The Omega Attacked the Alpha - Chapter 4
It was a blatant provocation.
Song Tao had never been afraid of him. He was just like that five-year-old “steamed bun” who had first appeared before him with his father timid on the surface, yet bold enough to whisper in private, “Can we take turns being the older brother? I want to be the big brother too.”
Back then, the little bun had stood with his hands on his hips and declared, “As your big brother, I’ll definitely work hard. Don’t you worry, I’ll make sure you’re happy.”
But that little white bun had grown up into something much more scandalous. His mouth was full of filth; clearly, he hadn’t learned a single decent thing over the years.
Bright red blood trickled from the corner of Song Tao’s mouth.
It was Qin Zheng’s blood.
The brat had bitten his finger hard enough to break the skin.
It wasn’t the first time, though.
Song Tao suddenly released his teeth, only to wrap his lips around the finger and suck forcefully. Qin Zheng could feel his own lifeblood being drawn out of his body a slight sting accompanied by a strange, numbing tingle. Then he heard it: a soft gulping sound. It was the sound of Song Tao swallowing his blood. All the while, those doe-like eyes stared up at him with their natural, innate innocence.
This was how it was.
It had always been like this.
Song Chijing survived by draining the old man’s blood.
And Song Tao, that little cub, grew by draining Qin Zheng’s.
With a heavy thud, Qin Zheng flung Song Tao away, sending him crashing to the floor.
Song Tao wasn’t about to take it lying down. He lashed out with a kick that sent Qin Zheng toppling over. By some stroke of bad luck, Qin Zheng’s head struck the corner of the coffee table, drawing blood instantly.
Song Tao hadn’t escaped unscathed either; his vision swam for a moment. By the time he rolled over to lie flat, a large, angry lump had already formed on his forehead.
It was a hauntingly familiar sensation.
During their five years of living together, the two had fought constantly. Qin Zheng’s three-year age advantage had given him a massive upper hand in their brawls. Looking back, Song Tao had certainly taken his fair share of beatings.
Song Tao didn’t rush to get up. He licked the remaining blood from the corner of his mouth and savored the taste.
He knew this flavor well. Whenever he couldn’t win a fight against Qin Zheng, he would bite anywhere he could get his teeth into. Once, he had nearly bitten Qin Zheng’s “little brother” right off.
Qin Zheng stood up like a vengeful spirit, half his face smeared with blood, and laughed.
It was a long-forgotten surge of excitement.
He looked down at the man who chose to stay lying exactly where he fell and raised a foot over him. “What is it you want, appearing before me like this?”
He didn’t believe for a second that the “forgetting” act was real. Was it really just because he took a contract to assassinate him? Qin Zheng wasn’t buying it.
His foot landed on Song Tao’s leg, and he began to apply pressure.
“Ah~”
Song Tao let out a moan that was pure, unadulterated filth.
His white teeth slowly released his lower lip, letting the plump, vivid flesh tremble slightly as it parted. A fragrant-sounding whimper escaped through the gap.
The atmosphere shifted instantly.
It felt as if the very blood dripping from Qin Zheng had turned a shade of “yellow.”
Qin Zheng’s leg froze. At the same time, he felt like he was going to explode with rage. He felt as if even his foot had been contaminated. He pulled back with a look of utter loathing. “Like father, like son. You’re just as much of a slut as your old man.”
When the “old man” and Song Chijing were in their honeymoon phase, their nightly cries could be heard throughout the entire villa. Qin Zheng had even walked in on them playing “bedroom games” a few times images that had practically seared his retinas.
Now, Song Tao had presented as an Omega, and it looked like he was well on his way to surpassing his father in the art of seduction.
He didn’t see a hint of shame on Song Tao’s face. Instead, the man raised a leg and slowly, deliberately rubbed it against Qin Zheng’s thigh. “Then… do you want to follow in your father’s footsteps too?”
The upward lilt at the end of the sentence was like a hook.
Many people tried to seduce Qin Zheng, but Song Tao had a terrifying natural talent for it. It only took one sentence.
Qin Zheng’s father did his father.
So if Qin Zheng followed in his father’s footsteps, he would naturally have to do Song Tao.
He saw Qin Zheng’s neck turn a deep shade of crimson.
Song Tao wanted to laugh. He barely held it in.
He looked at Qin Zheng’s reaction and wondered: Is he actually still a virgin? For an Alpha of his status, and with a “role model” like Qin Yuchen, it was hard to believe he hadn’t seen any action.
“Get out!”
Qin Zheng, defeated by his inability to speak “filth” back, delivered a frustrated kick to Song Tao’s side. Song Tao used the momentum to roll over but made no move to actually leave.
Qin Zheng didn’t want to say another word to him or even look at him. He retreated to the bathroom to clean his wound and wash up.
When he came back out, Song Tao had actually fallen asleep!
Qin Zheng let out a laugh of pure disbelief while his pheromone monitor beeped incessantly.
In that moment, he truly wanted to crush Song Tao’s head under his heel.
When it came to the art of infuriating people, Song Tao was second to none.
Qin Zheng ignored him.
Soon, the bedroom was plunged into darkness. Not long after, the figure on the floor scrambled up and headed straight for the bed.
Qin Zheng, who had just started to drift off, snapped awake instantly. He turned to glare at the person by the bedside, his voice deceptively calm. “If you dare get in this bed, I will kill you.”
The words had barely left his mouth when Song Tao boinged upward like a spring, landing right next to him.
Qin Zheng didn’t hold back this time. He flipped over and pinned Song Tao down, raising a fist to strike.
Song Tao whispered, “You’re actually happy that I remember you, aren’t you?”
In the darkness, Song Tao’s words acted like a key, unlocking a secret box in Qin Zheng’s heart. His fist stalled in mid-air.
“I prepared that surprise specifically for you. If I had just told you I remembered you the moment we met, you would have taken it for granted. This way, it feels more meaningful. I put so much thought into you couldn’t you be a little nicer to me?”
As he spoke, he actually sounded a bit aggrieved.
It was absolute nonsense, and Qin Zheng knew it. But somehow, his heart felt…
This is bad.
The adult Song Tao was much harder to handle. The thought flashed through Qin Zheng’s mind.
“Don’t flatter yourself. You’re just a bad seed.”
Despite his words, Qin Zheng got off him and didn’t throw the punch. “Get out.”
Song Tao shuffled closer to him. “Come on, we haven’t seen each other in so long. We should stay up all night and have a heart-to-heart.”
His breath tickled Qin Zheng’s ear—warm and subtly fragrant. Uncomfortable, Qin Zheng shifted his head away and delivered a shove with his foot.
With a loud clatter, Song Tao was kicked back onto the floor.
Song Tao hissed, “Ouch… these handcuffs are going to break my wrists. It hurts.”
Two minutes later, Song Tao’s hands were free. The moment they were released, he moved like a lithe leopard, throwing his arms around Qin Zheng’s neck. One palm pressed against the back of Qin Zheng’s head, fingers threading through the dark hair to hold him in place.
Just as Qin Zheng was about to curse him out, Song Tao lunged forward and kissed him.
It was a forced, messy tongue-kiss.
He tangled his tongue with Qin Zheng’s without any technique, entirely focused on the contact. He didn’t even notice that his other hand was pressing firmly against the Alpha’s scent gland.
At the same time, Wei Siqi watched the tongue-print patterns appearing on his screen.
He let out a lewd, muffled chuckle.
Tao-zi is having a very “exciting” night~
Qin Zheng was stunned for a long while. It wasn’t until the base of his tongue began to ache from the entanglement that he realized he was being kissed by Song Tao. He could see Song Tao’s bright, shimmering eyes; there was no lust in them, only a sense of mischief.
As an Omega, he was being far too arrogant. If Qin Zheng wanted to, he could permanently mark him right now and make him his property.
But he wasn’t worth it.
Qin Zheng grabbed the hair at the back of Song Tao’s head, the veins in his arms bulging. He thought it would be easy to pull him away, but the other man was surprisingly strong.
Amidst the shrill alarms of the pheromone monitor, he slowly managed to pull Song Tao’s head back. Their lips separated, leaving a glistening thread of saliva between them. Song Tao’s damp tongue was still partially out, the pink tip dragging across the base of Qin Zheng’s tongue in a slow, erotic slide all the way to the tip.
Qin Zheng thought he caught a glimpse of a tattoo on Song Tao’s tongue.
The moment the strange kiss ended, Qin Zheng didn’t say a word. He grabbed Song Tao’s head and slammed it hard against the floor.
Song Tao didn’t resist.
He considered it a small price to pay for the kiss.
No such thing as a free lunch, after all.
But damn, the “Qin Dog” was strong. He felt like he had a concussion; his head was spinning.
Qin Zheng’s head throbbed with rage. His desire to kill Song Tao reached an all-time high as he hauled him up by the hair. Seeing the exaggerated swelling on Song Tao’s forehead, however, forced him to calm down slightly.
In the end, he didn’t kill him. He dragged Song Tao to the door and threw him out.
The door slammed shut with a bang.
Qin Zheng rushed over to a cabinet and pulled a vial of suppressant from the drawer, injecting it immediately.
He slid down the side of the cabinet and sat on the floor. The handsome, cold Alpha’s lips were swollen from the kiss, and his scent gland was rubbed a bright red.
His hoarse, furious voice echoed in the darkness: “That goddamn brat!”
Song Tao lay in the hallway for quite a while before he recovered. He touched his head; the price for that kiss had been a bit steep. He needed to get his “compensation.”
His eyes sparkled with an idea.
He pulled his shirt hem out of his pants and unbuttoned the top two buttons. He pinched his own collarbones and neck to leave red marks. He didn’t spare his legs either, rubbing his knees until they were a bright, sore red.
Then he tousled his hair into a mess.
He closed his eyes for a moment, and when he opened them, they were brimming with pitiful tears.
Song Tao appeared downstairs, stumbling and swaying, catching the attention of the servants.
The staff exchanged glances. Song Tao clutched his shirt, crying silently.
An Omega coming out of an Alpha’s room in the middle of the night in such a state, crying his eyes out—it didn’t take a genius to guess what had happened.
The servant, Xiao He, glanced toward the stairs. He hadn’t expected the boss to be such a beast.
He couldn’t bear to see it. He couldn’t let an Omega spend the night like this. He stepped forward. “If you don’t mind, I can take you to the servants’ quarters. You can rest there for the night.”
Song Tao thanked him gratefully.
Looking fragile, he followed Xiao He out of the villa and over to a nearby two-story building.
“Sit down. I’ll go get you something to eat.”
“Thank you.”
Others were still awake. Driven by curiosity, they followed Xiao He into the kitchen. When Xiao He whispered the situation, everyone felt an immense wave of pity for Song Tao, especially since he looked so ravaged.
Before long, a group had gathered around Song Tao, comforting him with a mix of sympathy and gossip.
Xiao He said, “Just two minutes, the milk will be warm. You…”
Before he could finish, Song Tao broke down into fresh sobs. “I’m sorry,” he gasped. “I just… hearing ‘two minutes’ makes me feel terrible.”
He buried his face in his hands, weeping. “Even though it was only two minutes, it was a nightmare…sob.”
The servants looked at each other. They should have been comforting him, but their attention was completely hijacked by the “two minutes” comment. They exchanged knowing looks. Wait, so he’s saying the boss only lasts two minutes?
The boss only lasts two minutes!
That tall, handsome, young Alpha! Only two minutes!
What a tragedy!
Another person brought over a plate of fruit. When Song Tao saw the toothpicks stuck in the fruit, he quickly reached out to block them. “I’m sorry… I’m a little sensitive to toothpicks right now…”
The others: !!!
So the boss doesn’t just last two minutes—he’s also a “toothpick”!
Hiding his face, Song Tao smiled secretly. Since Qin Zheng was heartless enough to hit him, then “brotherly love” was out the window.
In a daze, it felt like they were back to their old lives. For five years, this was how they had lived. Because he couldn’t beat Qin Zheng in a fight, he had to resort to petty sabotage. Qin Zheng, meanwhile, had used his status as Qin Yuchen’s biological son to command people to bully him, and the servants always knew who their real master was.
As for their fathers, they were too busy flirting, loving, and eventually fighting.
As long as the two boys didn’t end up dead, they were left to their own devices.
The two had a tacit agreement never to tattle; they simply spent their energy quietly making each other miserable.
Qin Zheng was still awake, smoking. His anger had cooled slightly. That brat would do anything just to disgust him—just like before.
He thought of the past.
To him, Song Tao was like a disobedient toy he’d never had before.
His boring life had turned chaotic the moment Song Tao arrived.
He crushed his cigarette into the ashtray. Remembering the lump on Song Tao’s head, he contacted the butler and soon received a report.
“Sir, Mr. Song just vomited. He doesn’t seem to be feeling well.”
“Arrange for a doctor.”
“Understood.”
Before hanging up, Qin Zheng added, “If he needs an injection, tell them to be extra rough with the needle.”
The moment he hung up, he regretted it.
This is so damn childish…
The Alpha’s face turned bright red with shame. It was all that brat’s fault. He decided he would kick him out tomorrow.
