Yun Biechen is a once-in-a-century Celestial Master from a secretive department under the Directorate of Astronomy known as the Zhanglun Bureau. During the previous Emperor’s pursuit of immortality, the old monarch visited the Zhanglun Bureau to seek elixirs.
