The Stunning Omega CEO Always Wants Me to Mark Her - Chapter 11
Holding her workbook tightly against her chest, Wen Xiangzhu slowly walked out of the dormitory building.
It was already close to ten o’clock. Outside, the sky was pitch-black, the grounds mostly deserted. Only the glow of the streetlights and the faint light spilling from dorm windows gave a sense of reassurance.
Not far away, beneath one of the lamps, stood a thin boy.
As Wen Xiangzhu passed by, his tone turned sharp.
“An Omega coming out of an Alpha’s dormitory so late—what exactly are you up to?”
Wen Xiangzhu froze for a moment, turning her head toward him.
She didn’t recognize this person, and had no intention of responding. Without a word, she continued forward.
But in no time, the boy caught up and blocked her path.
“Here’s some advice—mind your own behavior.”
Wen Xiangzhu frowned, lifting her gaze with clear irritation.
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
“You know perfectly well what I mean.” He gave a cold snort. “We’re both Omegas—so how come you’re the only one always hanging around Alphas? Don’t pretend you don’t know what you’re after.”
Wen Xiangzhu let out a breathless laugh of disbelief.
“Do I even know you? Who are you to lecture me?”
The boy smirked.
“My name’s Lu Rong. Now you know me. I don’t care how many Alphas you hang around with—but stay away from Chen Huaxing.”
With that, Lu Rong turned on his heel and left.
Wen Xiangzhu stood rooted to the spot, fingers trembling slightly against the edge of her workbook.
Targeted by a stranger out of nowhere, she felt utterly baffled.
And furious.

Back in the dorm, Lin Sui had been pretending to study for a while, but finally gave in and asked Zhu Huan,
“Is she back yet?”
“No word.”
Zhu Huan bit into a piece of chocolate. “Don’t be so anxious.”
Lin Sui pressed her lips together, her expression tightening.
“From here to Building 3 shouldn’t take this long, right?”
“You worried?” Zhu Huan gave her a teasing look.
Catching it, Lin Sui quickly averted her gaze.
“I’m just… being humanitarian.”
“Yeah, yeah. I’ll call her.”
With a helpless shake of her head, Zhu Huan sat beside Lin Sui and tapped open a voice call to Wen Xiangzhu.
The line rang for a while before connecting.
“Hello? Did you make it back?”
There was background noise on the other end. After a couple of seconds, Wen Xiangzhu’s voice came through.
“I’m already back in the dorm, don’t worry, Jie.”
“Good, good. But… which ‘Jie’ are you talking about?” Zhu Huan couldn’t help asking.
Lin Sui shot her a glare and turned her back in exasperation.
On the other end, there was a pause.
“The sister who cares about me, of course.”
“Fine, as long as you’re safe. Hanging up now.”
When the call ended, Zhu Huan glanced at the back of Lin Sui’s head, then lazily swiveled around to face her with a grin.
“See? She’s back safe and sound. No need to worry.”
Lin Sui clicked her tongue in annoyance.
“I’m going to sleep. Don’t make noise.”
That night, Lin Sui hardly slept at all. Sure enough, during class the next day her eyelids kept fighting each other.
An entire period drifted past in a daze—she hadn’t heard or remembered a single thing. As soon as the bell rang, she was summoned to the office by Yang Li.
“I called you in about the upcoming sports meet. Here’s the signup sheet. Help tally it and hand it in to me before the weekend.” Yang Li adjusted her glasses as she spoke.
Lin Sui accepted the sheet and nodded. “Okay.”
“Didn’t sleep well? Is it hard adjusting to the dorms?” Yang Li asked with concern.
“Maybe I’m just not used to a new bed,” Lin Sui thought aloud. “It’ll be fine in a few days.”
“Mm. If there’s anything in class you don’t understand, you can ask Wen Xiangzhu. After all, your relationship isn’t ordinary. Your mother’s very concerned about your grades—she doesn’t want you falling behind.”
“…Got it.”
Leaving the office, Lin Sui walked with her head lowered, Yang Li’s words circling in her mind.
Her relationship with Wen Xiangzhu wasn’t ordinary…
But how could it be anything but ordinary? If anything, it was just ordinary.
They barely had anything to talk about.
When she returned to the classroom, Wen Xiangzhu was at the blackboard, wiping it clean.
Her name was written under the “duty student” column for the day.
Lin Sui glanced once, then walked past, intending to collapse into her seat.
But after only a few steps—
“Sui-jie.”
Lin Sui paused, tilting her head slightly toward Wen Xiangzhu.
The girl smiled sheepishly.
“Could you help me wipe the words at the top? I can’t reach…”
Lin Sui followed her pointing finger, gaze lifting to the line of writing high up on the board.
“Sure.”
She took the eraser from Wen Xiangzhu’s hand and easily swiped the words away.
“You should eat more—maybe you’ll grow taller.”
Wen Xiangzhu pursed her lips, as if genuinely considering the advice.
“But I can’t eat too much. And when I try to study after, I forget things easily. How about… when you eat, you remind me too?”
The eraser landed back on the ledge with a soft thud.
Lin Sui scanned the classroom, then lowered her voice.
“I told you—don’t call me Jie at school.”
“Oh…” Wen Xiangzhu’s wide eyes blinked up at her, obedient and earnest.
“As for eating—” Lin Sui hesitated, then asked, “How old are you again?”
“Mm?” Wen Xiangzhu blinked in confusion, clearly lost.
Lin Sui looked away.
“You need someone to remind you just to eat?”
Talking at the podium was drawing too much attention. Without waiting for a reply, Lin Sui returned to her seat.
Zhu Huan leaned over, grinning.
“Oooh, keeping it so secretive? Feels like you two are having a clandestine romance.”
“Cut it out, don’t talk nonsense.”
With a sigh, Lin Sui dropped the signup sheet on her desk.
“Keep this up and I’ll put you down for the long-distance run.”
Zhu Huan: “…”
Already confessed, please spare me.

“Wait a second.” Lin Sui frowned, her gaze dropping to the open drawer of her desk. Inside sat an unopened bottle of lemon tea, next to a small card.
[This will help you stay alert. Remember to drink it.]
“Who put this here?” Lin Sui asked suspiciously, pulling out the bottle and the card and setting them on the desk.
Zhu Huan glanced at them and shook her head. “No idea, I stepped out just now.”
Then she blinked, smiling slyly. “Could it have been Wen Xiangzhu?”
At that, Lin Sui pressed her lips together. The possibility seemed very likely.
Just then, Wen Xiangzhu returned to her seat. Seeing both of them staring at her, she looked confused. “What’s wrong?”
Lin Sui gestured at the lemon tea and card on the desk. “You put these here, didn’t you? Take them back.”
“What?” Wen Xiangzhu looked at her blankly.
“Don’t play dumb.” Lin Sui took a deep breath, stood up, and placed the items on Wen Xiangzhu’s desk. “Stop with the useless tricks.”
With that, she sat back down, clearly unwilling to say more.
Wen Xiangzhu looked at her for a long moment, then glanced at Zhu Huan, before finally sitting down in silence. She picked up the card and examined it.
But… she hadn’t bought any lemon tea. And this handwriting wasn’t hers either.
For the rest of the day, Wen Xiangzhu remained out of sorts.
The lemon tea sat at the corner of her desk. Every time she caught sight of it during class or while working on problems, she would fall into a daze.
By the time school ended in the afternoon, Lin Sui couldn’t stand it anymore.
“Seriously? You skipped lunch too. Aren’t you hungry?”
Wen Xiangzhu blinked without looking up. “I still have exercises to finish. Don’t worry about me.”
Something about her tone left Lin Sui oddly irritable. “And what if I insist? Get up. We’re eating. If you starve to death, my mom will definitely blame me.”
Wen Xiangzhu was silent for a while before tilting her head up to look at her.
“But you just said I’m an adult now, that I can handle my own meals, and that you don’t need to treat me.”
Lin Sui: “……”
She averted her eyes, feeling conflicted.
Right, how could she have forgotten she said that?
After a pause, Lin Sui compromised. “Alright, how about this—if I take the lemon tea, you come eat with me. Deal?”
Wen Xiangzhu frowned. “The lemon tea you can’t have… but I’ll eat with you.”
Lin Sui was truly baffled.
When she didn’t want it, Wen Xiangzhu refused. Now that she wanted it, Wen Xiangzhu still refused.
Impossible to figure out.
Were Omegas’ thoughts always this hard to read?
Still, Wen Xiangzhu obediently followed her out of the classroom.
“Cafeteria, or do you want to eat out?” Lin Sui asked, glancing down at her phone.
Wen Xiangzhu kept her eyes on her toes, replying casually, “Either’s fine.”
“Why isn’t Zhu Huan coming with you?”
“She’s meeting an Omega for dinner.” Lin Sui’s finger paused on her screen. “You’d rather eat with her?”
Wen Xiangzhu froze, quickly shaking her head. “No.”
Lin Sui gave a faint, mocking laugh and didn’t press further, just led Wen Xiangzhu toward the school gates.
After a while, the girl couldn’t hold back and stopped walking. “Lately… do you have any Omegas around you?”
Lin Sui looked at her, surprised.
“Omegas?” She suddenly chuckled. “You.”
Wen Xiangzhu frowned. “Other than me?”
Lin Sui thought for a moment. “None. …You’re not making fun of me, are you?”
“Huh?” Wen Xiangzhu looked confused.
Lin Sui understood. So that was it—this little brat was teasing her.
That’s it. Zhu Huan could go on a one-on-one dinner with an Omega, but she had no one else and ended up eating with Wen Xiangzhu, this little shadow of hers?!
The more she thought about it, the more annoyed she became. “Forget it. I’m not eating. I’m full.”
Wen Xiangzhu: “……?”
Lin Sui stormed off a few steps, only to double back moments later. “Never mind. I’ll at least watch you eat, so you don’t really starve to death.”
…
Lin Sui chose a French restaurant. After seating Wen Xiangzhu at a table, she stood. “Go ahead and order first. I’ll use the restroom.”
“Okay.”
As soon as Lin Sui left, six or seven boys in the same school uniform walked into the restaurant.
One of them spotted Wen Xiangzhu immediately and nudged Chen Huaxing. “Xing-ge, isn’t that—”
Chen Huaxing’s gaze followed, his expression dimming slightly before smoothing over. He strolled over casually. “What a coincidence, running into you here. Eating alone?”
Disgust flickered across Wen Xiangzhu’s face. “None of your business.”
“Tsk.” Chen Huaxing clicked his tongue. “It’s my birthday today. I booked a private room to treat everyone. If you’re willing, join us.”
“Yeah, come on. It’s Xing-ge’s birthday.”
“Don’t be shy, the more the merrier.”
The boys all joined in, coaxing.
Wen Xiangzhu’s fingers tightened around the menu. “No, thanks. I’m meeting someone.”
“Who? That Omega friend of yours? No problem, bring her along. The more the better.”
“Exactly. None of us here have an Omega friend yet—wouldn’t it be great to meet one?”
“Where is she? Call her out, let’s chat a bit.”
One after another, they crowded around Wen Xiangzhu, their voices overlapping.
When Lin Sui returned, this was the scene she walked into.
Her brows knit together as she strode slowly up behind them, her voice low and sharp as a blade.
“Were you looking for me?”
