Within the vast expanse of thousands of small worlds, absurd romantic plotlines have run rampant. This chaos has left the “Romance Department” perpetually overworked, burdened with a massive backlog of neglected cases. Desperate for a solution, they recruit Xie Cheng, the most notorious overachiever and “workaholic” of the realm.
At the time, Xie Cheng was supposed to be on vacation. However, a well-connected newcomer committed a catastrophic blunder, forcing the newly appointed department head, Xie Cheng, to step into the field ahead of schedule.
Mission 1: Repair the missing romantic plotlines.
Mission 2: Charm any character to gain favorability points.
Yet, before Xie Cheng could even lift a finger to fix these warped worlds, his system, 222, began to glitch frantically.
Ding! System 222 has determined that Mission 2 is complete. Mission parameters have automatically shifted to tracking personal favorability. Current favorability: -100.
Xie Cheng, the realm’s most prominent “unlucky soul,” was left speechless.

The Post-Apocalyptic World: The “Little White Flower” Beauty pretending to be human vs. the Second-in-Command of the base, who is obsessed with gardening.
Xie Cheng is a white flower spirit who manifested after the founding of the PRC. Wandering alone, seemingly fragile and helpless, he stands motionless even when surrounded by swarms of zombies. A certain captain insists on taking him home, boasting of a thriving base and his own power and his love for “cultivating flowers.” Xie Cheng reluctantly agrees. Later, that same captain, having mastered the art of hair-braiding, sneaks into Xie Cheng’s room to nuzzle into his palm. “May I be of service to you today?”
Ancient China: The pampered, sickly idle Prince vs. the foreign hostage Prince.
A beloved but frail Prince is targeted by jealous rivals using every assassination and poisoning trick in the book. A foreign hostage infiltrates the Prince’s selection ceremony, nominating himself as a bodyguard and consort. He claims a single glimpse at a teahouse left him hopelessly smitten by the Prince’s elegance. Xie Cheng reluctantly allows him to stay. Later, the audacious hostage breaks into the Prince’s bedroom, kneeling at his feet and tugging his hem with a theatrical pout. “Does the Prince require someone to attend to him tonight?”
Interstellar Era: The fugitive blind Guide vs. the masked S-class Sentinel.
A hunted Guide wanders the streets without a permit, unable to trust anyone or sense approaching danger. A certain Sentinel “abducts” him to a private residence, nursing him with meticulous care while revealing all his deepest secrets. Xie Cheng reluctantly settles in. Later, the scheming Sentinel fakes a mental collapse, collapsing to the floor and reaching out to brush Xie Cheng’s hand, pulling the hem of the Guide’s robe into his arms. “Could you. touch my spiritual animal today?”
As the journey continues through cultivation worlds, the entertainment industry, and western fantasy, Xie Cheng becomes increasingly “adept” at his tasks. Until.
Ding! Favorability: 99.
Xie Cheng, who hadn’t intentionally charmed anyone?
