yan Huai Xi said, “Why didn’t you call your sister-in-law to come down with you?”
Although she had caused trouble last night, Yan Huai Xi was very forgetful and was already back to being close to her sister and sister-in-law.
Yue Ai said with a smile, “Don’t be silly, eat your food. Don’t ask about your sister-in-law.”
Yan Huai Xi was about to say more, but Jian Jixing quietly put down her knife after cutting her bread. The little girl immediately fell silent.
Even without pheromones, as soon as Jian Jixing’s expression became a little cold, Yan Huai Xi would get scared. It was something that was already ingrained in her genes.
“She’s very tired from filming. She needs to get enough sleep when she’s resting,” Jian Jixing explained casually. “Keep your voice down.”
The second half was directed at Yan Huai Xi, in case she got carried away playing around and made a ruckus.
Yan Yaojin laughed. “Of course. There’s nothing important at home. Xixi can sleep as long as she wants. I’ll have some food sent up to her. If she’s awake, she can have a snack, and then Auntie Lin can make her something hot when she comes down.”
She was happy to see the two young ones get along and was afraid they wouldn’t build a good relationship.
Jian Jixing nodded in agreement. After breakfast, Yue Ai had to leave, and Yan Huai Xi clung to her as she went out.
Yan Yaojin then said, “How’s your body feeling now? You and Xixi have been married for almost three months.”
Jian Jixing actually didn’t feel any different, but she still nodded. “A little better.”
“You should go back to the doctor for a check-up. Next time, you can go with Xixi,” Yan Yaojin suggested. “This is not an incurable disease…”
“Mom, don’t worry about it anymore. I know,” Jian Jixing suddenly interrupted. “Ruxi is very busy.”
“It’s not just your body. They also said that Xixi needs to have regular check-ups. Her family only said that she has a dependence on inhibitors and needs to quit, but she seems to be doing okay, no?”
This time, Jian Jixing was silent for a moment before saying, “I’ll take her to see the doctor then.”
Being reminded by her mother, Jian Jixing finally remembered Sheng Ruxi’s unusual behavior over the past two days, which did resemble inhibitor withdrawal symptoms.
As she went upstairs, Yan Yaojin said earnestly again, “Even though you’re newlyweds, don’t be too uninhibited. Xixi is a big star. How can she show her face?”
Jian Jixing: “…”
Mom. It really wasn’t your daughter who made the first move. Do you believe me?
When Jian Jixing returned to the room to get her laptop, she found Sheng Ruxi had wrapped her entire head in the blanket.
The window was half-open, and so were the curtains. A gentle breeze and sunlight came in together, like a ray of heavenly light falling into a deep abyss.
The position was perfect.
If Sheng Ruxi hadn’t been wrapped in the blanket, that ray of light would have landed right on her eyes.
Her eyelids were thin and pale, almost transparent in the sunlight.
The light would cast long, delicate shadows from her eyelashes.
Jian Jixing could imagine these scenes. She stared for a while, calling out Sheng Ruxi’s name, but the person on the bed didn’t move, lying there softly.
She must have woken up at some point but didn’t want to get up. Jian Jixing’s gaze paused, and she finally went over and closed the curtains.
She pulled the blanket down, covering the marks on Sheng Ruxi’s body and revealing her face.
“You’re not afraid of suffocating yourself,” Jian Jixing found it funny and said to herself. She took her laptop and left.
She was gone for two seconds, then quietly returned, lowered the air conditioner by two degrees, and left again.
It was getting hot, and she was afraid this princess would sweat in her sleep and then complain about this and that.
Sheng Ruxi slept for a long time, not waking up until 3:30 p.m.
It was a very long sleep.
She was still a little confused when she opened her eyes. She felt wet and hot and sticky all over. She looked again and saw that she was still wrapped in a blanket, and the blanket and the room were filled with Jian Jixing’s pheromones.
It was probably because of these familiar pheromones that she had slept for so long.
Blame Jian Jixing!
And last night she was tossed around too much and was out of energy. Sheng Ruxi threw off the blanket and felt a sudden chill. Why was there no warmth at all? She looked at herself and gasped. Okay, red marks, fine, but why are there bruises?
Blame Jian Jixing!
Sheng Ruxi rolled up the blanket and pretended it was Jian Jixing, punching it a few times to vent her anger.
The wind moved the gauze curtain, and the sunlight from outside filtered in faintly. Sheng Ruxi squinted her eyes.
The scent of flowers and the sturdy smell of trees were mixed in the air, as if summer could be touched with a hand. Sheng Ruxi spread her five fingers and placed them in front of her eyes, slowly observing this strange yet no longer strange place through the gaps between her fingers.
She moved her hand. She saw the sunlight, the leaves, and Jian Jixing’s bookshelf.
She moved it again. The sofa, the carpet, the not-so-luxurious walk-in closet. Everything was decorated so simply it was almost empty.
She mumbled, “What a boring person.”
She moved her hand again, and Jian Jixing appeared.
Sheng Ruxi pulled her hand back as if she had been burned.
The door opened, and Jian Jixing leaned against the doorframe, her tone half-smiling. “You finally decided to wake up.”
“When did you get here?” Sheng Ruxi didn’t know why she was flustered. A moment ago, she felt cold, but now she felt hot.
Jian Jixing: “When you were commenting on how boring I am.”
“…” Sheng Ruxi suddenly felt a little nauseous. She didn’t know if it was because of Jian Jixing’s retort or if she just wanted to escape. She turned her face away but then felt that it wasn’t in line with her character.
Neither of them had mentioned last night, so Sheng Ruxi wouldn’t either. She was the one who initiated it last night. Now that she was awake, she suddenly felt very embarrassed.
But didn’t Jian Jixing enjoy it?
“I’m hungry.” Thinking this, Sheng Ruxi became more confident and beckoned to her.
Jian Jixing asked strangely, “Are you starting already?”
“I’m talking about my stomach being hungry!” Sheng Ruxi finally couldn’t hold back. She pointed to the marks on her neck and chest. “Look for yourself! Are you even a human being?”
“I apologize. I am bored and don’t know anything about physical things,” Jian Jixing mocked her, walking in and closing the door. She didn’t know where she got a tray from. It had a few small snacks, both Chinese and Western, that could be eaten easily.
It turned out there was a hidden compartment in the wall that could keep things warm and pass them through.
Sheng Ruxi held her breath. Her eyes landed on a piece of osmanthus cake, but without brushing her teeth or getting out of bed, she couldn’t eat a single thing. Jian Jixing had gotten to her again.
“I’m not hungry anymore,” she said stiffly.
“What did you promise me last night?”
Seeing Sheng Ruxi’s momentary bewildered expression, Jian Jixing sneered. “A rich person’s memory is short.”
She casually picked up the osmanthus cake and then put it down.
Sheng Ruxi was still very bad at hiding things. One look, and Jian Jixing had already figured out what she was thinking.
“You promised me last night that you would be honest from now on,” Jian Jixing was still very mischievous. Sheng Ruxi didn’t remember, so she wanted to make her remember on purpose.
One word at a time, clear and audible.
Jian Jixing leaned in, getting closer to Sheng Ruxi. “Do I have to use my mouth to get you to be obedient?”
