Everything changes during a mountain climbing trip. Ge Mingwei sprains her ankle, and her boyfriend does nothing but complain that she’s heavy and clumsy. Instead, it’s the “Green Tea” girl who carries Mingwei on her back all the way down the mountain. Even when her hair is dripping with sweat, she refuses to put Mingwei down.
After Mingwei breaks up with the scumbag, his friends call to harass her. Only the “Green Tea” girl stands up for her, cursing them all out and helping Mingwei find an apartment and move her luggage.
Slowly, Ge Mingwei realizes this girl isn’t a “Green Tea” at all. In fact… does she like her? —As it turns out, she wasn’t being manipulative; she was just desperately trying to get Mingwei’s attention.
After the breakup, the scumbag realizes Mingwei was the best thing he had and knocks on her door at midnight, begging for another chance. Behind the closed door, the “manipulative” girl—now Mingwei’s girlfriend—kisses her repeatedly and whispers, “Babe, look at him… he’s such a poser.”
