The “Villain” Toddler: Instead of abuse, the future antagonist is subjected to Cheng Leyan’s “Aggressive Love.” The toddler is baffled by a stepdad who treats him like a human joyride, chanting “Vroom vroom, the rocking car is starting!” while shaking him gently.
The Vegetative Husband Rong Wangzhi: While his body is comatose, his soul is very much awake and forced to listen to Cheng Leyan’s daily antics. Cheng doesn’t pray for him; he hits an “Electronic Wooden Fish” to accumulate “Cyber-Merit” and reads him ridiculous news stories about men being mistaken for fish.
The Motivation: When Cheng Leyan starts telling the son that “money is better than love” and that he can hire ten models as handsome as his father once he’s rich, the comatose Rong Wangzhi decides he needs to wake up immediately.
