Yet this same madwoman shielded her through countless dangers. Just as Shi Ying was about to give in, The blood-soaked immortal whispered in her ear, “Forget it. I’ll let you go.” And vanished before her eyes.
They met again a hundred years later. Atop a snowy mountain, Shi Ying spotted a familiar figure. She rushed forward, heart full of jo.
Only to be blocked by a sleeve as white as snow, met with eyes devoid of emotion.
Later, she heard whispers: That was Immortal Jinghe, who had shattered her core and rebuilt it under the path of Supreme Emotionlessness.
