Luo Mingyuan, a high-intelligence forensic doctor and captain of the Special Cases Task Force, has never met anyone quite like Fu Qingya. Despite his youth, Fu Qingya frequently appears at high-risk crime scenes, dismantling complex machinery with a surgical scalpel and reciting strings of precise calculations with a terrifying, elegant frenzy.

Luo Mingyuan initially agreed. But when the aliens invade and monstrous anomalies begin to swarm, he watches as Fu Qingya leads an army of machines to protect the Earth single-handedly.
