Cheng Huai was raised in an ivory tower since childhood; he was a rose meticulously cultivated by Fu Zheng. The world saw only his pure white petals, unaware that his roots and stem had long since become thoroughly rotten and decayed.
Back when he believed Fu Zheng was his biological older brother, he had already fallen hopelessly in love with him.
After a four-year separation, nineteen year old Cheng Huai reunited with Fu Zheng at his university’s opening ceremony. Standing on his tiptoes, he bit down on Fu Zheng’s lips while a scalding cigarette butt extinguished in his palm. Possessively, Cheng Huai declared to a girl who was confessing to Fu Zheng: “He is mine.”
After reuniting with Fu Zheng, Cheng Huai wanted Fu Zheng to never be able to look at anyone but him. He wanted to embrace and kiss Fu Zheng passionately; he wanted to be ruthlessly possessed by him.
Thus—”stalking,” “surveillance,” sending provocative text messages, intentionally intimidating Fu Zheng’s suitors, and self-directing a play where he was the victim of social isolation… all of these were the despicable methods Cheng Huai meticulously designed.
Fu Zheng had always known that Cheng Huai was acting.
Everything seemingly “accidentally” displayed before him pretending to be good, selling misery, and throwing himself into Fu Zheng’s arms to act spoiled and aggrieved after doing all sorts of bad things everything was a trap set by Cheng Huai.
Fu Zheng ignored and permitted it. He indulged his “younger brother” without limits, successfully raising Cheng Huai to be an existence even more arrogant, domineering, and lawless than any spoiled playboy.
To what extent was he lawless?
Following an accident caused by a car crash, Fu Zheng woke up in a closed, dim room. Cheng Huai was kneeling in front of him.
Dangling a cigarette from his mouth, Cheng Huai tugged at the collar around his own neck. His damp eyes were filled with insatiable desire as he blew smoke into Fu Zheng’s lips through a kiss, murmuring at the end: “Brother, let me be your little dog.”
