The minute ends. Ning Xiao instantly hurls the bucket away and grabs Yun Can’er’s icy hands. “Can’er, let’s not wear these old rags anymore. Come on! Big Sister is taking you to buy a whole new wardrobe!”

Ning Xiao truly believed the heroine was a poor, helpless soul. Every time she was forced to bully the girl, she felt so guilty that she went above and beyond to make amends showering her with care, protection and affection, terrified of shattering her fragile heart.
