- Chapter 2 - The Fake Young Master Alpha vs. The Real Young Master Alpha (2)
Love?
For a long time?
The hand resting against the side of Pei Yingjue’s face was somewhat cool, carrying the faint and elegant scent of perfume. Pei Yingjue lowered his gaze, meeting the youth’s fervent eyes.
As the sky gradually darkened, the light inside the equipment room became dim and blurred. However, those gray eyes curved as if they were holding light, appearing exceptionally prominent in the darkness. They were so captivating that one felt the urge to touch them.
The hand Pei Yingjue used to restrain the other suddenly loosened, and his palm slid down uncontrollably. His fingertips brushed past Su Yi’s slender palm and pried open the half-unbuttoned shirt, pressing against the fair and smooth collarbone. The heat made the person in front of him shrink back momentarily.
But the other party was not afraid. Instead, he took half a step forward and looked at him expectantly with a pious gaze, as if he were ready to sacrifice himself for love.
Pei Yingjue leaned down. As their breaths intertwined, he suddenly stopped.
The young master of the Su family was a playboy who never lacked Omegas around him. How could he possibly have liked an Alpha for so long?
Pei Yingjue lowered his hand and quickly pinched his own palm hard to regain focus. He looked at Su Yi quietly in the darkness. The surrounding pheromones were sticky and oppressive. The youth’s body temperature was high, and even those cold eyes were somewhat glazed; he was already on the edge of losing his reason.
Su Yi curled his lips into a light smile. He pressed closer, feeling the other’s rapid breathing. He laughed as he hooked his arms around Pei Yingjue’s neck, speaking in a voice that was almost a pout.
“I want you, okay?”
Sure enough, Pei Yingjue froze and lowered his head. A flash of cunning crossed Su Yi’s eyes, and he obediently tilted his head up to move closer to the other’s face.
“Su Yi, you are lying.”
A cold and cruel voice rang out. Su Yi paused and shifted his gaze. Despite the ambiguous distance where they could kiss just by turning their heads, he met Pei Yingjue’s scrutinizing gaze. Su Yi raised an eyebrow, feeling somewhat surprised.
“Get out!”
With a roar of anger, Su Yi was violently pushed away, nearly crashing into the nearby iron shelf. He was neither angry nor annoyed; he simply reached out to steady himself and then peeked at the person in the corner.
Pei Yingjue’s chest was heaving violently. He kept his head down, his hair damp with sweat and clinging to his forehead in strands. He did not look at Su Yi at all. Even in this state, he still wanted to refuse.
Su Yi shrugged his shoulders dismissively. He straightened his collar and took a step forward.
Pei Yingjue leaned against the iron shelf, his mind groggy and the corners of his eyes tortured into a shade of red. Pushing Su Yi away had exhausted all of his remaining sanity. His Alpha instincts were practically screaming for him to capture and prey upon the person before him, even if the other was also an Alpha.
However, he had not reached such a desperate point that he would throw away his dignity for someone else’s amusement. Given a young master like Su Yi’s temper, being rejected would surely result in him leaving in a fit of rage. He only needed to wait; he just had to wait for this grueling rut to pass.
Just as Pei Yingjue was thinking about whether to knock himself unconscious, the persistent scent of perfume drifted over again.
“I told you, I like you.”
Pei Yingjue struggled to look up. The other party had already leaned in. They were so close that their breaths intertwined, and he could see the distress in those beautiful eyes.
Pei Yingjue was stunned.
“Why do you not believe me?”
Suddenly, Pei Yingjue’s collar was grabbed and yanked hard. The moment their lips touched, his eyes widened in shock as he saw the person across from him clearly. Su Yi was looking at him with a smile. The gray in his eyes dissolved, and a bewitching violet color emerged.
The string of sanity finally snapped.
[Warning! Warning! Criminal 003 used Charm Magic. First warning issued!] [Forced punishment will be implemented after three warnings!]
The moment the system’s cold electronic voice fell, Su Yi was suddenly overturned. His chin hit the iron shelf so hard he nearly lost his human disguise.
So impatient. Has he really never marked anyone before?
Su Yi frowned in pain. Although he was not entirely sure himself, the system had at least transmitted relevant videos to him. For the sake of a better experience, he was about to generously teach Pei Yingjue.
Suddenly, he felt a chill on his shoulder as his expensive suit was roughly torn open, and several shirt buttons popped off. Alarm bells rang in Su Yi’s mind, and he hurriedly spoke up. “Baby, stop! Wait a second. Do you know how to mark someone? Take it slow, I will teach you.”
A scalding breath sprayed onto the back of his neck, cutting Su Yi’s words short. He abruptly lowered his head, pressing it against the cold iron shelf. Half of his body went numb. No one told him that the glands were this sensitive.
Before he could react, the person behind him pressed closer. Su Yi straightened his body to try and gain a reprieve, but the Alpha behind him mistook it for an attempt to escape.
“Ugh!”
The sensation of the glands being pierced was unpleasant, especially since it happened without warning. Intense pheromones rushed in like a flood. His glands, which should not have been subjected to biting, were being held in the other’s mouth. Alpha instincts made Su Yi struggle.
This also happened to irritate the Alpha in rut. Su Yi’s waist was hooked by the other, and his upper body was pressed down against the dusty iron shelf as he tried to dodge. His already wrinkled suit was inevitably rubbed against the metal. Eventually, he became a mess of dirt and disarray.
It was not until the scent of seawater entered and nourished his parched glands that Su Yi truly realized what a low rejection rate meant. The original physiological rejection became weak under the irrigation, replaced by a sense of longing. Like an Omega, he opened himself up to the Alpha, constantly demanding more.
It felt wonderful.
After an unknown amount of time, Su Yi narrowed his eyes. The gray in his eyes flickered. The phantom image cast by the virtual world was nearly unable to cover his true succubus form; the stimulation almost caused his tail to pop out.
It is enough. I am full.
Su Yi thought contentedly. He lifted his limp arm, wanting to push Pei Yingjue away. When he touched the other’s bare and scalding arm, which was covered in bulging veins, Su Yi was startled. He looked back and met those gloomy, beast-like dark eyes.
In the next moment, sharp and intense pheromones surged in. An overwhelming wave of pleasure rose, and Su Yi’s entire body trembled. His glands were bitten open fiercely once again.
“Enough, baby. Stop for a moment.”
Su Yi was forced to raise his leg and kick the person behind him. He was already full; any more would be overdoing it, and his true form would be revealed. No food should ever get so cocky as to step on its master! But Pei Yingjue was clearly not a well-behaved “food.”
With a tearing sound, his shirt, which was already in tatters, was pulled away by the other. Su Yi was left completely exposed. A scalding palm pressed directly against his smooth back, like a branding iron pressing against someone already on the edge of pleasure. It was no different from torture.
Su Yi shook all over. His tail lashed out like a whip, only to be forced to cling limply to the out-of-control youth. The pheromones that were originally like a sweet rain turned into a vast ocean, nearly drowning Su Yi.
“I said… let you stop!”
Su Yi was forced to tilt his head high, exposing his fragile and slender neck. Even his voice sounded as if it were soaked in water. That large palm slid down his waist. When it touched his belt, it suddenly slipped. Su Yi felt a weight settle on him. He froze, not even having time to catch his breath, as he turned his head to look at the fuzzy head resting on his shoulder and neck.
“Pei Yingjue?”
Su Yi shook his body, but the youth on his back showed no reaction at all.
[He fainted.] 777 spoke with a trembling voice.
Only then did Su Yi breathe a sigh of relief. He calmed the terrifying tremors before pushing the person off his back. With a loud thud, the youth was pushed to the ground, hitting the iron cage. His head hung powerlessly, looking quite pitiful.
Su Yi had no time to pity him; he had to hurry up and pity himself. The moonlight shone through the muddy window onto the gasping person, illuminating his smooth and heaving chest, the red handprints on his waist, and the horrifying bite marks on his neck and shoulder.
“Hiss!”
Su Yi looked down at the fresh blood on his fingertips. He did not need to look closely to know that the back of his neck was a mess. The buttons on his shirt were all gone, making it unwearable.
Su Yi frowned and could only pull his suit jacket over his bare chest. He stepped forward and kicked Pei Yingjue. Seeing that the other had no reaction, his raised, long, slender black tail finally lowered.
“Just like a dog,” Su Yi snorted.
Although he was somewhat disobedient, it was quite satisfying. The heart-shaped tip of his tail flickered. Having eaten his fill, Su Yi decided not to hold a grudge. He stepped forward to check on Pei Yingjue’s condition. His forehead was burning hot, as if he had a fever.
“Is this his first time? How can he get a fever from this?” Su Yi was somewhat surprised.
[Ah! How could you! How could you do this! You are taking advantage of someone in danger! You have not realized your mistake at all!]
777 seemed to finally realize what had happened and screamed in terror, making Su Yi cover his ears.
“Did I do something wrong?”
Su Yi crouched down and searched Pei Yingjue’s body, pulling a phone out of his pants pocket. “The options you gave me all required me to help him. Is helping him release his tension not also a form of help?”
Su Yi pressed the button, and the dark screen showed a battery icon with only a sliver of red left. Today was the awards ceremony, so all the teachers and students of Morristy were in the auditorium; the infirmary was empty. Pei Yingjue’s rut must have come suddenly, and since he did not have any suppressants, he could only find an empty place to hide. But unexpectedly, misfortunes never come alone; his phone had run out of battery.
“Poor little thing.”
Su Yi stuffed the phone back into Pei Yingjue’s pocket.
[What?! But… but… this is against the rules!]
“Where is it against the rules?” Su Yi gathered his clothes. His eyes had returned to their original gray, and his tail was nowhere to be seen.
“I even sacrificed myself to help him. Besides, he is a specially recruited student. Whether I called the school doctor or dialed emergency services, he would definitely become the talk of the school afterward. Or…” Su Yi tilted his head. “Should I have just left him here to fend for himself? Is this the test you were talking about?” Su Yi laughed softly. “Making me into a murderer who watches someone die without helping?”
777 was led astray by a thousand miles. It sputtered for a moment before finally speaking without any confidence.
[But what happens when he wakes up? You do not actually like him. This counts as deception, right?]
These words played right into Su Yi’s hands. He bent down and hoisted the youth’s arm over his shoulder to help him up. He was a bit heavy. Su Yi frowned and followed 777’s logic. “We have to make him wake up first, do we not?”
[Fine.]
The situation was urgent, and 777 did not have the heart to argue. It could only search for the nearest hospital.
“Let us go to the one I went to three days ago,” Su Yi said.
“Pheromone Disorder?” Su Yi was surprised.
“Yes,” Dr. Li pushed up his glasses. “This is a congenital disease caused by a defect in the glands. Fortunately, this disease was overcome two years ago. There is currently a stable and conservative treatment plan. One only needs to find a stable partner for regular release. After a period of adjustment, it will improve.”
Su Yi understood; no wonder the file showed that this man had a gland defect.
“But judging by the degree of swelling in his glands, I am afraid he has been relying on drugs to suppress it for the past few years. Now, it has reached a stage where his rut is unstable.” Dr. Li’s tone shifted and became serious. “Furthermore, he is an S-rank Alpha. It will not be good for him if this situation continues.”
“What will happen if he continues to use drugs?” Su Yi tried to ask.
“His glands will be completely damaged.”
Su Yi fell silent. Dr. Li’s expression was serious; he was not joking. In this world, an Alpha with damaged glands would not lead a very good life, especially since Pei Yingjue had no background. This is a good opportunity, Su Yi thought to himself.
“Fortunately, you are together. This can treat your condition while alleviating his symptoms. In about a month, both of your symptoms will show significant improvement.” Dr. Li’s tone softened as he asked casually. “You have already reached a consensus, right?”
Su Yi raised an eyebrow. He had arrived in a hurry and had not covered up his pheromones; Dr. Li’s sense of smell was normal and could pick up the intense scent on him.
“Naturally,” Su Yi smiled and responded.
“By the way, it is best for both of you to stick to the same treatment partner to avoid secondary damage to the glands.”
As Su Yi pulled open the consultation room door, he heard Dr. Li’s reminder.
“Alright.”
Su Yi laughed lightly. This was a perfect excuse handed to him on a silver platter. In the quiet hallway, Su Yi flipped through the report in his hand as he headed toward the ward. Pei Yingjue’s condition was indeed as Dr. Li described; he could no longer tolerate medication. He scanned it quickly, his gaze stopping at one point.
Patients suffering from Pheromone Disorder should try to choose only one partner for release to avoid secondary damage to the glands.
Su Yi raised an eyebrow. The opportunity was being shoved into his mouth; there was no reason for him not to take it.
[How do you plan to explain this when he wakes up?] 777 asked urgently.
“By helping him treat his illness, of course,” Su Yi replied as if it were obvious. Ignoring the system’s shocked words, Su Yi closed the report. He tidied his hair, and the cunning in his eyes vanished instantly. He pushed open the ward door and locked eyes with the youth who had woken up at some point and was sitting on the bed.
“You are awake?”
