Chapter 26: “What compensation do you want?”
Rong Wei didn’t speak immediately. Her gaze settled on the table not far away. After a moment, she finally said, “Miss Jiang, why don’t you take a look yourself?”
Jiang Yu followed Rong Wei’s line of sight and noticed a glossy crocodile leather shoulder bag placed on the table.
The bag was quite large, seemingly able to hold a lot of items.
Jiang Yu’s curiosity was instantly piqued. She nodded, walked past Rong Wei, and said, “I’m opening it now.”
Beside her, Rong Wei briefly hummed an acknowledgment.
Hearing Rong Wei’s affirmative answer, Jiang Yu pulled the zipper.
Inside the shoulder bag, thin red fabric was strikingly visible. Various leather implements beside it were also captivating.
Jiang Yu didn’t feel that adult desires were shameful, especially since she and Rong Wei had long been honest with each other. Therefore, seeing all this didn’t make her blush much.
She even reached out and played with the small bell attached to one of the leather items.
A muffled jingling sound emerged from the bag, conveying a unique ambiguity in the quiet night.
With that sound, Jiang Yu was inexplicably reminded of the scene in the bathroom with Rong Wei a few nights ago, and her heart rate accelerated slightly.
“Does Miss Jiang have any objections?”
Perhaps seeing her prolonged silence, Rong Wei spoke.
Jiang Yu immediately snapped back to attention, took a deep breath, turned around, and looked at Rong Wei.
“No objections, I just didn’t expect you to be so well-prepared, Ms. Rong.”
Rong Wei’s lips curved upward, her tone composed and calm: “I should thank you for providing the inspiration.”
Jiang Yu thought of the leather collar in her shopping cart and then thought of the items Rong Wei had prepared today.
She stared at Rong Wei for a moment, then walked toward her: “Then I’d like to charge you a fee for the inspiration, if I may, Ms. Rong?”
As Jiang Yu spoke, she reached out and hooked her arms around Rong Wei’s neck.
Rong Wei seemed to have switched perfumes today. It was still a woody scent, which made her appear stable and grand, but the base notes carried a hint of sweetness, making it even more intoxicating.
Rong Wei naturally leaned in, resting her forehead against Jiang Yu’s. Almost in a state of intimate closeness, she asked in a low voice, “What compensation do you want?”
Jiang Yu was silent for a moment. After a while, she skillfully pushed Rong Wei away.
“I haven’t thought of it yet.”
“I’ll go get my clothes and shower first? We can discuss it later?”
Rong Wei smiled and then naturally released Jiang Yu.
…
Taking a shower doesn’t take much time for one person.
Half an hour later, Jiang Yu changed her clothes, draped the towel she had brought over herself, and left the bathroom.
Rong Wei was always quick when showering. When Jiang Yu came out, as expected, she saw Rong Wei sitting on the sofa.
She had changed into a sleeping gown—a simple, black, long silk dress that suited her perfectly, looking breathable and possessing extreme elegance and nobility.
Beside her, the exquisite leather implements were placed, seeming to emit a lively glow under the moonlight.
Seeing Jiang Yu emerge, Rong Wei very naturally patted the seat next to her.
Jiang Yu’s eyes darted around, and a sudden inspiration struck her. She sat down naturally and said, “Ms. Rong, I’ve decided what compensation I want.”
Her tone was playful, clearly suggesting something naughty.
Jiang Yu realized Rong Wei was watching her, waiting for her answer, but Rong Wei immediately pulled her into a hug instead.
Rong Wei held her tightly, as if trying to mold her into her embrace. Then, Jiang Yu’s lips were sealed.
The kiss was hot and dominant, leaving damp marks within acceptable boundaries.
Jiang Yu responded with fervor. At the peak of their passion, she suddenly realized Rong Wei had let go.
The space in front of her was empty. Rong Wei had resumed a normal social distance from her.
Jiang Yu watched Rong Wei quietly. Then, Rong Wei spoke: “I probably won’t like the compensation you want.”
Jiang Yu was a little stunned, a bit surprised: “How do you know what I want to say and still disagree?”
Rong Wei smiled, her gaze falling on the small bell-adorned items nearby: “Don’t you want me to wear these things?”
Jiang Yu’s eyes lit up, thinking how truly psychic Rong Wei was.
If she disagreed, then so be it.
Anyway, she was just curious. She had no intention of binding Rong Wei.
After all, that would be too tiring, and Jiang Yu didn’t think she would necessarily enjoy it.
The brief exchange ended, and Rong Wei leaned in to kiss her again.
Her hands were very agile, grasping the items behind her and, during the embrace, skillfully finding the correct placement for them.
The cool touch of the leather against her neck caused a momentary short circuit in Jiang Yu’s brain. Subsequently, as if a connection had been established, she became increasingly immersed.
The faint jingling of bells and contented moans rose and fell with the subtle sounds of wetness in the thick moonlight.
…
Jiang Yu didn’t know how long they had been locked in an embrace and kissing there. She only knew that by the end, the sleep gown she had wrapped around herself was completely undone, and she felt entirely soaked, as if she had been immersed in water.
She was vaguely carried by Rong Wei to the bedroom of the guest suite.
When it was over, Jiang Yu was utterly lost in thought.
It took a while lying down, and then a shower, for her to gradually regain her senses.
Coming out of the bathroom, Jiang Yu was mostly recovered.
However, the nerves stimulated by the intense activity were still active.
Jiang Yu simply sat back down in that chair and lit a cigarette.
The refreshing coolness of mint was exceptionally stimulating. Jiang Yu felt like she had suddenly come back to life.
She leaned languidly against the chair, tilted her neck back, looked at the ceiling, and after a moment, blew out a smoke ring, feeling completely comfortable.
Through a wisp of smoke, Jiang Yu saw Rong Wei’s figure.
Jiang Yu sat up straight: “Care to talk?”
Rong Wei looked at her thoughtfully. After a while, she pulled a cigarette from the box, stood beside Jiang Yu, and by doing so, implicitly agreed.
Rong Wei was a very clever person.
Jiang Yu guessed that right now, Rong Wei could probably guess what she wanted to talk about.
Jiang Yu watched Rong Wei fiddling with the slim cigarette, conveniently helped her light it, and then stood up to meet Rong Wei’s gaze.
Rong Wei’s expression was as calm and composed as ever, looking at her with an air of readiness.
The sweet scent of blueberry occupied the vast majority of the space at that moment.
“You’re in a good mood, aren’t you, Ms. Rong.” Jiang Yu asked slowly.
Rong Wei hummed lightly, smiling: “I am.”
After a period of silence, Jiang Yu tapped off the ash, then cut straight to the chase, her tone serious: “Since you’re feeling good.”
“Shouldn’t we talk about the matter we didn’t finish discussing last time?”
The room was dim at this moment.
The floor-to-ceiling windows of the executive suite offered a wide view. In the moonlight, Jiang Yu could vaguely see both of their silhouettes and the scarlet glow of the cigarette tips between their fingers.
Rong Wei was silent, seemingly pondering something. After a while, she blew out a smoke ring and said in a low voice: “We can. Tell me your specific thoughts.”
As one cigarette burned down, Rong Wei flicked away the butt, glanced at the time, and continued: “It’s still early. We have all night to talk.”
